I visited the restaurant at Ibis Lima Larco Miraflores in the afternoon and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The service was not just good — it was exceptional. Omar, the staff member who assisted me, went above and beyond. He guided me through the menu with such professionalism and warmth that it made the entire experience memorable. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attention to detail truly elevated my visit.||I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and top-tier service. Thanks to Omar, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. It offers great access to local attractions and amenities, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the price was quite reasonable for what was offered, providing good value for money. Cons: On the other hand, the reception staff's service was disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of flexibility regarding early check-in, with absolutely no room for negotiation, which was frustrating. Another significant drawback was the baggage storage system for pre-check-in hours. Guests are directed to store their luggage in a garage area that lacks an elevator, making it very inconvenient to transport bags, especially heavier ones, up to the main lobby or rooms. Conclusion: While the good location and reasonable price are valuable selling points, the issues with the reception's rigidity and the inconvenient baggage storage significantly impacted my overall experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance guest satisfaction.

It was my first time in Peru. I was wonderful. When I arrived at the hotel the ladies from the reception give me a early check in. it was good because i felt tired. Elizabeth and Celeste are the best. They makes me feel comfortable and welcome.|Breakfast was excellent. I really recommend Ibis hotel

I visited the Ibis bar and had an amazing experience! Our servers, Abel and Ivan, were outstanding—they provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations for the best Peruvian drinks. I highly recommend their bar and restaurant for anyone looking for great flavors and warm hospitality!

We had a great experience at Ibis hotel! We sat at the bar and were provided with the best service from the bartender Ivan. It’s our first time in Peru - he made us an amazing pisco sour and educated us on the different types of pisco. What a great way to start our trip!

We were sent here at 4 a.m. by Delta Airlines because they cancelled our flight. I was in room 1453. After getting to the room and realizing there was no fridge (seriously? C'mon man!) I just went to bed. I was exhausted after dealing with Delta. At 7 a.m. there was a loud knocking on everyone's door in the area on that floor. I just let it go because I was just rudely awoken and knew no one would be looking for me. Because I didn't answer someone used a key and walked into the room. I told them to get the f out as they were asking for "Ms. Bay" or something. Upon further reflection of this I thank God we weren't in the USA. I exercise my rights in the US and this would not have ended well. What kind of hotel does this??? Just barge into someone's room at 7 am?||I couldn't sleep any more so I got up and checked on the breakfast. It was a pretty good spread, lots of options. While down there I spoke to the Taxi stand just inside the door of the hotel and booked my ride back to the airport for 8 p.m. with high hopes of leaving Peru. The area of Miraflores is quite nice with the Larco Mar mall just a 2-block walk. There's a small market just out the door to the left where you can get water and toothpaste, things I needed. To the right is Larco Mar. ||The TV is tiny and the volume even at its highest level is very low, but I get it since the walls here are very thin between rooms. Elevator is fast, room appeared clean, wifi is solid, employees seem pretty good. Not sure I would stay here again as I saw more familiar hotels I would prefer in the neighborhood, but aside from the things mentioned above, it was just ok.

Friendly staff, with a great location. The restaurant offers good tasty food (menu). The rooms are small, and outdated. They have security 24/7 (good for a peace of mind) but it never felt unsafe.

Service is good, front desk is willing to help. Early check in is available at 10 as I join the membership. However, the room is pretty small and the bed is just perfectly fit for one person without space to turn around.
