The hotel is located close to the main points of interest and can be a good option for a short stay — but only for a single traveller. We were two people, a mother and an adult son, and the twin room we received was nothing like what we expected. In reality, it was clearly a single room with a bed that had originally been one unit; it looked as if the staff had simply separated it for us. As a result, one bed blocked the desk completely, making it unusable, and the other was pushed tightly against the wall.
There was no real possibility to make tea, even though we had a kettle, and reaching the power outlets was a challenge. Overall, the room felt uncomfortably cramped.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the “gold status” welcome gift — just two very cheap candies. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for an omelette (although I want to thank the young woman working there who tried her best to help and comfort me — she was the only pleasant interaction during the stay).
The receptionist, on the other hand, was rude and unprofessional. I did not feel any hospitality from the hotel this time, even though my previous stay here had been perfect.
Unfortunately, after such an unwelcoming experience, I doubt I would choose this hotel again. I cannot recommend it.
