A basic, no frills hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy and Maddison at the desk was very helpful and friendly. ||The room was clean, bed comfy and shower pressure good. A bit rough around the edges but decent enough, my room was small but it was fine for one person. ||Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, but they were the same each day so got boring after a few mornings.||There was an issue with a charge on my card after I checked out which was promptly refunded.||Overall, I’d stay here again but I’d certainly look for better options first.

Excellent location in city, centrally close to all of Perth's transport optiions.. Clean, tidy and comfortable but dated rooms. Friendly reception reported major renovation of everything floor by floor begins in September 2024. Restaurant looked inviting, but we had no time to use. Will definitely stay here again next visit. Typical Ibis featueres, simple, basic but complete.. We found the shower a bit bigger bigger than most other Ibis we have stayed at.

Great hotel for location and price. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Our room had a very comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, iron, TV, and tea and coffee replenished daily. The restaurant/ bar was excellent value for money and the food lovely. It is close to shops etc and also the bus and train station and a short walk from Elizabeth Quay. The red cat bus goes past every few minutes to Matagarup bridge and the Opus stadium. We would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, bed was clean however, mold near carpet area where bathroom entrance is and all timbers around the cabinet where you place your bag was expanded and rotten, reason being the shower is not draining or sealed properly and water is running down the carpet. Barely hot water was coming out of shower head, bathroom sink was broken, dust all over the curtain / window. Intolerable noise coming above ceiling couldn’t sleep and complained staff said apparently everyone in level 9 was complaining and moved. They moved me to level 3, the room was much much nicer however still couldn’t sleep as noise from the alley way (night clubs and drunk people) was also intolerable. I literally vomit after the breakfast it taste awful, the next day I just had tea and sweets.

This hotel is undoubtedly situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Perth with the ability to walk pretty much anywhere and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was fine, if a little small and the beds were comfy enough. The room systems however, feel like they were designed in the 1950s, by someone who didn't like people very much. The shower design is bizarre and when I could get the shower hot, it rarely stayed hot before needing to be tweaked again. The aircon system was also not particularly effective and had been switched into winter mode despite it being unseasonably warm which caused the rooms to heat further. This was corrected the next day but made for an uncomfortably hot first night.

This spot is a dream! Sparkling clean, incredibly cozy, and smack dab in the center of the city. With shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance, it's the perfect location for exploring. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The room was in line with the price, rather small, but clean and adequate. The bathroom with shower was also adequate. A few damages on the bathroom ceiling and heavy calcification on the shower head testify to the age of the furnishings. Very nice and helpful staff at reception, thanks to Alma for the quiet room on the 7th floor.

Positives: Friendly staff Comfy bed Clean room every day Nice warm/hot shower/ water pressure Location Negatives: Tired looking hallways and corridors which need painting and carpet replacing. Small bathroom. Housekeeping staff left our room open with valuables inside and forgot to secure it leaving it wide open when I returned. Fortunately nothing stolen.
