I stayed at this hotel for a month, and my experience was wonderful, thanks to Ahmed at the reception (from Egypt) — he was extremely helpful, kind, and made everything so much easier for me. He truly made my stay more comfortable. Big thanks also to the housekeeping team, especially one staff member whom I believe is named Ibis — always smiling and did his job excellently. I will definitely return if Ahmed is still working here. The service overall was great. Ahmed was a perfect example of professionalism and respectful service — he helped me a lot with every detail and made all the complicated procedures much easier. Even when I requested to change rooms, he responded quickly and moved me to the exact room I wanted, with full cooperation and respect. His presence was honestly a key reason my stay was so comfortable.

I’m generally a big fan of the Ibis hotel chain, but definitely not this particular property. Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any Ibis hotel. The biggest issue by far was the humidity level and the air quality inside the room—it was absolutely miserable. I couldn’t breathe properly, and it felt heavy and damp all the time. Just imagine trying to rest in that environment. That said, there were also some positives: The room itself was good in terms of size for what I paid. The mattress was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Big parking area, which is always a plus in Dubai. The location is great—surrounded by lots of restaurants, spas, and very close to Mall of the Emirates. They also offered me a late checkout, which I appreciated. Overall, while there are some good aspects, the air quality issue overshadowed everything else for me. I love this hotel chain, but I will not be staying at this specific Ibis again.

The location is great, just a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates and with easy access to the metro, it's ideal for both business and leisure travelers.||But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional cleanliness and the outstanding service by Mahesh, one of the housekeeping staff. Mahesh goes above and beyond every single day. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and quiet professionalism are remarkable. The room was always spotless, refreshed with care, and Mahesh always greeted me with a genuine smile and warm energy that made me feel at home. He truly takes pride in his work, and it shows.||Thank you to the entire team for a great experience, and a special thank you to Mahesh for making my stay extra special. ||I will definitely be back!

It’s was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are so clean and big, beds are extremely comfy, amazing shower pressure. Housekeeping staff are kind and always go the extra step to ensure your stay is great.|Breakfast was fab., extremely tasty and international, they bring to you the finest cheese types and a wide range of food to choose from including things for vegans and vegetarians.|Lifeguards on the poolside are also extremely helpful. The pool is a great temperature and sun loungers are in the sun all day. ||Excellent location 5 mins walking distance to Emirates Mall.|This hotel is absolutely amazing for the price and I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting dubai.||Finally, I must mention the management team of Mr Ghaith the general manager, and his team, they are so friendly and always find time to chat and offer assistance. This ethos of fantastic friendly service permeates down to all staff.||Thank you IBIS staff, the key of this Hotel, the people who worked hard to create a 5 star service.

I have been staying at this Ibis since February for business and I am so glad I chose this hotel. The rooms are perfect for what they are… somewhere to sleep! All the staff here have been amazing from breakfast, thank you Matilda and Samual for the personal greetings and always smiling. So the front of desk staff to which nothing is a problem. Mobin in the bar in the evenings to the lady who cleans my room whose smile makes my day! There are many staff I meet daily but too many names to remember. So thank you all and keep up the great work you’re a great team and make the hotel what it is!
