Rooms small, but functional and clean. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning worked well to keep us cool in 30+ degrees. We asked for extra pillows and staff brought them promptly. All staff we met were helpful and friendly. Very easy to reach by tram from main train station and from Bern centre. Although when we visited the tram was not running direct from station because of major road work in Bern and we had to use a replacement bus to connect to tram. You get a free travel pass for Bern too. 5 minutes to wankdorf stadium and expo. Good value compared to Bern hotel prices.

The hotel rooms are ok move around and open the luggage. Near and clean.the hotel has parking with a cost. We didn't try the breakfast, but they offer breakfast too. The tram station is just opposite of the hotel which is very convenient to connect with main station and the city. Overall it was a good stay.

In Switzerland for the women’s euros football so this hotel was perfect - a ten minute stroll from the stadium. Tram into Bern is just outside. So the location is perfectly convenient. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Reception has vending machines for snacks and drinks. And there is a bar area. In the dining area there is a water tap, a microwave and disposable cutlery etc. if you need to be self sufficient. You know what you get with Ibis straightforward accommodation at a reasonable price. No frills.

From check-in to check-out, such a welcoming atmosphere from all of the staffs. It was a busy season due to football game nearby, however, I could feel that they were doing their best one-by-one to the guests. The room was small but cozy enough for 3 of us, everything was well-equipped. breakfast was also satisfied compare to the price we have paid.

This hotel is quite affordable, so I didn't have high expectations. However, its location is excellent; it's about a 20-minute walk to the city centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent option if you're looking to save money while staying close to the city centre.

Very good experience in this hotel Great customer service by Anastacia at the front desk, she took the time to patiently explain how to get wifi and app for public transportation. Room is small but practical. The beds are very comfortable, a/c runs perfect. Staff is helpful.

A very comfortable place to stay in Bern! Very close to the old town with a bus or a tram. Also very close to Wankdorf Stadium! Very reasonable prices for the product that you receive.

I came to Bern on a business trip. The hotel and my room were very clean. The breakfast food was good. And the staff was very friendly. My only one small complaint was the size of the room, which was fairly small. Other then that it was good.

Fantastic location as it has a huge Shopping Mall next to it. (Wankdorf) . Also, the Bern Mobil stops right next to it connecting the hotel to the rest of the town. View is great. Our room faced a pretty horse race course and also, imprinted some pretty scenic views of Switzerland in my memory.

I have seen many hotels in my life. The shitty ones and the expensive 5-6 star ones. This one was the cheapest in the whole city for the night, but it was still pretty expensive, so I expected it to be pretty good. I was a bit upset at the room size seeing that it was very small. The bathroom is actually a round plastic cabin with a door and inside a shower and toilet that they placed inside the room. I had never seen this before, and it made me feel like I was in a cheap hotel. The beds were fine and the hotel was fine, but the cheapness to it was a bit disappointing. I have to add that a free wifi would have been nice, but they only offer you that downstairs at the bar, so that they can upsell you a drink and a bite.

Cheap, for Bern. As a business traveler, I was disappointed that getting an iron required a trip to the lobby to hand over 20 CHF as a deposit. Do they really think I am going to steal the iron? But ok, whatever. I was exasperated when they handed me the iron and told me there is no ironing board. Ever tried ironing a dress shirt on a bed? Doesn't work. They suggested I use my "desk", but that's just a rounded shelf made of plastic. Also, there is no fitness center, and the wifi arrangement is a constant hassle. This place would be just ok as a cheap place for a night, but as a business hotel it is not good enough. Not good.
