Souma Hotel Lima - Vignette Collection

Very modern and boutique style. It is a medium-size hotel in the main upper-class tourist area. The bedrooms are in the modern style but has an open bathroom plan. This will not be suitable for non-couples. Breakfast is very good with boutique-style items. Staff very helpful with everything. The rooftop pool, though small, is very beautiful. The rooftop is also a restaurant and bar. The Japanese restaurant just one floor below is also very beautiful with sweeping city and sea views, but very pricey.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The staff is consistently warm and attentive, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the restaurant is excellent. A special thank you to Alemao, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His attentiveness and professionalism stood out—he was always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. He as well as the rest of the staff truly made us feel welcome and valued. We look forward to coming back again!

Very modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent rooftop with small but very nice pool. Great high quality breakfast. Good quality gym. Attentive staff. Good oovation in Miraflores. Can certainly recommend this hotel for both business as private/family stay.

Excellent stay. Roger at breakfast was fantastic - so helpful and friendly and the french toast he recommended is amazing 😍 Also Manela from last night helped us to open a cacao fruit and she explained about it and brought the roasted pods for us to try! Fantastic stay. Thank you

Included in our stay was pisco tasting. Well worth the 45 minutes to hear about how pisco is made & also what can be added to it to create different flavours. Breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. Rooms are large but coukd do with more places to hang wet towels. A bit “ business-like” for my taste but staff friendly.

Sebastián was phenomenal, he helped me find a gluten free option on the menu and asked the kitchen to double check if it for sure was. He brought laughter to our table, checked on us throughout our time there even though he was super busy with other tables. Overall, the roof top, food, and drinks were great but he was what made the experience amazing.

From the second we walked in the door our experience was exceptional, upon check-in with Lyon the experience started incredibly. He was so kind and attentive and even gave us recommendations for our short stay. By the time the night was over we were all wishing we could stay longer. I’ve even texted friends already saying we needed to plan a trip back. The entire staff was incredible, but Lyon specifically took exceptional care of our family. As a hospitality professional and guest services manager myself I would be elated to have a talent and caring service professional like Lyon on my team. Cannot thank you all enough for an incredible experience and stay. Lima is so lucky to have you all!

The Souma Hotel was one of the hotels chosen by our tour group (Trafalgar). We were fortunate to have stayed there at the beginning and the end of the tour. The facility was bright, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The dining staff was wonderful and the food is great. Daniela is amazing! She is extremely friendly and engaging and treats everyone was genuine kindness and concern. The front desk and concierge staff is also welcoming and attentive. Thanks Alemao! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does amazing job as well. Location was great and within walking distance to an abundance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!
