The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were clean but felt outdated, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was blowing hot air instead of cold, making it more comfortable to leave a window open. On the plus side, there was plenty of on-site parking, noise levels were low, and the WiFi was fast enough for streaming. However, the TV didn’t support streaming, so I was limited to the usual channels. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle free. The breakfast was disappointing, often cold omelets and not worth the price. Overall, it was good value for money, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long-term stay as the pillows were flat and the bed was too hard.

Hotel well positioned near the motorway with a restaurant next door and Lidl supermarket nearby. Very clean rooms. Friendly, cheerful and very helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble.I needed to change the room as it was too far for my husband to walk - not a problem. Another pillow? Again, not a problem. Smiley, smiley, smiley and still smiling at breakfast!

Excellent low cost accommodation in outer area of town but right next to commercial centre. Great frequent bus service into Madrid.

Good for an overnight stop while travelling. Clean and good location. It's possible to walk to lots of eating places in and near two big shopping centres.

Stayed on stop over while traveling. Handy for shopping centre. Not much else around. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and quiet.

Male manager was an absolute gem. Lovely person who truly wanted a guest to be happy and experience a good stay. I am extremely sensitive to noise. I stayed on the main floor, and unfortunately the plastic stools dragging on floor above did wake me in mornings. (I think it was the chambermaids cleaning) I would stay on top floor next time. But, all in all, after staying at Ibis hotels all month long I say they are the best and safest bet for those who are paranoid about not hearing noise and having a good peaceful stay. Top Top hotel chain for this very valuable reason alone. I liked the location, back of hotel faces an empty field (heaven) where few students walk only when going and coming from school. Liked being out of the city, enjoyed hanging around local box stores for a break from touring. There was a secluded park with river a 10 min drive I walked and picnicked at. I also liked that there was a grocery store (Lidl) right beside the hotel. The thing I remembered the most was the kind manager and how accommodative he was. Listened to my worries about noise and need for non-smoking room and patiently worked with me to solve them. He was 5 star. ***** (if he reads this - Hi and thank you again for a fantastic stay, I remember how nice you were 3 months later it stands out, all the best!)

This is a budget hotel but the service is 5 star. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there's access to local shops/restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.
