Our 7 days long stay was incredible. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was besutiful. The view made the whole experience even better. We had also breakfast and the food in the hotel was great; you could choose from a big varieties of dishes. We are very pleased by our choice and we highly recommend this stay.

I come back to this hotel every month, as part of my work, and I could call it my second home. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, everyone is eager to help you. The breakfast buffet is very great, many options to choose from, and chef Ahmed is the best, always looking to make sure you have everything you need.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The food was decent, though there is room for improvement. Beyond the incredible food, Chef Ahmed warm personality and genuine passion for cooking made the experience even more memorable. Clean & comfortable stay. Toilet regularly perfectly clean by housekeeping staff . Lobby looks good. Housekeeping staff attitude very polite. Corridor carpet is clean and well maintained. It was nice stay as clean & hygienic everything. Will come back

It was two weeks of very good stay. Very friendly staff. Nice environment. Very clean room. Specially appreciate the room service attended for my room. He was very polite and taken care of professionally. All the staff met was very helpful, smiling and greeting always. Food is nice. Tasty. I'm sure I will visit next time.

Rooms are clean but tiny. No face towels. When I asked, they said it would be available on demand! When I asked for them, they replied that face towels are not available due to shortage in stock!!! Every day was the same story! The location is good as it stands next to "Hamra Tower," the tallest skyscraper in Kuwait.

This hotel is real value for money. Located in a very central area of Kuwait City, it’s easily accessible to the commercial centre and most of the offices. Rooms are kept tidy and well equipped. Breakfast is served over an exhaustive spread and very well catered. Chef Ahmad and his team take personal care of the guests. Highly recommend this property, especially for longer stays.
