Iberostar Grand Trinidad

Iberostar Grand Trinidad is an elegant and beautifully maintained hotel located in the heart of Trinidad. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff provides exceptional hospitality, always attentive and friendly. The colonial architecture and central location make it easy to explore the city’s charm. The food and cocktails are excellent. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Cuban atmosphere — highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel located right downtown the beautiful city of Trinidad in Cuba. My family and I stayed there two months ago and the costumer service was amazing. We were a big group and we had 4 kids with us and thanks to this hotel our stay in Trinidad was better. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious and super clean. The door man , the receptionist, the manager and even the housekeepers were very helpful and always very friendly. We were impressed to see how the manager goes around and interacts with the customers to make sure everyone is happy.

I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Grand Trinidad. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Trinidad’s charming streets and colonial architecture. The design and cleanliness of the hotel are top-notch – the lobby, in particular, is beautifully decorated and feels very refined. My room was spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were even extra towels available in the room for beach or pool use. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort. The staff at the reception were especially friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi to my next destination and even asked if I’d be interested in a free guided tour of Trinidad. One great detail: although power outages can happen in Trinidad (as in many parts of Cuba), this hotel is well-prepared. They have generators that restore electricity within seconds, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. Breakfast was also okay. I stayed on a Friday, and there happened to be a cultural event for local youth in the main square nearby – essentially an open-air disco. It was lively and fun to witness, though if this happens regularly and you're a light sleeper, it might be something to keep in mind. All in all, Iberostar Grand Trinidad is a safe, elegant, and well-managed hotel that combines Cuban charm with professional service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and central stay in Trinidad

I really enjoyed my stay at Iberostar Trinidad. The service at the front desk was great — super friendly and helpful. Ilen took care of my check-in and was amazing the whole time. She was kind, quick, and always had a smile. Thanks for making my stay even better!

It was a wonderful experience. It's been a long time since I felt so comfortable in a place I didn't consider home. The service was wonderful, and the food was delicious. The hotel staff were always attentive to my needs and were very cordial and friendly, especially those at the reception desk, whose organization, preparation, and professionalism impressed me.

We went to different locations in Cuba and stayed in different hotels. This was the best hotel during our visit in Cuba.|We loved being here and wished we could have stayed longer.|We were treated very well and all of the staff were lovely.|The location was perfect. one of the best hotel rooms i've ever stayed in. the staff at the hotel are fabulous, from the front desk to maintenance to the folks in the dining room. i'd recommend this hotel without reservation if ever you're in Trinidad. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, as is the entire hotel.

I had an amazing time in the hotel,the food was delicious and the service very attentive.Its a very nice place to spend a good time with your friends.
