ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road

I stayed here for only a day, its a decent hotel at a very great location. Perfect for business purposes specially. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Overall i enjoyed my stay. Pros: * Great location with a metro station nearby. * Price isn't too high compared to the amenities you get. * Staff is polite and helpful. Cons: * Food isn't upto the mark at all. I had Breakfast as well as Lunch and it was below average. A few dishes were good but overall it left a bad impression. * Rooms are a bit dated and feel old. TV didn't had any channels that worked and gave errors when trying to open an app.

Great Experience! Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. Loved the food and the peaceful ambiance. Would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't want to say this but I'm telling you that please you should write hot water and cold water under the shower tap in the bathroom. For 10 to 15 minutes on the first day, I could not understand why the water was coming hot even at 30-40 °c .

Excellent hospitality provided by the IBIS team and their behaviour is polite specially Avi is the person whom I met and he assisted me a lot. From breakfast till dinner it has been a very good experience as they took care of us whenever we needed them. I liked their service and want to visit here again. Vishwanath

Had a very pleasant stay at hotel, the house keeping staff were really good. The room was well prepared and maintained. Thanks to Savareen for the good work in keeping my room clean for 3 days.

I’m Japanese visiting and staying India first time.I enjoyed staying at this hotel for some reasons.First,all staffs are so nice to me.Second, the breakfast is good. I enjoyed meals like a picture I uploaded. I enjoyed Indian breakfast.The cook making egg meal is so nice. Scrambled eggs and pan cakes are my favorites . And I ate the potato everyday, it’s my best.Delivery staffs are also nice. Third,I used the laundry service and the clothes I send were returned so clean and beautifully pressed and folded.Forth,Niranjan’s service like nice room cleaning makes me feel comfortable. So I’m satisfied with staying here.

The hotel is well connected with metro so traveling to different parts of the city for work was convenient. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good vibes and felt safe. The breakfast spread was okay and can be much better with more variety and avoid repeating the same items.

One the best Ibis I have encountered. Rooms are well designed, fully equipped with what you need. Ironing board right down the corridor. Super clean. Staff is also good in general but a few people can use a lesson or two in hospitality. Close to few food places and offices. Right on main road. Decent availability of cabs and metro nearby Overall I would certainly recommend.
