Beautiful hotel. Nice and clean room. Staffs are professional, friendly, and helpful. |However, If you care about all the amenities such as pool, steam showers, Turkish bath and hot tub, you might be disappointed. During my stay, none of these amenities worked, except sauna.|For the pool, I personally think the swimming pool layout weirdly. Sun-beds are cramped all with others guests. It is not the best atmosphere for pool bar area. Paseo de Prado definitely has better swimming pool bar arrangements. |Overall, great experience, great breakfast buffet, great staffs.

The hotel is beautiful. Perfectly located.. service was wonderful. Very friendly, warm and receptive. I honestly think that the hotel should allow some services to be paid in cash in the event clients credit card does not work.. food preparation and presentation could be better and more fresh interms of warmth or temperature.

Very nice hotel, located on the edge of the old town, walking distance to most attractions except Hemingway's house and the fort opposite the river (10USD to get there). Go for the half board and get a really nice dinner by the pool with a starter, main and dessert (drinks not included but they provide water). Special shout out for Reidel & Dayana. Friendly bunch!

Wonderfull staff. , very nica service thanks to Soyma, Laura snd all staffs! very good breakfast , airco dition is very good, Room is very clean , We enjoyed the view of pool, also in every floor they have big lobby which is not common ! I thank concierge staffs too ! Gracie

I chose Grand Packard Hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I was so happy!! It has one of the best views of Havana, the food is delicious with good prices. Great customer service as well. 100% recommended!!! Coming back really soon…

The Best view of Havana You Will find it in this beautiful place full of charming people. The staff is really Nice as well as the service. We are staying with Friends and the experience has been remarcable. Next year we will come back for sure🎉🥰

It it's a great place yo no with Friends and family. That is great view with a swimmingpool of he malecón and the service was great. I would recomendó to every friend to come specifixally at night. Cola drinks and spicy food and a really Nice experience

Great but the pool is cold and they only take physical credit cards at the various restaurant and bars in the building at a silly low exchange rate. No cash, no tap with your phone. You can get 300 per USD anywhere in town. Views are great on upper floors. Probably great once you hit late March or April. The staff is 5 star but the super weird rules they are forced to follow definitely 3 star. They do have good internet for Cuba.
