Iberostar Grand Packard

The hotel is impressive, well kept and customer focused. The room we had was large and modern with a fine view over the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel is wonderfully located close to the old town of Havana. We had the half board option and the breakfast and lunches we had were exceptional (if anything, the quantity we were served for lunch was too much!). The staff were responsive and polite and interested. The exterior pool on the 6th floor is very impressive indeed! All told, a wonderful hotel!

I had the most amazing stay at the Iberostar Grand Packard in Havana! Every morning started perfectly thanks to Alberto, who made breakfast such a warm and welcoming experience — he truly brought sunshine to our mornings. And every afternoon by the pool was pure luxury, with Irena going above and beyond to make us feel pampered and relaxed. The service across the entire hotel was outstanding, and the attention to detail was unmatched. The ambience, the views, and the overall vibe of the hotel are simply on another level. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both elegant and unforgettable, I highly recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

Never having been to Cuba before I'm really pleased we chose this hotel and would do so again. The rooftop pool was by far the nicest I've ever seen with a decently stocked bar and great views of the city and the forts at the entrance to the harbour. Our rooms were spacious, well kitted out (fantastic universal plug sockets that every hotel in the world should have) and the beds were extremely comfortable. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Without exception the staff were unfailingly charming and helpful, and English was widely and well spoken. We needed medical assistance as one of our party came down with a nasty stomach bug - the onsite doctor was really helpful and got her back on her feet again (apparently this is a regular occurrence with visitors to Havana - do not drink the tap water!). The only thing that let it down from our point of view was the standard of the food in the various hotel restaurants, but we found good restaurants within walking distance (La Macarina across the street, Habana 5, Habana 61, La Familia) so this was manageable.

The best part of the hotel is certainly its location and the views from the swimming pool. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room are spacious and well equipped. Some aspects if the hotel need more maintenance and cleaning, though. Overall a satisfying experience. Likely to repeat

A great hotel with excellent service! Rooms are very clean, staff very friendly and helpful for all kind of questions. Pool is big and clean, location perfectly positioned near to famous places in Havana. Especially appropriate to Julia from cigar lounge, lot of help, advice and support. Overall highly recommended ❤️

We are absolutely enchanted by the Packard. The stunning Art Deco lobby with a high ceiling feels like we are entering a palace. The staff is extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. We received a delicious Cuban cocktail with subtle hints of apple, Prosecco and hibiscus. Our room is very spacious with a great view of the city. Having stayed in five star hotels around the world, the value-price ratio is extremely attractive given the VIP treatment and setting we have here. A definite recommend!

I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their excellent work, hospitality, high service. The hotel became a second home for us At the reception everyone is polite and ready to help. Cleaning, food, everything is inspiring. The atmosphere is impeccable. Breakfasts are above all praise. Lovely Helena will cook scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs for you at your request, gallant man will bring you drinks, guessing your desires without voicing them. I fell in love with Iberostar Grand Packard and dream of coming back again. Thanks Packard for this experience.

Great location, about 30-40mins drive from the airport and located close to old town. Check-in was smooth and my room was clean and most importantly air conditioned. The concierge and hotel staff are all very friendly and I have to give special mention to an employee named Lisney who helped me with getting around Havana. ||Breakfast was decent but could use a bit of variety. The 6th floor restaurant also did decent food and the terrace has a great view of the ocean. Amenities-wise, gym was better than most hotel gyms, it had a barbell and bench at least. There's also a money exchange office within the hotel that, although doesn't give you the best rates, accepts Visa which was a lifeline for me as I was starting to run short on physical money. It also should be noted that the hotel is mostly cashless and you pay by card.
