ibis Kyiv City Center

Very good hotel!!! In the city center you can’t find better. The reception is very professional, Alina helped us to extend our stay when the hotel was actually full, always smiling and doing her best to help us in every single issue we had. I recommend this hotel to everyone who doesn’t want to spend much money but have a European comfort in Ukraine, plus they do have a really good restaurant.

I would like to express my appreciation to the reception staff. They are always welcoming and attentive, and they genuinely care about guests’ comfort. I am especially grateful for their help in providing a heater when the room was very cold. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient — right in the city center, with easy transport connections to any part of town. Illya and Maksym were absolutely amazing — they quickly helped me with an early check-in, and I really appreciated their efficiency and friendliness.

Yours staff is so friendly! No matter of air alterte in Kyiv they always stayed out together, warm and friendly! We asked for room below the 7th floor you staff did a Greta job accommodating us we requested! I felt welcomed, safe, and like at home! Thank you! Please rest week your local staff there! The hotel provides what you need: no frills, but enough comfort to enjoy your stay. Rooms are basic and functional, although the shower could use some fixing, as it leaks onto the bathroom floor. Cleanliness is decent, and the quiet vibe makes it easy to relax. The view over Kyiv is genuinely a highlight, especially at night. It adds a great touch to the experience. The restaurant also stands out with its spacious layout and tasty food. One fun detail: the TV is usually set to cartoon channels, which gives the space a slightly random and playful feel. My favorite spot, though, is the bar. Laid-back atmosphere, cold beer, and those classic peanuts that ended up becoming part of my daily routine (when they’re available, of course). Breakfast is simple, but the morning team is warm and upbeat, which really helps start the day on a positive note. The rest of the staff maintains a friendly attitude, which adds to the overall atmosphere.
