The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful and others less so. The decor was quite dark and the corridors were gloomy. |The hotel would benefit from regular maintenance checks. I asked to change rooms after two nights as the red security/emergency light continually flashed through the day and night so I couldn’t sleep. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. In addition the toilet seat was broken but on a positive note the maintenance person came very quickly (3 times) as he didn’t mend it but just put it back on the pin which broke again when the toilet was used. |Staff were helpful in finding me another room. In both my rooms some lights needed new bulbs.|The breakfast wasn’t brilliant - I’m veggie and try not to eat too many carbs so could only really eat the eggs. Fruit was fresh and plentiful. The layout seemed a bit chaotic and I kept having to go back to get items I’d missed/forgotten.|It was fine for a few nights

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Heraklion. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The bathrooms are especially great. Solid and varied breakfast buffet. It’s also handy that there’s valet parking at €9 per day available right next door. Some suggestions to make it even better: - the sofa bed in the family room isn’t comfortable at all, and sinks in, especially when anyone more than a young child uses it. - the breakfast is great but it would be nice to label what’s vegetarian and vegan. Much easier for guests like us to know what we can enjoy each day. - the sound proofing isn’t so great and you can hear quite a lot of noise from outside if you’re on a lower floor especially. Didn’t bother us too much though but could be tough for those with younger kids.

Stayed here for a night only but it's a good hotel. Rooms were big and ammenities plentiful. Breakfast is abundant too. Location is very convenient for going to downtown or Venetian port. Bus stop to Knossos palace only 200 mts far. Finally, staff is really helpful

We stayed here to catch early ferry. Walked up stairs and slopes to get there from bus station. We were upgraded to a larger family room which was a lovely surprise. Shower was great as was king size bed. The reception staff were friendly. Would have been 5 stars but the food wasn't great.

Average hotel and affordable for the area. Rooms were basic and some repair needed but overall comfortable and glad we stayed here. I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel as google says. We stayed one night to catch a ferry in the morning. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Free breakfast was great too!

For our purposes ibis styles was just right. The rooms were well appointed and the location was close to everything for a reasonable price point. Good stay!||Bonus - breakfast was included which we didn’t realise so that helped set us up for the day especially the coffee on tap!

A wonderful hotel to return to, situated in the heart of the Heraklion. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the convenience of being so centrally located really makes a huge difference.|The rooms are spacious, impressively clean and well-designed with divine beds and modern amenities. The highlight though is the exceptional staff. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly under the attention of the hotel manager Mr. Manolis. A rare personal care that made all the difference in my experience. Definitely a hotel at the top of my list.

We had a great stay at this hotel, definitely the best Ibis property I've stayed at. The room was spacious and clean, the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional with a special shout-out to Anna at the reception who is simply a wonderful person and thanks to whom this hotel will be memorable for me. The hotel is well located and has underground valet parking at a reasonable price. Without a single doubt I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
