SOUMA Lima, Vignette Collection by IHG

We are at this wonderful hotel for five nights. Superb breakfast, bar and restaurant KIMO. Last night we enjoyed the free “pisco ritual” with Harold, the bar manager. Informative, fun and generous with the pisco! All the staff have been super helpful and attentive. This is also a great location. We booked a room with sea view (15th floor). Very nice!

From the moment we walked in we were treated with the best care by Alemao ( The Concierge) and his staff. You must try the very refreshing welcome drink. |Our room was very clean and modern. Luxurious and very comfortable bedding made us feel very spoiled. Breakfasts were INCREDIBLE offering a very large variety of options. |We started and ended a tour to Machu Picchu from this hotel so we had the opportunity to stay in a couple of different rooms. All rooms were immaculately clean. There are two usb style plugs on each side of the bed and two located at the desk. Each floor of the hotel has water stations which deliver filtered water and the hotel provides a glass container so that you always have a good supply on hand for making a cup of coffee or tea. This allows a reduction of plastics going into the trash! The hotel is located a short walk from the walkway along the top of the cliffs overlooking the Pacific. The Park of Love and the Mall are also short walks. |I would choose this hotel again

SOUMA is the best hotel to stay in Miraflores. Nice clean rooms and the best service. You can see the sunset over the infinity pool on the roof deck while listening to the DJ create a nice vibe. Rodrigo, Renato, Joaquin, Ruben and Erik are top class servers and will make you experience amazing. Mathias is new and he will have great mentors. Christian manages security and also steps in the help with any needs. It’s a great team and I look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic customer service The staff waiting at the table in Ortega&Huaman in particular, are attentive to their guests and serve them even before they realise they need something! Alemao at the concierge desk was extremely helpful giving us various options of what we could do in Miraflores as well as city without overwhelming us with too much information. We would happily stay here again. Two double beds, lovely attentive staff, great experience in Kimo bar, pisco tasting, comfortable infinity pool and proximity to the beach are the superlatives. My only wish is that the restaurants expand their menu to cater to vegetarians too 💕

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Souma was fantastic, and it was the staff who truly made the difference.|We have to give a special shout-out to both Alexandra and Paulo. Alexandra greeted us with such a warm, friendly smile at check-in and immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly helpful in recommending local restaurants and navigating the public transport system—her tips saved us so much time!|Later in the week, Paulo went above and beyond when we needed assistance with a late-night request. He was just as friendly and helpful, managing the situation with calm professionalism and efficiency. It’s clear that both of them genuinely care about the guests’ experience.|The hotel itself is lovely, with clean rooms and great amenities, but the outstanding service from people like Alexandra and Pedro is what elevates this establishment. We highly recommend Souma and can't wait to return!

We started and ended our time in Peru at Souma Linda. We were welcomed by Alexandra who made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful. Paulo brought up our luggage in a timely manner. We had a delightful breakfast each day and were served by Esther,, Roger and Evelyn. We also enjoyed lunch in the afternoon which was fabulous. When we needed help with restaurant suggestions Alemao as well as Paulo were helpful.Mauricio at the taxi stand organized taxis for dinners off property. What a great team they have at Souma Linda to make this an exceptional experience.

The one word to describe this is underwhelming. Be careful that it seems several (or most?) of their "sea view" rooms have either a heavily obstructed view or you have the view standing in one corner of the room. Service was also not the best. Now granted nothing was terrible - I just expected more from a hotel at this level. I think you'll get the same value from many nearby hotels at a lower cost

Aesthetically pleasing property, with a great location and amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. ||Renato won us over during drinks at 27 Tapas and the Front Desk team gave me tips on making my Spanish better. It was a short but definitely sweet stay. I intend to go back - as usual Jamaicans say; soon come
