ibis Lima Larco Miraflores

This hotel is very well situated, convenient to lots of restaurants, shops, the seaside and community spaces. we were there 3 nights in total 2 at the beginning of out trip and 1 at the end. |The first night we ate at the hotel. It was only adequate. The food was cold and service poor, the atmosphere was less than welcoming, no music and very dim lighting. However, we were delighted at breakfast to find an excellent buffet, full of choice and freshness. More importantly we found Omar Cruses who was quietly going about his day creating a very pleasant and enjoyable experience for the guests. On our return to the Ibis at the end of our trip there he was again continuing to do a great job. Thankyou.|We did find one evening of live music in the restaurant was lovely. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff were kind and friendly.|Our rooms were on the 4th and 11th floors relative to the beginning and end of our trip. The room on the 4th floor seemed less clean than our experience on the 11th floor. The hallways are quite dull and dark and could do with a overhaul in my opinion. The linens were immaculate and impressive but bathrooms showed wear and tear. The air conditioning was very welcome, the window also opened and was equally welcome. (No we did not run air with window open)|Overall a good experience, a few tweeks could take my good to excellent. Thanks.

A rather average stay but that is reflected in the price. No complaints about the hotel itself. Absolutely no possibility for early check in, not even 10 minutes early so don’t come with that expectation. AC worked great, beds were comfortable and shower was warm and had great pressure. Room was a bit small and you really couldn’t lay out luggage but the closet space was significant if you had a longer stay. Construction next door was a bit loud but they shut off at 5pm. Bar is NOT 24/7 despite their advertising saying it is. 10 min walk to ocean, lots of restaurants and supermarket. Next door to several currency exchanges. Very safe area for a female solo traveler. Locked baggage storage for no fee in their parking area. Bar and restaurant on property. No microwave or fridge in room but bar staff was happy to provide cups of ice for me. A great hotel to sleep and refresh in for a quick stay.

Awesome location, you could walk along the waterfront and close to many good restsurants. Very clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The only small drawback was the size of the beds but they were quite comfortable. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

This is a basic yet solid hotel. Location is great and the price is competitive. The time are rather small but functional, making Ibis a good option of you plan to spend only the nights resting and the days exploring Lima.

Had a great stay here. Value for money. Check in was easy and quick. Room was okay, its typical ibis room, just enough. Bed was comfy, nice pillow too. Great location, just walking distance to the mall. Restaurants are around the area. Generally happy to stay here.

I visited the restaurant at Ibis Lima Larco Miraflores in the afternoon and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The service was not just good — it was exceptional. Omar, the staff member who assisted me, went above and beyond. He guided me through the menu with such professionalism and warmth that it made the entire experience memorable. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attention to detail truly elevated my visit.||I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and top-tier service. I only stayed here for 1 night as part of an Exoticca tour. I was due to stay 2 nights but my flight was cancelled. ||It's basic, the rooms are clean and in reasonable condition. The bathroom had a bit of an aroma but not too bad. The shower head is fixed to the ceiling which was a bit annoying as I didn't want to wash my hair or get it wet.||Breakfast was ok, mostly continental. Breads and jams but no butter. Fresh fruit. The hot food was ok. Coffee machine with americano, cappuccino etc. ||My room suffered with a bit of traffic and aeroplane noise. But not enough to stop me sleeping. ||I didn't get opportunity to see the area but it felt safe and clean.

This is a typical, generic Ibis found all over the world. There are shades of differences but generally you know what to expect. However, this property is aging and showing signs of wear and tear, specially in the rooms. There is no drinking water provided. The shower head is located in a strange manner. The toilet seat was broken. They charged USD 65 for a week’s worth of laundry, a total ripoff for this country. Breakfast was average. The location is in the less desirable part of Miraflores, amidst the commercial hustle bustle. I was on the 14th floor and the street noise could be heard. Staff is polite and helpful. However, having walked around Miraflores, this would not be my first choice. There are better options in this price point.
