The location of the hotel and the staff made my stay enjoyable. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. |The main purpose of my review is to give high marks to Amolrzej Przemieniecki. He was my go-to person I always looked for if I needed directions. His directions, how explained the route on the map, and any other helpful hint he could give me always helped me find my destination with no problem. His English was very good and his kindness was always appreciated. In fact, when he checked me out (I stayed October 1-4), an associate helped him with my receipt, due to the fact that he was relatively new and he didn't have much experience in checking customers out. I told the gentleman helping that I assumed Amolrzej was a seasoned veteran, considering his expertise, knowledge and a smile that always gave you the impression that he knew the answer and could help you with any problem. I try to explain to young people to choose an occupation that you would love doing for the rest of your life, and not to base it on money and climbing the ladder. If you hate what you do, the days can be long and no amount of money can help your heart and spirit like what you do all day long! My husband and I are hoping to return to Poland next fall, and we will definitely stay at your hotel! Please give Amolrzej my thanks for helping me!

Really grat place to stay and visite Poznań Old Town by foot. Quiet place despite of busy time (Independence Day). Breakfast very good, variety of food, but it would be perfect if they serve pancakes for breakfast, because not all eat meat. Very helpfull and nice staff.

Clean rooms, very efficient check-in and loved the breakfast. Just a 10min walk and you will arrive at the old town square. Staff were very professional and polite.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for several years during my journeys from England to Latvia each August. The hotel has a couple of advantages, such as the secure underground parking and its dog-friendly policy. However, I was disappointed to find that, while they used to provide a dog water bowl in the room, this is no longer the case, even though I still have to pay for dog accommodation. Unfortunately, the positives are overshadowed by several significant issues. The air conditioning is completely ineffective, leaving me to endure a stifling 33 degrees with no cooling options available. Additionally, the water pressure in both the shower and bathroom tap is alarmingly low, making it nearly impossible to rinse off properly. Given the unbearable heat during the summer months and the muggy conditions that make it difficult to sleep, I will be seeking alternative accommodations next year. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and polite, and the hygiene is average, but these factors alone cannot compensate for the overall disappointing experience. *** Reply to the comment below **** Dear Jakub Skrzypczak, In response to your previous comment on my review, I would like to clarify that I rated my experience the lowest due to average hygiene standards, low water pressure in the taps, and non-functioning air conditioning. While I could have requested a dog bowl, I would have preferred to feel welcomed in your hotel, especially since I paid for my dog's stay and notified you in advance that it would accompany me. I have stayed in several of your hotel rooms, and I have encountered the same issues with low water pressure and malfunctioning air conditioning in all of them. I believe these problems are not merely defects but rather indicative of cost-saving measures. I kindly recommend assessing your hotel’s equipment to ensure you are fully prepared for the upcoming summer season. Staying in a hotel during hot weather can be uncomfortable, especially with issues related to air conditioning and water supply. Please keep in mind that not all guests can tolerate the heat. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Is very simple accommodation. Not that far from main square - Probably 10 min walk. It was clean, room was a bit small, wifi was slow. The lobby had a cool design. Well for that price Can find cheaper and better place then this.
