My most lasting impression of this hotel will be the outstanding customer service of Tim at reception. I needed lactose free milk. He took the trouble to try and find some for me, but the cafe was out of stock at this this time (evening) I purchased some nearby and he arranged for the cafe to use it for my breakfast next morning using a complimentary voucher. I was greeted by name next morning which I appreciate is unusual in a hotel of this size. You made my stay awesome Tim, thanks so much!

This hotel has a great central location and is clean. The staff were nice and helpful. I didn't appreciate that the room didn't have extra blankets or a hairdryer. I was given a clean towel that had a big pink stain on it. Shower leaked a bit. I liked the buffet breakfast.

Great location that is close to many main attractions. Rooms are well maintained and clean, but on the slightly smaller side for families. Pillow quality can be improved, it is too soft and flat for a comfortable night of sleeping. Generally a good place to stay if all you need is a place to rest at night and bump in and out daily for sightseeing or for lone travelers.

Rubbish hotel. The nicest staff I encountered where the guy cleaning my room and the girl behind the jump at the bar (sorry forgot your name) asked about getting the phone fixed in my room never happened. Everything seemed difficult. Rooms are tiny anyone who says the rooms are spacious are kidding. Definitely a budget hotel....not gonna say putrid but pretty ordinary. Terrible

We booked 4 king rooms 6 months ago, However, inky 3 King rooms available and 1 Queen room. Very unhappy with yr arrangement. The front desk knew about it and did not find clean until we went up to the room. We had to confront them rather than they taking initiative to offer a similar or better room as service recovery. |The rooms are basics and updated. |Bathroom is totally a let down. The shower area was poorly designed. Water kept flooding out. The bathroom floor was so wet after each shower. |The breakfast was pretty decent; don’t expect changes. The spread does not change at all.

Toilet shower drainage design can be further improved as it floods over everytime someone showers and we had to use up all the bath towels to soak up the water to prevent accidental falls. Generally a good and value for money place to stay if you just need a clean and conveniently located place to rest at night and bump in and out daily for sightseeing like us, for work or as a lone traveler with simple needs.

The room was good, better than my expectations. The only thing I find odd is that no hair dryer was provided in the room. A hairdryer is a basic amenity for a hotel stay. Something which IBIS Perth ought to look into.

Overall l had a decent experience, but I wanted to highlight one issue that affected my comfort. The pillows provided were much too soft and lacked the necessary support for my neck. Personally, I found it very difficult to get into a proper sleeping position, which impacted my rest during the stay. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering firmer pillow options for guests who need better neck support.

This Hotel is located at the heart of Perth city its within a walking distance to the city area. The train station is located within the walking distance too. Ibis Hotel is a budget hotel so dont expect the rooms to be spacious. Overall, the hotel is clean and you can access free internet via the computer located near the reception area. Spend a week there, nothing special about this hotel. Would to explore other hotel during my next trip. Will visit again.

Ibis hotel is nothing particularly special, but then nothing particularly bad either. It is one of the cheaper Perth hotels but it is really quite simple. The service is pretty good, but the rooms smell a bit funny. It is fine for a couple of nights but wouldn't want to be there for much longer than a week.
