Asani really came in clutch when our driver fell through for a tour at last minute and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed while at the resort! Jean Pierre and Sharon were quick and friendly and always had the best service in the Little River Buffet! Aldin had the best drink and very informative while constructing the drink! Lashawna was very pleasant, always smiling and kept the room clean each time and does a great job! Skittles, V6, concrete and Tiffany kept the entertainment flowing and the good times rolling at the pool side each day! Chef Pais was fantastic at the Japanese restaurant! He was very friendly and entertaining made the whole experience more enjoyable.

I had such an incredible experience at this resort! There was always something fun to do. The entertainment team truly made the stay unforgettable. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy, constantly keeping guests engaged and smiling. A special shoutout goes to V6 from the entertainment team — he went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included. His energy was absolutely infectious and really set the tone for an amazing atmosphere every day. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about guests having a great time.

Absolutely Incredible Stay! The Entertainment Team & Staff Made It Unforgettable! I visited back in June and loved it so much that I had to come back this month and somehow, this trip was even better than the first! My expectations were blown away yet again from the amazing food to the top-tier entertainment. Chef Marcus over at Dutchies is an absolute legend his food is beyond delicious every single time! And I can’t forget to shout out Errol the bartender, who kept the drinks flowing and the vibes high all day long. He’s the best friendly, fast, and always smiling! And then there’s the entertainment crew truly the heart of the resort. V6, Redbull, Too Short, and Sparkles, you four are incredible! The energy, the fun, the way you connect with everyone you make each day feel like a celebration. The resort wouldn’t be the same without you! Can’t wait to come back again soon! This place just gets better and better every time!

We stayed for my son's first birthday and I must say from checking in with Odian who was very informative and friendly. Our bellman I don't remember his name but he was great also. The hotel was beautiful,clean and quiet. There was so much to do and I loved that they catered to my toddler. Star camp and the play room was very entertaining for my son he enjoyed it so did we. Our room attendant Ashanique was a gem. The options for food was great and we enjoyed every meal. Our son's birthday dinner was at the hibachi restaurant food was delicious and Carone was also a gem. At the buffet Cassandra,Donate and Jean Pierre were excellent, even Browning who provided our towels at the pool was very nice..My son loved the ladies and they were very friendly to him. For our first family vacation we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Iberostar family thank you.

Decent resort that offers something for all ages. The pool area can get a bit noisy so keep that in mind if you are looking for quiet. Jamaican restaurant on the beach treated our family like royalty. That was the highlight of our stay. It was our Nieces birthday on the day of arrival and we had the pleasure of dining here the first night. The food came out family style and it was great. The chefs hospitality was top tier. For the most part the entire staff was very professional and pleasant. Our housekeeper did an awesome job cleaning our room daily. She was great. Pool was always clean. Italian restaurant was fantastic. The main dining area for buffet food was extremely humid and almost made it unbearable to eat inside. They really need to upgrade their systems and make that area more comfortable to dine especially In warm months. Warning! If you have no intentions of buying a vacation club membership don't do the tour. The concierge will track you down if you miss your scheduled visit. They are also very rude if you do not attend. Beach is nice and not very wide but they keep it clean with plenty of chairs. Also beware of the people who claim pool chairs. They are relentless. Overall it was a nice family vacation.

Beautiful resort. Asani our ambassador took great care of us with a bottle of champagne, checking on us each day and getting us a last minute driver so we didn’t miss our haunted Rose Hall tour. Our massage ladies were awesome , Jean Pierre was a pleasure at breakfast really all Staff was great, the pool entertainment staff kept us entertained and made sure that we had a great time. Kudos to sparkle skittle Concrete and the 2 others. We truly loved it

Take it from a Jamaican born and raised, this is place has the BEST FOOD and THE BEST SERVICE of all the hotels I've been to. I mean, all staff has been so pleasant but I must give a big shout out to Mr. Asani (the ambassor). He made sure our experience was pleasant from start to finish. Our rooms were clean and well prepared for our stay. Did I say the food was good??? Book with Iberostar Waves. You won't regret it!

An all round awesome experience. The staff, all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable were always in hand with willingness with helpful action and advice. The range of entertainment has to be commneded, and the food... the food... dishes that hit the spot. Asani, Cedric and Marsha - brilliant hosts Marcus at the tour desk - the man you need for decisions between options. Cassandra in the dining area - made the guest feel very welcome. And there are many more I can mention.
