ibis budget Sydney Airport

It's a quick walk to the airport and there is food conveniently close. The staff were really nice, happy to answer my questions about getting to the international airport and gave me an upgrade to my room. The room I stayed in was clean, a nice temperature and orderly, the bed was comfortable. There is a bit of airport noise but it didn't bother me. Sure there are scuff marks on the wall but it's a budget hotel, that's fine. I'd stay here again.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their parking services and beyond.

I stayed here with my family for one night. We booked 2 rooms for us all We got a room with 2 double beds and the room was so small you couldn't walk around the beds properly, under the beds were no clean with rubbish under them. and there was only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 4 people. And the bathroom was not clean. The back of the toilet was so bad with urine all down the back that looks like it was there for a long time. The other room was a bit better with 1 double and 1 single. One bonus the room was way bigger then the double bed room. I understand it's a budget accommodation but you would want way more for what you paid for. Only best part was close to airport where we needed to go the next day and close to food and grab.

Room was ready for our arrival and book in was quickly done, the room was what you would expect,big enough and all the facilities where there. Above the average I have stayed in, very close to the airport,a shuttle bus was available at very reasonable price and if you wished taxis where availability at the front door,with a set price to the airport. There was an assortment of eateries within walking distance to this friendly overnight stay, well worth your consideration.

We recently stayed here for 1 night, as a family with 2 children (under 1, and 3) before an early morning flight. ||We were expecting budget, and we were aware it'd be a very basic room. However, I feel this was less then what we expected.||We had 2 double bed room. The room was exceptionally small (e.g., to walk around 1 side of the bed you had to go side ways). We were unable to open the suitcases without it being on the beds, and the shower / toilet was a very small ensuite (e.g., you couldnt place your toiletries anywhere in bathroom). It was literally a room with 2 beds, no space at all. ||The room and building was generally run down. Check in and out was smooth, and hassle free. Fast food takeaway options 1 min walk around (mcdonalds, kfc etc). ||It may be suitable for a solo traveller, or 2 adults, but I definetly wouldn't recommend. Id pay a bit more for more space. |

Location close to airport but not walkable. You have to get a taxi. Very friendly staff but very small rooms. Literally good for a pit stop for changing flights and that’s why is is cost effective. Will stay again as it is close to airport and would fit in the budget.

Booked for the night before an early flight. Check-in was easy, and the twin room was surprisingly spacious. It was quiet and the AC was nice and cold. The bathroom was tiny though, but the water was hot and the pressure good. We booked the shuttle for 5am, which left from the adjacent motel.

Left a lot to be desired… Staff were lovely upon checking in and helpful over the phone. But I feel a bit sorry for them working for whoever is managing this sorry state of a hotel. We were only given one towel when I booked for two people. The room was clean enough but very tired. A shelf beside the bed was broken. The ‘hook’ for the pull down blind was a screw screwed into the window and the bathroom grout was discoloured throughout. There was also a room on our floor with its door open and an unsightly mess (honestly what looked like poo) within. No one had bothered to clean it by the time we left the next morning. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that’ll only see you walking an extra minute or two to the airport. You can spend as little as $20 more to stay in one of them.
