Extremely disappointed with my experience at Ibis Budget Perth Airport. I never received my late check-in details until 2:30am, meaning I couldn’t access the room I’d already paid for. I tried contacting the property multiple times with no answer, I left voicemails, sent emails, and even called again on the day of check-in.
When they finally called back, the lady said she’d send through my late check-in instructions… except she didn’t. I landed in Perth with nowhere to stay, and only received the access instructions by text message at 2:30am, the morning of check-out! Who does that?!
Afterwards, I reached out directly to the hotel and received no response at all, so I contacted Wotif, who I booked through, to help resolve it. Even they couldn’t get a response from the hotel after multiple attempts. I’ve now spent weeks chasing a refund for a stay I never even got to use.
Really poor customer service, no communication, and no responsibility taken. Avoid this hotel unless you want to risk being left stranded in the middle of the night.
