Service is very attentive. Everyone is very friendly and helpful especially since we don't speak Spanish well. Alemao, the concierge was helpful and patient in making reservations for my family. The rooftop pool is fun and the food and drinks were great! We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, lots of options and flexible in helping when something wasn't available. Would recommend this hotel highly.

This has been the best holiday hotel experience I have ever had. Everything from the moment I arrived. The check in was so welcoming. First it was the real hot towel. Then the complimentary beverage. |Next was the complimentary breakfast. It was one of the best breakfast I have had in a long time. The service was perfect. |The heated stone massage in the spa was completely relaxing. |Then dinner at Kimo with Lisbeth in charge of the service was over the top delicious. The service was also perfect. I am so grateful for coming here. Also a shout out to Michelle at Envoyage travel for setting this amazing trip up for me.

In a great location. It is a beautiful hotel with good service. Everything was clean. Rooms are a little small but not too bad. Indigo rooms are more spacious. We didn’t get to visit all their restaurants or rooftop but they have many amenities.

This hotel is in a great location with beautiful views, and it even includes parking. I didn’t feel the need to go out because it has everything on-site: three restaurants plus a rooftop with great drinks and good music. You really don’t have to leave the hotel to have a good time because everything is right here. Everyone is very friendly, and the customer service is excellent at all times.

Amazing hotel and experience. They treat you like a king. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish I knew every ones name, but the names that 100 percent stood out were Alexei, Angelo and Enzo. They were both really great guys that took care of anything you could possibly need. If I ever get the opportunity to come back to Lima this hotel will definitely be home.

We stayed here in November after an adventurous tour of the country and SOUMA felt like total luxury. Fantastic central location, stunning views, and impeccable service. Paulo, in particular, went out of his way regularly to make our stay exceptional.

We started and ended our time in Peru at Souma Linda. We were welcomed by Alexandra who made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful. Paulo brought up our luggage in a timely manner. We had a delightful breakfast each day and were served by Esther,, Roger and Evelyn. We also enjoyed lunch in the afternoon which was fabulous. When we needed help with restaurant suggestions Alemao as well as Paulo were helpful.Mauricio at the taxi stand organized taxis for dinners off property. What a great team they have at Souma Linda to make this an exceptional experience.

Fernando and Gilmer were amazing, they made me feel so welcomed and were extremely attentive. Fernando brought out some home made hot chocolate that my daughter loved. The food was amazing and I can’t wait to eat there again.
