When we asked for a wheelchair they happily provided it to us the whole stay. In particular, Lokendra, who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and helpful the entire time. He helped us in and out of the car with crutches and a wheelchair, he always asked if my friend needed to be pushed anywhere so we wouldn’t have to, and he always had a smile on his face every time we would see him at the lobby. He definitely made our stay smoother and more enjoyable.

The room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. It's a no thrill concept, rooms are small so is the bathroom so is the television. Staff does an excellent job on cleaning and making up the beds, every night I returned it was as if I checked in as a newly arrived guest. Towels are way too big for this day and age. If you put a sign up, towels on the floor if you want them changed at least stick to your own rules. The hotel is a bit run down, carpets needs changing in the corridors. Parking is perfect directly under the hotel. Location convenient close to the airport and work location, a big shopping mall is close by as well. The joined breakfast and dinner facility with the neighbouring Novotel tower, is an excellent solution.

I had wonderful stay at Ibis Novotel abu dhabi during my vacation. The rooms were clean on daily basis and amenities ensuring comfortable experience. The room service was excellent and i would like to mention room boy Bhoomaiah who provided exceptional service and also the hotel staff was warm and welcoming.

Horizon line restaurant has the most amazing service! The service by two amazing women, May Thu and Khaing. They were so helpful during my stay and so sweet that I felt at home. Also the omelet station chef was amazing. He remembered my order and would prepare it as I walked into the restaurant. Amazing service!

Rooms are undergoing a renovation upgrade. If you check in in unrenovated room, DO NOT accept it and ask for another. However the way Hotel management handled the situation was brilliant. Also the Food is amazing (Room Service and Breakfast)
