ibis Lausanne Crissier

We had a lovely 6 days break in this hotel. We took a 3 bed room which was of standard quality, with furniture well arranged allowing us to move around easily. But the staff made the difference! From the manager to the cleaming ladies, all shared a warm smile and were very friendly. They explained and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you all ! The hotel is located very close to a shoping area, the EPFL and the hoghway highway A1 which gets you easily outside Lausanne, avoiding the traffic of the city center.

This Hotel is located very central to Lausanne and for the Highway in all directions. Good Business Hotel. The rooms are clean, the personal very helpful and friendly.

This is absolutely an unacceptable hotel that claims to have a 3-star rating. In the room even basic facilities like a kettle are not provided. Customers need to pay another CHF14 to get a mini bar fridge. The room does not provide hot water because no kettle is provided. We had to go to the communal area to get help for hot water. The toilet door has no lock and cannot be fully closed. Sound proofing is absolutely a joke - my family of four could not sleep well as we were terribly affected by the lodger upstairs talking, dragging chair along in late night and early morning. I went upstairs to ask why the lodgers caused so much noise without thinking of people living downstairs. We were not enjoying the stay in the IBIS room but counting how many days remaining to leave this place. I have to say my family will certainly avoid IBIS brand in our holiday/business trip from now on and spread this experience in my community.

Clean rooms, really helpful and polite staff, but works around the hotel is an issue.

The location is decent,rural surroundings but you will soon explore all the night trend are hitting the road,hatchet bars,sushi restaurants,fitness mamas.Unfortunately we cannot betray the bookings to find these foods at dinner,the taste,so-so,most recommendable,the deserts, feels welcomed with the homemade pastry,yum!

I'm trawling a lot through all 🇨🇭 because of my work. I have been in many other hotels 🏨 in the region, and is the first tine in these Ibis. It is supper clean, supper welcoming reception and mowst important for me is the parking. The food was alsow delicious ☺️ Thanks and till next time.
