ibis Kyiv City Center

I had an excellent experience at Ibis City Center Kyiv. The food is outstanding truly delicious and well prepared and the drinks are top quality, perfectly made and very enjoyable. What really made the difference, though, was Kaleria. She is truly above average, with exceptional attention to the smallest details. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests made the experience unforgettable. Service like hers is rare and deserves special recognition. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great food, amazing drinks, and truly outstanding service in Kyiv.

We love your hotel for its location and availability of the shelter, generator and great service! The only negative is the design of your showers. We have stayed in many different rooms in your hotel and the basic design of your showers is quite simply bad. Because of how the doors are designed in the showers, it is impossible to use the shower without a good deal of water leaking onto the floor. This is constant in every single room in your hotel. Please consider how this might be fixed—it is very annoying! Still, we will return when we next come to town. Thank you!

I highly recommend IBIS City Center for business or vacation accommodation in Kyiv. Staff in reception, cleaning, maintenance, restaurant are attentive and supportive. Generator electricity ensures continued power supply during city blackouts. City highlights and sights are easily accessible on foot and via nearby metro station. Central railway station is within walking distance. Special thanks to Roman for untiring customer care, with equal acknowledgement of all other staff efforts! Thank you!

Very nice hotel at a very good location. Good that there is electricity, heating and water all the time. The restorant is quite ok but slightly understaffed even if they are doing their best to cover all the needs of the guests

This is a very nice place in a great location in Kyiv. Clean and comfortable . The personnel are the best, always polite and very responsive to any requests. The food at the restaurant tastes great. Also, big thanks to Roman for his amazing attentiveness 💙💛
