We were not satisfied with our stay. The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower — the shower box didn’t hold the water, and the entire bathroom floor would get soaked. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations.

Main elevator wasn't working. We had to use the service elevator that was next to kitchen. All people had to do the same and was next to the place where the staff was cooking. The outlets didn't work. Service people had to come to fix the problem. The furniture looked old compared to how the pictures from the app looked like.

A fine hotel on a very central location, right across the National Congress. Rooms are okay, not very special, and the staff working here is kind. The breakfast offering is quite basic and gets boring fast, but fortunately there are a lot of nice breakfastplaces nearby.

The hotel is in a good location, in a quiet place but still close enough of good well known places, in the other hand the apartment itself needs a renovation. We have stayed in two different apartments and the lights in bathroom was not really well at the shower box we had a leaking, at sealing was possible to see dirt as it was leaking from above, and also the drywall at the bedroom looked to having some humidity from bathroom.

I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel due to an excessively slow check-in process. It took the receptionist 40 minutes to check in a single group ahead of me and another 20 minutes for my own check-in, making me late for an important meeting. The receptionist seemed out of it and claimed that this was typical in Argentina, but having traveled around the country, I never encountered such inefficiency before. The room itself was just average and didn’t make up for the poor service. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Hotel was kinda old, still clean location was great. But so many homeless people around the area.

Okay place. Not too expensive. Would say fair for the quality. Staff attentive would not say friendly but not rude either! Just tipical seriousness of Porteños. Breakfast okay. Bed sheets are not good made of bamboo, but if you’re okay and not sensitive should not be an issue! Pet friendly very much appreciated it. Location excellent. Will come back!
