Housekeeping staff are very good They have maintained high level of hygiene and cleanliness, Savreen & Ritesh were there for cleaning and they were awesome. The hotel need to work on the reception staff. I don’t know what they are busy for. I carried my 2 trolley bags myself till 7th floor. When I asked them if someone can help they had just one answer “please wait” I kept waiting for an hour and then I did it myself. They saw me carrying my bags but they were not bothered . They were Always busy for nothing. The restaurant staff were even worse. Not sure what work is assigned to them. During breakfast the chef preparing dosa & omelette don’t even listen to the order. They both are busy talking to each other. All the restaurant staff were busy on phone just one thing without fail they use to ask the room no 😀 Except the cleanliness, flowers decoration nothing was good The housekeeping staff were so humble and good. Since I was working from the hotel They use to ask me if you need more coffee or tea or water. Made the room clean and fresh. Thanks Savreen & Ritesh awsome housekeeping

I had a very pleasant stay at the ibis Hotel, Gurgaon. The location is perfect, making it very convenient for travel and nearby offices. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and overall housekeeping was excellent. Special thanks to Niranjan ji from the housekeeping team for his prompt, courteous, and professional service. He ensured the room was neat and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend ibis Gurgaon for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The housekeeping staff at this property is exceptionally helpful and courteous. In particular, Shahjad and Prem provided outstanding assistance and were consistently available whenever needed. Their room upkeep was prompt, thorough, and highly commendable. The room and bathroom were well-maintained, comfortable, and exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness. The hotel’s location is also excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. A notable point to remember is that movement within the hotel premises requires the room key card, which adds an extra layer of security. The overall hospitality was warm and professional, contributing to a pleasant stay. The food quality was decent; however, it felt slightly overpriced for the portions offered. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience.

The hotel has a perfect location, very close to the metro station, making travel easy — especially to nearby places like Cyber City. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The conference halls are well-maintained and suitable for training sessions and business meetings. The staff is polite and supportive. However, the food quality is below average, and the same menu is served throughout the day and night. If you are a foodie, it’s better to avoid staying for more than a day. Overall, a good stay for business and short visits due to excellent connectivity and comfort.

Excellent hospitality and courteousness. Food was just lovely. Breakfast spread, taste and quality was just awesome. Thanks to ASHISH and Ayub - the chefs who made food so lovely. Balram and Dipanshu were very attentive to the needs.

Had an amazing morning at Ibis Gurgaon Golf Course road. Amazing hospitality by the whole team. Breakfast was very nice. Really nice scrambled eggs. Mr Balram has been so kind and helpful all throughout. Had a nice interaction with him. Sachin, Dipanshu and Chef Ayub Khan and Chef Anil and the entire team was so helpful. Thank you so much team.
