Excellent location, easy walking distance to all of old and central Havana. Loads of the classic cars park outside so it’s really fun to see all of them but it is an extremely touristy area so expect to get hassled as soon as you step outside. Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was very efficient. It was on when we arrived late at night and our room was freezing! Luckily there’s a warm blanket in the wardrobe! I’m sure it would be much appreciated if you visited when it was really hot. The lobby bar is really pretty with lots of tropical plants and different musicians throughout the day and evening. The breakfast selection is amazing, especially considering all the food shortages currently happening in Havana. I’m vegetarian and there are plenty of options. The pastries and cookies are highly recommended. The roof top pool is such a perfect place to escape the city heat and chaos for a while.

Best place to stay in Havana! Spotless rooms, excellent service all around! Pool is amazing with a stunning view of the city making it perfect for lounging all afternoon but also has a great pool bar (with attentive staff) so you can sit up there and enjoy anytime of day!|The lobby bar and cigar lounge were also great to just chill and feel the vibe! |And whoever says there is not good food in Cuba haven’t eaten here! We never had one meal that wasn’t up to Canadian standards! |Very central location so you can walk to most attractions! |All the staff are more than happy to help with anything and are readily available! |I highly recommend Parque Central for your Cuba stay!

I have been staying at Parque Central for my Cuba trips for the last 3 years now. It feels like my home away from home now. All the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, regardless of the department they’re in. The service of the breakfast staff is great, especially Janet who covered my group’s table most mornings on this trip. I stayed on the colonial side this time as opposed to the modern side since it’s more convenient for me as I spend most of my waking hours in the hotel at the mezzanine lounge. The lobby bar and kitchen are open 24 hours a day and when I’m not eating at an outside restaurant I often have food from the kitchen brought up to the lounge where I’m often firmly planted on one of the comfy leather couches smoking a cigar. The hamburger and the club sandwich are really good. While I’m at the hotel, I spend more time in the lounge than in my own room. Special thanks to the captains Rigel and Yani who looked after all my needs and made sure that I was having a pleasant stay. Also thank you to Suzel who was manning the lounge bar most of the time I was there. The rooftop pool and bar is also really great if you want to just sit in the sun. I will definitely keep coming back to Parque Central. They really treat you well here.

I take breakfast in the Portico Restaurant and i was truly happy witnClara because she is a congenial, kind, effective and productive waitress. You cannot be better than her. A great staff member. Thanks you for everything. The food was delicious 😋

Here is another glowing review for Parque Central. My husband and I have stayed at Parque Central over a dozen times. The reasons we keep returning? The hotel offers the usual 4 star amenities with the bonus of a lobby bar that is open 24 hours a day. In fact, the real reason we return time after time is the staff. You would be hard pressed to find staff that are as well trained in customer service as the team at Parque Central anywhere else in Havana. We have stayed in many of the higher hotels in Havana and keep returning to Parque Central! A big thank you to the team who made our stay memorable. Juan Carlos-food and beverage director, Liudmila-Head Chef, Santos- Maître D, Rigel, Yani and Dayami-Captains. Our servers included Cindy and Harold at the pool bar, Camilo, Anatolia and Jairon in the lobby bar. A special thank you to Suzel, Marilys and Dalila in the cigar lounge who were simply amazing and extremely attentive to us and our group. We can’t wait to return in the spring!

The room looked a bit like something from the 60's, with a quite old fashioned bureau and a large, comfortable bed. It had a small fridge and we were offered a complementary bottle of water on the first day, not the days after though. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub but we only had warm water at certain times in the day. The breakfast was a wide selection of different options, all kinds of pastries, breads, eggs, hams, chorizo, cheeses... I have to say the coffee was terrible though, it had no taste. The absolute best things about this hotel are the rooftop pool and the lovely staff, they were all so friendly and kind.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very well-appointed (large TV, refrigerator, plenty of cabinet/drawer space), have very nice bathrooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the central location (hence the name) is great. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's willing to spend a memorable time in Havana. It works perfectly if you want to spend quality time with your friends or family. It's located in the middle of Havana Vieja, so it's near from every club, museum, bar, disco, park and so on. The staff is amazing, specially Rigel from the lobby, an extremely nice guy who will make your stand more memorable. Don't miss the chance to go to Parque Central, you won't regret it
