This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel during the jazz festival. It is close to the Roman Theatre. The hotel has a few (5) parking spaces in an underground garage but there's a public car park opposite which is free overnight. The hotel has no frills but we don't have any complaints. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.
If you stay in the summer, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so we took a fan with us and had a very comfortable night.

I stayed for one night and accidentally left my AirPods in the room.
The next day, I called the hotel and the receptionist confirmed they were found. At first, they responded to my calls and promised to send them by post. I provided all the necessary shipping details.
However, after that, both the receptionist and the hotel stopped replying to my emails and even blocked my phone number.
This is unacceptable behavior and shows complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

This was just grim. Booked on a whim as we were nearby and needed to stop. Dirty rooms, no aircon (they gave us fans on request though!) and so much traffic noise from the road, long into the night.
Only plus was free parking on a public lot nearby, plus lovely Rhone views 5 minutes away.
Would avoid unless you literally just need to nap and go, and there is not a heatwave on. Did not eat breakfast but would make me cry to eat that while in France (we saw the buffet when leaving).
Very friendly and helpful staff, but the place just is what it is. Ibis could do better.

The staff was always very nice but the hotel is really decadent and everything needs a good cleaning. I think they must run understaff for housekeepers, the carpets in the corridors are dirty, filthy, the toilets in the rooms aren't thrustworthy of having been thoroughly cleaned as i found lots of dirt in the sink and actually i had to change room as my first one had a dump in the toilet.

Very disappointing.|After a long trip from Calais we were looking forward to a night's rest before travelling on to Tarragona. However, this was not be.|Upon arrival we were informed that the lift was not working and that our room was on the second floor. OK we can deal with that we thought.|The room. Oh my goodness, such a tiny space with one double bed and a bunk bed over it. How three people could manage in such a small space is beyond us.|We then discovered there was no hot water. After running the tap in the sink and the shower for some time, they only offered luke warmwater.|Back down to the front desk to inform the receptionist who was by the way quite pleasant. She offered us another room which was on the 4th floor or another hotel. We guessed the other hotel would be the one close by which we had already visited when trying to find this hotel which didn't look much better.|Being very tired and not wanting to navigate the roads again at rush hour, we accepted the room on the 4th floor.|Yes we did get hot water.|The general appearance of this establishment was grubby and not very clean. There was a Christmas tree in the tiny foyer which was sadly dead. The microwave in the foyer was dirty on top, did not want to venture to look inside. The rooms were also of a grubby appearance and the bathroom floors were definitely not clean, toilets had brown stains at the bottom of the pans.|I did not venture into the bed but slept in my clothes on top of the covers.|We left early the following morning and opted not to risk breakfast based on previous experiences.|To market this establishment as a "hotel" is a stretch of the imagination. We understand the meaning of budget but how low can you go. "Hostel" would be a better description.|We have stayed in Ibis establishments on other occasions but have never been subject to such a poor experience.

Solid budget hotel in center of town. Some noise from motorcycles and cars (road passes under hotel). People at front desk were helpful and friendly. Bike-friendly. Breakfast is ok. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy, hotel was ok, friendly staff, claustrophobic breakfast area that I skipped, location city centre if you visit town, which I actually quite nice, parking on Saturday evening is up to you somewhere, just public areas

Booked the Budget Ibis as the "mainstream " one mentioned specifically- no parking whereas the Budget mentioned parking nearby. As it turned out there is a car park opposite, which better yet is free overnight and weekends. Happy days! Hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were lovely. Room could maybe have been larger but, hey, this is the Budget Ibis - what do you expect? Maybe best of all, the hotel is situated slap bang in the middle of Vienne so popping out for a drink and a meal on foot was the icing on the cake so to speak. Highly recommended on all fronts.
