The stay was very pleasant. The breakfast is really well served. The only thing that I will point out is that the TV was not connected properly to the WiFi so it was not possible to cast my phone or watch Netflix.

I stay here when there is a power or water outage in my apartment, so my perspective is somewhat unusual. This is a good, no frills hotel for a one or two night stay. The staff is easy to work with and there is a nice restaurant.

Okay place. Not too expensive. Would say fair for the quality. Staff attentive would not say friendly but not rude either! Just tipical seriousness of Porteños. Breakfast okay. Bed sheets are not good made of bamboo, but if you’re okay and not sensitive should not be an issue! Pet friendly very much appreciated it. Location excellent. Will come back!

Disinterested receptionists. Receptionists do not even deign to talk to you. They can't speak English anyway. There is a hotel main entrance locked with a steel and iron door. When you arrive at night, you are waiting for the hotel door to open for 10-15 minutes. I would never recommend you to stay in this hotel.

I had the most amazing experience in Argentina thanks to the wonderful staff of Ibis Congreso. They were attentive, helpful and friendly. The hotel was always spotless and clean, plus the food was so fresh and amazing. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

Location next to Argentina Congress where demonstrators bang trumps untill early morning hours. Did not get any sleep. Room price dropped after making reservation but we didn't ask to adjust the price. However when we asked for a late check out they wanted $30 more.

Dirty rooms, bed sheets with stains, bathroom stinks! Bad smell of pipes and dirty towels with stains! The fences in the facade of the hotel with the broken glass wall are scary and made us feel unsafe! Literally, Run away!
