Visiting Lausanne for one night, I stayed in this hotel and I think it's the worst hotel I've stayed in, especially for the price (150 CHF with breakfast). The only positive point is the location as the hotel is next to the metro. Check-in is only possible from 4pm and we had to vacate the room by 11am, barely enough time to settle in. The room is tiny and the windows don't open. The toilet and shower are built in, so there is no ventilation and a mouldy smell in the shower. To compensate for the lack of ventilation and air-conditioning, the hotel has installed a mobile air-conditioning unit in the corridor, which leaves a door ajar. This door opens onto the stairs leading to the rooftop, which can be used by guests outside the hotel, which is not safe. In room 20, you are unlucky enough to have both a view of the car park and a wall, which means that you have no privacy and the only way to have any is to deprive yourself of natural light. What's more, under the bed, a plastic box is trying to hide wires protruding from the floor, and according to the hotel staff, this is perfectly normal. In addition, the breakfast was very disappointing, with very few options. The products are installed on the bar, which means that certain products such as the hot drinks machine are not freely accessible. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

It was a decent stay , here are a few things you might want to improve or adjust: The terrace was never opened and the cigarette smell was too strong and unpleasant around the lobby. Having the toilet and shower in the room without a door separating them from the bed area seems very unsanitary. There should be windows in the room that you could open to ventilate and help the air circulation around the room. My room did not have windows to open.

Being a business hotel I expected a small but functional room. It was just small, very small. Not even a shelf to put the suitcase, toilet and shower built into a sort of closet and a sink so small that you can't wash your face. Finally, lack of complete soundproofing, being in the center and above the subway this is a problem. However the staff is friendly, the bar very cozy, and position good.

Ideally located and very accessible through public transport, the staff are also very nice and the bar has a good selection of drinks and excellent choice of music. The room was clean and packed with amenities, the most I have seen in a while. The cons: very poor soundproofing. Heard doors slamming all night. Also, the room is VERY small. Highly recommended, especially for single travelers.

A little noisy at night until about midnight. Staff were great. Room is unique, completely adequate for a one night stay. Next door to Flon tram stop so very convenient. Tons of restaurants and clubs all around. We ate steak tartar at the rooftop bar and had a nice experience. Appreciate the free drink and 10% off.

At the core of the lively area, it boasts a bar downstairs and a rooftop (in summer). Staff is friendly and rooms are well decorated, although not very ergonomic (small sink, and sometimes shower leaking into the room). For a short stay, its perfect and the breakfast is very nice: not too much choice but just everything I like.

Hotel is located at very good location however the hotel atmosphere is extremely bad. There is bad smell all around including living rooms. Rooms areas are not as per the details given during booking. Not recommended for family at all.

Stayed one night here. Check in was a bit of a pain after a long drive as they said we didn’t have a booking so then had to show the lady our email with reservation details. She then checked us in without providing keys but everything else so had to go back to reception when we opened our paper wallet and found no keys. The guy with hat and dreadlocks ( very smart looking ) looked after us and seemed to know what he was doing more. Thankyou to him and he also provided us with a further pillow for the room. The room was ok but basic. Quirky, but I am glad we only stayed one night. The toilet and shower didn’t feel overly clean, in fact the shower head had so much mouldy grout on it it just was not nice. It needs a good scrub with some mould remover and a scourer. Also the tiles need a deep clean. Didn’t hear much noise and the room was cool with the fan on and found the bed comfy. It just wasn’t the sort of room to hang out in which I like to do when staying away before we go out. The bar downstairs was cool though and appreciated the free drinks and discounted drinks at the hotel though their bar down the road wouldn’t give us a discount.

Yelp
Super hip, botique hotel, very central location. Downstairs is a restaurant coffee shop/bar. On the roof is a cool bar! Check in was smooth. We got there early and they held our bags. Rooms were modern and very small. VERY SMALL. Like the toilet and shower are just at the foot of the bed, sort of like a cubical in an office and the sink placed in between. So make sure you go with someone you are comfortable with in a very very small space. They are quite efficient with the use of such a small space, providing hooks and hangers for clothing and leaving space under the bed for your stuff, and somehow there was room for a small desk, great decorations and murals throughout. We had a revolving peace shaped red disco light in our room, does it get any better than that!? The little, thoughtful extra touches like the free welcome drink and gift (little music box) help a little in making up for the smallness! Coffee machine in the room made delicious coffee and the snacks and drinks provided are free! They give you ear plugs and condoms too! Apparently on the weekends it can get loud. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it being small wasn't a problem. The lobby and rooftop bar are great spots to hang out in and there is free wifi throughout the hotel and bars. Parking is close and they have a voucher that makes it 15 instead of 28 dollars. Would stay here again.
