ibis Buenos Aires Congreso

This was my first time in Argentina and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was centrally located, with plenty of public transport nearby if required. My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Mauricio on reception and Maria in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay most enjoyable.

Perfectly situated for a few days. We had a warm welcome and got our room before official check in time. Very much appreciated after a long flight and taxi drive.

I nearly always book to stay in one of the Accor brand hotels when I travel abroad as you know what standard to expect. This hotel was no exception, although I would say the rooms could do with some updating. That said, I believe that work has started which is good to know. Very central location, can be a little noisy at night but you would expect that in a major city like Buenos Aires.

The hotel location is great. It is near the Congress building. However, there is only two large towels in the bathroom. No water kettle or coffee machine in the room. It's OK for one night stay simply transition through the city.

It was a rainy day, When we arrived at the hotel, its front entrance was soaked with water and hotel staff was cleaning it.Our room was typical Ibis configuration, simple, enough, but not overwhelming.Unfortunately, the shower door could not be closed tight, so water kept splashing onto the bathroom floor outside the shower box.Both twin beds were unstable, and rocked as you turn your body. Didn't sleep too well.

It’s a 3 star hotel so I was not expecting much but I was surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was and the hotels breakfast was great. The room is comfortable for two adults and has a great view.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Checking in went smoothly, and I received a lot of help with my planned activities. I will gladly stay at the Ibis Buenos Aires Congresso again.

Location ok, transport to main attractions ok, great breakfast, some more hot food will make it like a 5 star service, staff attitude and profesionalsm excellent. Plenty of restaurants around.
