Easily the friendliest and most hospitable receptionists I've encountered. I stayed for one night for a business trip; Upon arriving I informed them about my dietary restriction of being vegan which Aline was so very kind and forthcoming, going the extra mile of checking the ingredients of all breakfast items, taking note of which items I was able to eat and kindly informing me about it! First time I was met with such effort in this matter in a hotel in an area which I assume does not encounter many guests with this value. Also when I had a problem in the room, Mimoun was so kind to come fix it right away and offering me a free tea when later on I went to stay in the lobby to read. All staff I encountered in this hotel were friendly, though these two really stood out with their hospitality and kindness which made up for the quite outdated design of the room which was nonetheless comfortable and fine to stay in. Thank you for the positive memory!

Excellent, I recommend it, Thank you for everything. It was very good. I had a small problem in my room and it was resolved immediately and I upgraded to a suite. Very professional and many thanks to the management named Maria For your attention and solution to the situation in question 🙏🌹💕. I loved it 💗 Note: Magnificent breakfast 😀

Basic hotel. Lobby and bar are nice but rooms really need a refresh. They are a bit tired. Service is good though. Easy access via bus to Fribourg center and just off the main highway. Parking underneath.

According to my personal experience it's verry recommended hotel..its quiete, relaxing and most off all the team are really verry friendly so you always feel welcome.. as you are at home.. Big thanks to Fatima, Alice and Minoun . You made me reserve this hotel many times. Thank you!!!

Room was quiet even next to road. Convenient location. However, the wash gel in the shower was completely empty, not refilled. The one near the sink left only 20%. The toilet roll was finished but not replaced. Only 2 bath towels available. The floor was full of dust.

Rooms are small Insufficient Socket Bathroom Tiles are not very clean The furniture is old Above all, They employ a racist receptionist. I will never stay again... We stayed for travel in an average of 10 hotels in different Cantons in Switzerland. For the first time, we have faced such a racist behavior image of a person. I never recommend a business whose name I don't even want to hear...

The hotel is not in the city center but is walking distance to the bus stop. The room size is just right for two persons. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Very well located hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff is great and very nice.
