The hotel is centrally located and I enjoyed the Garuda restaurant nearby that served good Indo cuisine and also some other tourist/shopping spots. The house keeping dept Mr Safiih was very polite, professional and obliging to our needs The Front reception Mr Ilham also was very polite and helpful to us Was a clean room and all is fine only wifi was a bit lagging. Other than that we had really enjoyed our stay there and the warm hospitality. Will certainly come back again in future if i were in Jakarta

Basic rooms that are good value for its location - my stay costs approx USD32 a night. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is no wardrobe. Just an “open plan” space to hang some clothes and a drawer for foldables. There is also no refrigerator of any size. There is a small cupboard that looks like it was made for a mini refrigerator but it’s now empty. No complementary bottled water. Only a small jug and a water dispenser by the elevator (you need to walk out and help yourself). Rather than the normal 4 pillows on a queen sized bed, they provide 2 pillows and 2 mini bolsters. Unusual but not a big deal. Bed is clean and comfortable. No universal plug point. All plug point are 2 round pins, so come prepared. There is an old styled in-room safe but it’s open with the lock stuck in a “locked” (extruded) position so can’t be used. Will check with staff later if can be reset and utilised. Small TV with local channels.

So so goood, all the staff was helpfull, the room is clean, the pillow is fluffy, u can easily find many street food around the hotel by only walking down the street. Thank u for having us. Definitely will comeback soon and have a staycation here again.|Over all 5 stars! ⭐️

definitely understaffed. no security/ concierge to greet me when I arrive so it's hard for me to know where to park. breakfast staffs was definitely overwhelmed that we didn't get the amount of service expected from this brand. the room we got has no towel set up until we ask for it. the toilet flush didn't stop automatically. the ac drips water. the security only in shift at night, they call to my room very late at night for me to move my car, very inconsiderate considering the hour. the rest of the staff tried ther best to be helpful and bring out their best hospitality, but they're just simply have their hands full.

The warmth and sincere service rendered is beyond expectations. Pak Bayu, ibu Hesti and many others are just superb! From the front office to the housekeeping - every single individual makes you feel at home and shows their care and concern . Congrats to all . I'll definitely recommend my associates to stay here.

Easy access to malls and restaurants. Affordable rate and friendly staffs.|Bpk. Bayu was very helpful with my requirements during the stay.|Located at the centre of the city, yiu can just walk to Monas, Istiqlal Mosque and museums.|The food are nice and good room service.

BUT IT IS DANGEROUS !!! VERY POOR SAFETY !!! I stayed on 30-Apr-25 for one night. At about 2am, someone was repeatedly ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door. When i opened it was a stranger, not a hotel staff, looking for some unknown person !!! How could they allow someone to go knocking on a guest's door in the middle of the night !!! There doesnt seem to be any securtity staff in the hotel. And i couldnt call hotel staff because the phone in the room was not working !!! For security reasons, i will not stay in this hotel ever again !!!
