Good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Housekeeping were supportive & provided good service. Food was good & had a balance in offering items of different cuisines in buffet. Room size was adequate with compact bathroom. Overall, I recommend the Ibis hotel for its quality service and comfortable accommodations.

A cozy hotel away from the hustle bustle of Delhi. This is in-fact located toward Gurgoan (formerly known as Gurugram) within the Haryana state. One thing I liked about staying here was that its near to the Sector 53 metro where I was able to reach Cyber City and then to Ambience mall where I did most of my shopping. Other than that, not much to describe about. About the hotel experience, everything was smooth and staffs were absolutely friendly/helpful in terms of hotel amenities. Room and bathroom was smaller but accommodating. Room service was okay as well. IF YOU ARE SOMEONE EXPLORING DELHI AND YOU WANT A HOTEL, THIS IS NOT THE BEST CHOICE! Traffic will kill your time while commuting and metro will kill your time inter-changing, so choose wisely. Overall an absolute banger to stay if your first preference is a quiet, cozy and a pet friendly hotel to stay.

Things i didn't like - 1- Bathroom were too small, that you can't even properly stand to take shower. 2- No lock for bathroom, surprisingly hotel management don't know about the privacy in the room. 3- Stone in the food - I had face issue in the food, during the breakfast on 22nd, I got one enough big size stone in the breakfast item Poha, which I reported to the staff. But this shouldn't happen at any cost. The good part is support from the staff, whenever calls to the staff for any service they were quick, be on the reception or dining hall.

Initially, I was bit discouraged to see compact rooms but since my stay was long, I got used to it and was happiest to see the cleanliness (shoutout to cleaning staff). Further, the food court staff, they served food with so much love that I felt homely there (shoutout to Rishab, Pawan, Abhishek Mishra, Balram, Mohit, Rakshit, Hari Ram). They all have done more than what they can do for a guest. They improved themselves on my and my team's real time feedback and we could see improvements within my stay only. Overall, the stay and my experience was good. Reception staff was also very friendly and courteous.

i usually stay in much fancier properties like pullman. but this time this hotel was very close to my exam hall so i stayed here. the check in process took a little long at 20 mins till i got my key. but apart from that i was taken aback by how well they treated me. truly like a 5 star in terms of service. from them making me feel special at the bar to them delivering room service really quickly. even an iron that i requested was brought within 5 minutes, which is better service than at some 5 stars. on top of everything i was scared id have to check out at 7 am before my exam cus it was till 2 pm when rakshith at the front desk said he could do 4 pm check out since i was a silver member. letting me do that itself, made me enjoy the stay so much more and took my stress away.

Niranjan was a fantastic housekeeper! He was very attentive to detail and made sure my room was always clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed with how quickly he responded to my requests. One small suggestion for the hotel: the toilets in the rooms could be a bit larger. It might be a minor detail, but it could improve the overall comfort of the stay

I stayed here for one night to be precise due to weather delays the stay was shortened to just a few hours. I arrived late or rather early in the morning around 2.45 am and was well received. Had a meeting at 11.30 in Manesar so barely got to sleep for about 6 hours . Breakfast was also good. then check out around 11 am . Everything in the short span i was well looked after.
