The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I had a great experience staying there. The service was excellent and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The place itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I would happily come back again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star (and that’s generous) I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and feel obligated to warn other travelers. Upon arrival, before entering any room, it was immediately clear that the property was not as advertised. The reception area was dirty, crowded, and poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Based on these conditions alone, I canceled my reservation immediately and did not proceed with check-in or enter the room. In addition to the conditions, the front desk staff member was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. After my payment was taken, I spoke directly with the manager, who was equally unprofessional, dismissive, and not helpful in resolving the situation. Most concerning was the handling of my payment. Despite my presence at the property and canceling upon arrival, my money was taken without my authorization, and I was later incorrectly marked as a “no-show.” As a result, my payment was kept even though I did not stay at the hotel or use any accommodations. This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency, customer service, and professionalism. The conditions and conduct I encountered were completely inconsistent with the hotel’s advertised rating. The hotel is nice, clean, and well located. The staff is polite and helpful. My only complaint (and it is a big one) is that the hotel does not tell you up front that they charge a $45.60 Resort Fee per night. You only find that out after you make a reservation and it is buried very far down in the “fine print” of the confirmation email, well below the area where they list the other room charges. I made my reservation within 3 days of arrival (past the cancellation time) and didn’t learn about the charge until I arrived. The hotel does offer free lounge chairs to use on the beach (which is great) but if you want an umbrella they charge an extra $20. The umbrella is not even included in the resort fee. Many hotels charge resort fees, but most of them also mention it up front when making a reservation. Because this hotel made no mention of the resort fee during the reservation process, I was tricked into thinking the price was better than other hotels. I was wrong. It is a shady practice and Iberostar should do better. To the management: Treat guests the way you would want to be treated. Be honest and upfront about the charges before the customer books the reservation.

Positive: "" Negative: When we check in the woman was very nice, pleasant, and friendly. However, upon check out the man was not warm, needs to be more personable, and friendly. I feel being in the hotel business you need to be friendly, not cold nor rushed.

Alba was amazing and so sweet. Not sure if they do this for everyone but I received a complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in. This hotel was also very clean and felt very exclusive. It’s not very visible from the street, which I love because it doesn’t get much attention. I only stayed 1 night before my cruise but I will definitely be back.

Service was amazing during our stay! Overall very attentive staff and they take great care of you at all times. Highly recommend visiting at one point or another. Definitely will be coming back, hard to find better service then this in Miami overall!

My stay here was decent, it was clean, pretty also it was a great location in walking distance from a lot of places I went to on my visit. The staff who worked the front desk on the other hand were not friendly at all, rude I might say. They seem annoyed every time my friend and I asked for something or for information and I don’t appreciate that. The only one who seemed to like their job and did it well was Victor. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is nothing to rave about—but it’s clean, safe and well located. We stayed in Superior King room and I dread to think how small the standard rooms are, because ours was SMALL for two people. Beds are comfy! The rooftop pool is weird—I thought there would be a bar (which is the impression I got from the photos) but there isn’t. The thing that really made this trip was the brilliant Apollo at check-in! He’s a shining light and honestly the one thing we’ve loved about our stay. This man deserves a raise—he count be more helpful or accommodating.
