A beautiful 5-star hotel overall, with very comfortable rooms. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the general room quality is excellent. However, rooms located closer to street level can be quite noisy, which affects the experience.
The brunch is decent but nothing special.
The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous, which is definitely a strong point of the hotel.
That said, the restaurants are expensive and disappointing for the price. The hotel also lacks common areas, aside from the rooftop restaurant. There is no real outdoor seating area where guests can simply relax.
The hotel pool is located within the rooftop restaurant, which makes the experience feel less private and less relaxing.
Overall, if you’re staying one or two nights mainly to sleep, this hotel works very well. However, for a longer stay, there are better options available in Lima that offer more comfort and shared spaces.
