Souma Hotel Lima - Vignette Collection

My experience was wonderful!! The food was exceptional. A chef made us omelets and there was so much more to choose from. We also could order waffles, French toast, and pancakes upon request. Complimentary with our stay here. Melina was our server and she was so kind and wonderful. A must visit!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The reason is simple, everything was perfect. The people extremely nice and helpful. The quality of the hotel is amazing- the design, the room, the elevator, the restaurant in the hotel, the swimming pool on the roof. Everything was done with good taste and good quality. The breakfast also was awesome. We stayed only one night but I would love to stay more.

Such a beautiful hotel, we stayed in the grand king suite. Every place to eat at the hotel was delicious. Would highly recommend Kimo! The gym was on the smaller side but had all the equipment you need for a workout. Spa was great as well, would recommend the Bambú Facial. Didn’t want our stay to end.

From the second we walked in the door our experience was exceptional, upon check-in with Lyon the experience started incredibly. He was so kind and attentive and even gave us recommendations for our short stay. By the time the night was over we were all wishing we could stay longer. I’ve even texted friends already saying we needed to plan a trip back. The entire staff was incredible, but Lyon specifically took exceptional care of our family. As a hospitality professional and guest services manager myself I would be elated to have a talent and caring service professional like Lyon on my team. Cannot thank you all enough for an incredible experience and stay. Lima is so lucky to have you all!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The staff is consistently warm and attentive, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the restaurant is excellent. A special thank you to Alemao, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His attentiveness and professionalism stood out—he was always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. He as well as the rest of the staff truly made us feel welcome and valued. We look forward to coming back again!

Food is very good. I had quesadillas, duck, and wagyu beef all very good. Renato was our waiter and he helped us fast and quick whenever we needed. We were in a hurry and he helped us fast.

The Souma Hotel was one of the hotels chosen by our tour group (Trafalgar). We were fortunate to have stayed there at the beginning and the end of the tour. The facility was bright, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The dining staff was wonderful and the food is great. Daniela is amazing! She is extremely friendly and engaging and treats everyone was genuine kindness and concern. The front desk and concierge staff is also welcoming and attentive. Thanks Alemao! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does amazing job as well. Location was great and within walking distance to an abundance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Very attentive service making sure you have what you need. Our room was lovely and the housekeeping service amazing! The concierge Alemano was also great. There is a lot of places you can stay for much less in Lima so you don’t been tricked to thinking you have to pay this much, but it was lovely!
