Thank you very much Fatima and Habib for kind cooperation during our stay. Hotel room are clean. Break fast was also good.

The hotel is ok - Clean and in a very nice location.|Reception staff were helpful and sweet however when you call front desk you have to try so many times for them to pick up your call. ||Imagine it is an emergency 🤔||Need to be prompt and when you promise to call the customer back to update them and give them a time frame please do it - it shows respect and professionalism.||Thank you though

Excellent stay! staff is always at your service, everything is at close proximity and the pool is just fascinating! Thank you all, especially Mr. Khiereddine for his genuine smile, excellent service and for a great weekend. |I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking a quick weekend escape.

The best part about the hotel is the exceptional service. In particular, I was impressed by the front desk man (Abdoul?) . He speaks perfect English, is very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem, he went out of his way to solve it! The hotel is clean and organized. Thank u

Very bad experience, i booked 2 nights for 3 people, 2 rooms. Costs were 34000DA with 9% VAT and 1800DA taxes when doing reservation, at the reception they told me that it is actually 36200DA not 35800DA which isn't normal and when i asked why it isn't like what i have in the e-mail they answered that it is another tax which is very weird and doubtful. Also my reservation indicated that check in is from 12pm then i arrive from Tunisia and have done 7 hours druving a car at 1:30pm, the receptionnist, who is very rude and agressive, tells me that check in is at 3pm and it is not their problem that Booking wrote 12pm when i showed reservation mail. First time this happens to me in IBIS, i stayed at ibis in many countries ; Tunisia, morocco, switzerland, france... I have never seen this type of rudeness and lack of know how. Also the room isn't very clean, smell of cigarettes is unbearable, ripped towel, no body wash. It was a very bad experience.

Small hotel with small rooms without even a balcony to put clothes. Couldn't go to morning prayers because doors were closed. Only 2 max people per room. Reception kept inviting us with "the pool", It was an obviously rainy day. This experience had more than double the price of the 4 star hotel we went to in Constantine. That one was much better. Not recommended.
