I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. I would especially like to commend Mahesh for his outstanding service. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. Thank you to Mahesh and the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Great entertainment on Christmas Day. Singer was terrific and very engaged!!! Food - variety is good, but some were not hot anymore.. juices not freshly squeezed anymore a bit warm.. the room temperature is warm despite our request to bring up the A/C - that’s main issue.. can be improved. Otherwise all the servers were just fantastic and very attentive!! They did a stellar job serving us!!! Kudos to their efforts

Had an amazing time at the newly opened McGettigan’s in ibis Mall Avenue, Al Barsha 🍻 The food and drinks were great, the ambiance was perfect, and we really appreciated the clearly designated smoking and non-smoking areas. A special thanks to Susan, Mobin, Sithu, and the rest of the team — the staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, an excellent experience — highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hello everyone, the stay at Novotel Suite Avenue mall was delightful. The room we stayed gave us a view to the busy metro. The food was delicious and had variety of options. The washrooms and beds were very neat and tidy. The pool was clean and the water temperature was optimum. The staff were very kind and response was quick.In conclusion, this hotel is a must visit, hope you all enjoy your stay!!!

​I had a wonderful stay at ibis Mall of the Emirates. The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the mall and Carrefour, which made my stay very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. ​However, what really made the difference was the amazing staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Mr.Robin and Ihsaan at the front desk for being so professional and helpful. Also, a big thanks to Alisha and Prabin from the housekeeping team for keeping my room spotless every day. ​I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Dubai. Highly recommended!
