Very good location, excellent customer service and very clean rooms. The pool is very cute. The food was good too. The only thing is pool is only open until 5PM and breakfast is served only until 10:30AM. If you want to sleep in it's not ideal. Other than that, very good experience. I had a massage at the spa and it was heavenly!

We had a luxurious stay, with everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. A personalized welcome note was displayed on the television, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning. A special thanks to Roger for ensuring we were comfortable and for making sure we enjoyed our breakfast.

We stayed there in March 2024. My husband, my 9 year old and I for a week. We loved the attention to detail. As we arrive. We were welcomed with a desert and a personal letter from the staff ( very thoughtful) We got married while we were there and the staff was so accommodating with all of our needs. When we arrived after our wedding they welcomed us with strawberry’s and chocolate and also a very nice note. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful and truly authentic in each and all restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and went out of h their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. I wanted to thank Diego and his team for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and exceptional dining.

We had the most wonderful time here. Roger and Patricia were so amazing at breakfast and were very attentive to all of our comforts. Thank you for an amazing birthday song as well.

Stylish and relax hotel with luxury facilities. The rooms are beautifully furnished with touches of light wood and stone. The bed is huge and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Each request is fulfilled before they arise. A special mention for Roger, who took well care of us during the breakfast.

I stayed at the Iberostar hotel for a week to celebrate my birthday. My entire stay was nothing short of phenomenal. The staff was absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, my experience was phenomenal. The property is beautifully maintained, it’s clean, the staff is very kind and welcoming. Alexei, the front desk staff member, was very kind and helpful - as were all of the staff. I will certainly staff here again.

Location was absolutely perfect for Malecón and Lacomar. The rooms are just prefect with A/C. Beds are super comfortable and much appreciated after a long flight. All the staff are very friendly professional and so kind. Breakfast was a bit hectic dining alone but Roger always greeted me with a personal touch. Made me feel not so alone and daunted when entering the very busy breakfast room Roger always welcomed me so nice and helped me choose a variety of fruits coffee and juices. Great attention to detail each morning remembering what coffee and juices I liked to start the day. So very kind and very professional. I must also mention Samantha and Renato who were also very professional and friendly.
