The hotel provides excellent service and the reception staff have very good communication skills. From the moment guests arrive, they are welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. The staff are always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with any requests or questions. The check-in process is smooth and efficient, making guests feel comfortable right away. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and relaxing. With its great service, attentive staff, and good communication, this hotel is highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Well located in the heart of Jakarta city, near to many point of interest in the city. Many restaurants and cafes within the same building and around the street. Full olympic size swimming pool also within reach at the same building. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy, ac cold, good hot water and water pressure with some points to take note : - poor maintained, many spots on the wall, bathroom tiles moldy. - bath towel smell awfull - bath mat not provided. This is important for all kind of hotels for safety purposes. Floors tend to be slippery when wet. For Ibis hotel, this should be a standard across all hotel regardless hotel class. - no coffee tea amenities although water kettle provided? - Most of TV channel are blurred, reception poor.

The room was clean and quiet, with fresh bed sheets and a shower that had strong water pressure and a reliable heater. I also appreciated the free-flow drinking water, with both warm and hot options—perfect for making hot drinks without needing the in-room kettle. The front desk staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Febri, who readily assisted us throughout our stay and was very accommodating to our needs.

Stayed in August 2025. I'd say you get what you pay, a budget-level hotel with a low to bare-minimum standards. Bath carpets use a very thin towel which made me slip often. They also don't provide amenities other than a liquid soap. The hygiene is slightly questionable. Interior wise I don't think they have a good color combination that matches the lighting, resulting in a poorly-lit ambience. However, I appreciate how the reception staff are always responsive and serves us with good hospitality during the stay. Location wise, they have several cafe, convenient store, and a gym located at the 1st and 2nd floor in the same building, while also still accessible to various public buildings especially TIM which is right beside it.

It was nice ro stay here. The room is very comfort and clean and the reswpsionist was very kind and helpful. Easy to find foods around here. All is good ... Ciaooo...

Location is good because there's so many restaurants available within walking distance. Room was standart budget hotels room, but AC is not working, not cold at all, even the hallway temperature is way comfortable than inside the room. Then bath towel is stinky like not even washed properly.. Checked in and out in the same day..

it was really nice experience stay in Jakarta especially in Ibis budget CIKINI, staff are very friendly from mr. Tito the room so cozy with a view to pool beside this hotel.

Things are great but you can feel and see why they call it Ibis Budget 🤣 The only complain is the towels! They smell very strong of mildew. And to be honest the hall way too.
