Great accomodations, nice and clean room, close to Taman Ismail Marzuki. Friendly service by Dicky, one of the front office staff. Best place to enjoy the vibes of Cikini. Close to Cikini's legendary restaurants as well. Nice for business stay

The front desk girly was so helpful with the information! We went for family vacation in here, booked via tiket.com super affordable! The building at the hotel is super neat with convenient store, restaurants, and coffee shops. Gonna try the pool later!

This is my trip from BKK, I stayed in Ibis Budget Cikini as transit before going home. I do not expect luxury in an Ibis Budget but I expect clean and the facilities to function well. This is far from clean. The linen and towel looks very worn-out as if this never been washed or always used in 10 years. Bath towel and mat is in terrible shape and very smelly. I requested a change, but the condition is still the same. The jet washer is leaking and floor drain in the bathroom is not functioning well, so the water stuck on the floor while showering. The room is shabby and very smelly, my Mom threw up. This is not the most cost-effective option in the area, but I trust the brand. And it was definitely wrong option. We want to change the hotel but we have 4 luggages with us and we were too tired to go after a long trip. I’ve stayed in many Ibis hotels before, in many cities in Indonesia Malang, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, even in Seoul and KL, I stayed in Ibis. I will of course stayed on those hotel, but will not in Ibis Budget Cikini. Very disappointing.

Very bad. Worse than bad itself! The air conditioner doesn't work at all. Neither does the television. I stayed two nights here and it was very, very bad. The sheets were filthy, black, and even when I opened them there were brownish-yellow spots. Geez, I was very surprised considering this is an Accor group. Even hotels that don't have international integration have 100 times cleaner sheets than this. Even when I complained the first night, when the staff left the ac on all day, when I came in the room was still not cold and the ac was still not working. And unluckily, on the second day the hot water didn't work. Wow...what a great Ibis Budget. A strategic location won't make you better if even the service standards can't be achieved. Good luck!

Cost savings from the owners!?Providing water condensers@ corridors could be accepted however, forcing costumers to use toilet paper for facial use, not having plastic for trash bins and no soap at sink, is not accepted!?
