⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star (and that’s generous)
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and feel obligated to warn other travelers.
Upon arrival, before entering any room, it was immediately clear that the property was not as advertised. The reception area was dirty, crowded, and poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Based on these conditions alone, I canceled my reservation immediately and did not proceed with check-in or enter the room.
In addition to the conditions, the front desk staff member was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. After my payment was taken, I spoke directly with the manager, who was equally unprofessional, dismissive, and not helpful in resolving the situation.
Most concerning was the handling of my payment. Despite my presence at the property and canceling upon arrival, my money was taken without my authorization, and I was later incorrectly marked as a “no-show.” As a result, my payment was kept even though I did not stay at the hotel or use any accommodations.
This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency, customer service, and professionalism. The conditions and conduct I encountered were completely inconsistent with the hotel’s advertised rating.
This property is not worth one star, and I strongly advise travelers to avoid it and not rely on the descriptions or ratings provided online.
