This motel was booked through Flybuys rewards. It was very disappointing. There was a noticeable odour walking in. The staff were helpful offering to assist us with heavy bags up THREE flights of stairs. No lifts, so if you have mobility issues you should avoid this motel. The room was spacious, but the paint on the wall looked as though it had been done by a small child. The walls were dirty. The shower is outdated and when you are on the way to the airport all you want is a good clean shower. The drains were visibly full of junk and the shower curtain mouldy. The water splashed out under the curtain and the floor around the toilet was wet. There was no floor mat provided so wet feet traipsing through the room was not great. There were some mugs for tea and coffee, but no spoons or cutlery. If you need to iron, no ironing board or iron. Aircon are old box ones, noisy and not great temperature control. One pillow per person and small bed.

I’ve stayed here a few times for work, and it’s been pretty disappointing. There’s a noticeable odor when you walk in, and the rooms feel outdated. The walls are thin, so it’s hard to get a good night’s sleep, and there are no elevators, only stairs. While it's close to the airport, you can find better hotels for the same price. The staff are friendly, though, which is a plus.

It ain’t the Ritz Carlton as far and rooms and amenities, but I’m providing a rating because of the exceptional service from evening manager the night I turned up there. I’d had a terrible day, huge delayed flight in, missed connecting flight and just needed a room for night. Unfortunately in my stressed state I booked online for wrong date, which normally means all monies paid are lost, PLUS they were fully booked! The manager went above and beyond to help me out, and even went to see a room closed for maintenance. It was only a faulty air-con so he kindly offered me the room. I was incredibly relieved to accept. He restored a little faith in humanity. So whilst it’s not the grandest of hotels, I can thoroughly recommend the service. Thanks much appreciated!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Extremely disappointed with my experience at Ibis Budget Perth Airport. I never received my late check-in details until 2:30am, meaning I couldn’t access the room I’d already paid for. I tried contacting the property multiple times with no answer, I left voicemails, sent emails, and even called again on the day of check-in. When they finally called back, the lady said she’d send through my late check-in instructions… except she didn’t. I landed in Perth with nowhere to stay, and only received the access instructions by text message at 2:30am, the morning of check-out! Who does that?! Afterwards, I reached out directly to the hotel and received no response at all, so I contacted Wotif, who I booked through, to help resolve it. Even they couldn’t get a response from the hotel after multiple attempts. I’ve now spent weeks chasing a refund for a stay I never even got to use. Really poor customer service, no communication, and no responsibility taken. Avoid this hotel unless you want to risk being left stranded in the middle of the night.

I really should of looked at other reviews before booking this place. For 180 dollars a night, it's so not worth that. It's very small, out dated and smells. No furniture apart from the bed and a chair! The bathroom is absoultely putrid. I have stayed in better back packers than this place. Do not recommend! The only good thing about this place is they let me check in early, I had just come off night shift.

NO LIFTS!!! , you have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs,no proper ventilation for bathrooms for 💩 smells to exit. Water stains on carpet near bathroom door out dated airconditioning TVs are outdated, bad WiFi no bins in room to place rubbish. Very lackluster budget experience it lives up to its name budget Ibis and budget is what you get only good points are a bed for your head and close enough to the airport bearly a one star and one star is being generous staff could smile once in a while they're in the hospitality industry but I guess I wouldn't have a smile if I worked in a place like this.

It is a place to put your head. A bit further from Airport than I realized. Room small, just enough room to get bags inside, but for one night, it was fine. It was clean and my best word tight. Tea and coffee making, plus small fridge in room. Taxi call button on reception counter available for use 24/7.

Im glad I didnt have to pay for it. Staff cruised into my room about 1130pm when I was asleep to check to see if the air-conditioning was working. I was asleep and didnt invite them in. Apart from that, The rooms are clean, but old, small and rough. Staff were nice enough.
