Enjoyed our stay in a very spacious Junior Suite, was only marred by an unfriendly/unhelpful/untrained? reception staff member which led us to spending considerable time finding parking. Had I booked parking she asked ? No, because when I enquired on line I was told booking was not possible. Did she have any suggestions - just a shrug, and a suggestion that we just||drive around and look. With the internet being very patchy, only later did we discover that there was a Parking Building less than a hundred metres away! That piece of local information would have saved us considerable angst and a long walk, from the parking building we had eventually stumbled up.||We don’t get our room serviced every day, but when we did request it, returning mid afternoon to find the room untouched was disappointing, and very unusual with Accor hotels, whose housekeeping service is usually excellent.||
