Iberostar Waves Miami Beach

I have this location a 4-5 stars for a few reasons. Regarding the rooms, our only issue was that the shower water was rather cold and took a long time to warm up. The rest of the experience was awesome though. The service was great (including the front desk staff) as well as the location. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a centralized location in the Art Deco district that is within walking distance of just about everything. Another upside is that the hotel itself is reasonably priced. The rooftop pool area is also very convenient. I will give one fair warning though. The breakfast service is very poor. Not because of the staff but rather the quality provided compared to how expensive it is. If you are staying here we recommend going to Cafe Americano or Rosetta Bakery. Much better quality for my breakfast lovers out there!

I had a fantastic experience! The room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable. Service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The location is perfect, close to top attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Everything felt convenient and welcoming. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Best location, staff super friendly. The room had a good size for a family of 3 and the cleaning is neat. Highly recommend. 1 min to the beach and they offer sunbeds at the beach. Close to supermarket and restaurants in Collins Avenue.

The front desk staff member was incredibly welcoming and professional. They greeted me with a warm smile and were genuinely helpful with every question I had. Their calm and friendly attitude made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Soledad at the front desk is especially caring and attentive—she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her helpfulness and warm personality truly made a difference. Because of this wonderful service, I will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love thus hotel. Has great parking. In walking distance of the beach. The room was absolutely georgeous!!! We got it late because of traffic so we were not able to enjoy much. We had a lovely patio attached to the room that opened into the Lounge area. The staff was exceptional they helped us to get settled in late after a rough time in traffic. Water was still available in the lobby. The sheets were soft and the bedding was warm and comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay and reserved the same room to come stay for a weekend.

Great location for a quick weekend getaway in Miami beach. The service and staff are great, the rooms were clean and cozy, not to mention a rooftop pool to lounge out and relax! On top of that, you're walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants and more! Safe and convenient, what else could you ask for?

The hotel was very clean, great location. Safe for girlies on vacation. It was close to the beach and also had a rooftop pool for relaxing! They give free beach chairs on the beach and have $20 umbrella rentals! Rooms are kind of small but don’t feel cramped. We stayed 3 nights and it was comfortable.

Iberostar Waves Miami Beach is adequately equipped. The hotel is small and the rooms are fairly small although furnished to a high standard for the price you pay. The cool temperature of the roof top pool is a great way to cool down on a hot summers day in Miami Alexandra went above and beyond to make or stay pleasant. I would happily stay here again on our next visit to Miami
