The front office staffs Dicky and Bondan are friendly helpful and accommodating. Checking is done fast. The ambience of the hotel is calm and nice. Easy accesible place. Lots of eateries around here as well. Great place to stay if you’re looking for affordable but nice stay.

The service was great until I found out my stuff went missing after the housekeeper clean my room. I complained but the problem solving and conflict resolution was not clear and not helpful. I sense dishonesty among staffs and it is the worst quality in hospitality industry, so that all other good things from the hotel do not matter anymore.

The room smell weird, the interior looks oldies but seems unmaintained, the shower room floor makes water stuck on it which is not really conveniet, the towel looks overused and some of them smell weid, very low amount of electric socket because they only have 2 spots which not recommended for those who working remotely or in a business trip and also not convenient for super high mobility or those who are super multitasking-ish person because when you want to boil hot water in one spot on the table you can doing charging or anything cause the other socket is close to the sink which could endanger yourself with water activity especially when you do phone charging or something with electricity. The only most convenient one is that this hotel is super near convenient store, cafes, restaurants, laundry, cultural center, and even public transport. But that's it. For me it's disappointing when you trust the international business hotel brand but neglecting many details out of the list 🥺 I hope they make some improvement years ahead.

The hotel is clean and in a location that allows us to access everywhere by public transportation. The receptionist, Rafly, was very friendly and provided useful info around the hotel.

Very strategic location, plenty coffee shops around (best things), nice walking area if you wanna walk around the city (don’t forget your sunscreen tho!), was helped by Mr. Bondan thru the check in process, very kind and helpful, i would definitely come back!

I've stayed here several times. The Ibis Cikini Hotel is strategically located. Furthermore, and this is the most important thing, the rooms are very comfortable and affordable.
