I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Abu Dhabi Gate and would definitely recommend it, especially for business travelers or short stays. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. While the room size is compact (as expected from an ibis property), it is thoughtfully designed and sufficient for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was regular and efficient, and the cleanliness standards were consistently good. The staff deserves special mention — they were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any queries were handled promptly, which made the overall experience stress-free. The breakfast spread was good, offering a decent variety of options to suit different preferences. The dining area was clean and well organized. I also appreciated access to shared facilities like the gym and swimming pool, which added value to the stay. In terms of location, the hotel is not right in the city center, but it is well connected by road. It works well if you’re traveling by taxi or car, and it’s a quiet area, which I personally liked after a busy day. Overall, ibis Abu Dhabi Gate offers great value for money, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and reliable ibis-standard comfort. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Abu Dhabi.

I have been staying at the ibis Hotel for a long time, and I have really enjoyed my stay. The location near the airport is very convenient, and it is a very good place to stay. The room cleaning was excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. I would like to especially appreciate and thank the housekeeping staff member Sunil for his outstanding service and dedication. He made our family feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay.👍

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for two days with my family, and since I was already familiar with the property and its location, choosing it again felt like the right decision. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk and housekeeping teams for making our stay smooth and comfortable. The complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, And the room itself was spotless clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The hotel also has a small play area for children, which my little one absolutely enjoyed. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast as well, adding to the overall pleasant experience. In short, if I get the chance, I would definitely visit again. A special thanks to the entire team for making our family stay truly comfortable and memorable.

A fun hotel, rooms are decent, hotel in general isn't too big, not too small, but still lots to do. Great restaurants, fun events, great gym, great spa area, great outdoor pool, great bars. I honestly had little reason to explore outside of the hotel. Fantastic staff, shoutout to May. Everyone is super helpful and friendly :) Nice and quiet area for local exploration. Great for meeting local amirates who like to camp close to the hotel. Was fun to go on walks a round the hotel. Easy for cars to come and go from the hotel. Only real complaint is that the network cannot handle a full hotel, and it often cuts out, leaving you forced to use cellular data or go outside and touch sand (or grass, there is some outside too)

A well-maintained hotel with a very good buffet breakfast. The staff are polite and well-behaved. The only minor drawback is that slippers and a dental kit are not provided by default—you need to request them, whereas many other hotels provide these without asking.

The hotel is good overall. It is quite far from the city center, which can be inconvenient, but the room itself is correct and comfortable. The TV is a nice feature, especially with Chromecast available, which is very convenient. It is also a plus that in the tower connected to the Novotel there are two restaurants and a small shop. This makes things easier and adds comfort to the stay. Overall, a decent hotel for a short stay.
