ibis Delémont Delsberg

I stayed here for 2 nights and it is a typical Ibis. I was quickly checked in and the receptionist was very helpful and she spoke very good English. ||The room was comfortable and the shower powerful. I was placed on the first floor, it became clear the room nearby had a family in it since the child made lots of noise in the corridor outside. This is clearly not the fault of the hotel. However, cleaning staff having a conversation loudly right outside my door on a Saturday morning at 0915 most certainly is. Not good if you want to have a lie in!!||The TV also had no English language channels so not great if you want TV.||Overall, a nice hotel with lovely staff but rooms need soundproofing!

Very good hotel, well located in Delémont with a friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are very confortable and cleaned. Breakfast is delicious with fresh local products and very well managed. Check in and check out are simple ans easy. The bar and the pool table are a good place to relax and talk.

Everything worked great and the room was clean. The staff was very nice, helpful and besides French also knew German and English well. It had an underground garage with (free) parking. In the bathroom, the shower was very large, which was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was diverse and fresh. Very tasty.

Good and clean Hotel. Staff are able to speak in German and English which is very important!! Big ➕️ is that the parking is free for Hotel guests. Very good breakfast. Quiet Area but also very central.

The parking is free, the welcome is warm, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the location is great, the bar is stocked, and you can even eat. What more can you want? We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Ideal location just two minutes walk from rail and bus stations. Handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Our twin bedded room was clean and big enough though not enormous, and towels were changed every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free wifi worked excellently. TV in the room with a good range of channels, and they gave us a kettle plus tea and coffee to take to the room. Thank you.

Very practical location near to the train station, does not oblige to arrive by car. The parking is pretty tight though. Arrived at 8PM, the hotel does not even feature a snack point, I had to look outside and I did not find much more than a Coop superette beside the train station (Tuesday evening). The room was very clean, the bed is confortable, the light is enough even for working with own laptop. Breakfast buffet is honest too. Resuming, this confirms the good business standards of Ibis hotels.
