ibis Mall Avenue Dubai

The location is good and is just at 5 mins walking distance from the hotel and has great food places , supermarkets , spas and cafeterias .... the atmosphere is really nice . Although one downside i would like to mention is that the room walls are too thin that u can hear everything from outside. The bed was a disappointment because it was too small for 2 people and was not a king size as it had been mentioned ... the price was good and affordable with great service. The cleanliness was good overall but the towels looked really used . The service was good overall , especially by the reception staff maryam and reena . The amenties were normal . The fun part was the lobby which i really liked . Overall , it was a good experience here

The team is friendly,we had to wait for the breakfast as it was full and there is no tables ,I believe it should have more tables.The team took the care of my case as I have Celiac and I am very happy,I always choose this hotel.There was a issue with the room it have bad smell like cigarettes,note that it was mentioned non smoking as my request and the corridor have a smell of humidity. These are the only main points.Thank you for the good service

Amazing stay! The hotel staff were very accommodating. In every request that I made, they never disappointed me. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Excellent hospitality! Service and hospitality are very important for customers, and they truly delivered. Excellent! Definitely we’ll come back.

Overall, our stay was very good, and we were satisfied with most aspects of the experience. Prabin and Elisa took excellent care of my room, ensuring everything was well maintained. The F&B Manager also personally checked on my stay and overall experience, which was truly appreciated. We are grateful for their prompt and attentive service.

Oh, I’m so happy to find this hotel in Dubai, amazing location, all services are on top, cleaning is every day. Especially is the best job from Aysha, she did a cleaning so quality and always with smile. Thanks! For that price you are giving really good service

Great entertainment on Christmas Day. Singer was terrific and very engaged!!! Food - variety is good, but some were not hot anymore.. juices not freshly squeezed anymore a bit warm.. the room temperature is warm despite our request to bring up the A/C - that’s main issue.. can be improved. Otherwise all the servers were just fantastic and very attentive!! They did a stellar job serving us!!! Kudos to their efforts
