ibis Styles Orange

This previous Tuesday, my wife, child and I were eating at this establishment. The server was a kind young lady, however the food was absolutely horrendous. My wife ordered the chicken schnitzel and it was completely pink on the inside, I ordered the sirloin steak well done and it was barely even seared. Worst of all my child ordered the creamy chicken and it was entirely RAW. I believe the server said the working chefs name was Jamie. Unbelievable.

Staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful, and kind. They bent over backwards to help us through a difficult time. From holding the room day after day as we were unsure as to what was happening. To helping us make sure my partner was comfortable after having a difficult time after surgery and then being readmitted to hospital not even 24hrs later. The room was very comfortable for what we needed and even had normal household items needed for everyday use.... the beds are massive and very comfortable (the best bed I've sleep in at a hotel). Even though the hotel is located on a major road it is very quiet and peaceful, you wouldn't realise the main road was there.... The restaurant was great value for money and the buffet on Saturday night is heavenly after having to eat take away for numerous days.... The breakfast bacon and egg rolls are absolutely beautiful and very filling but worth the $15 each.... I have the greatest appreciation for all the staff who work at the Ibis Styles in orange and would definitely being going back even if it is just for the weekend.... The reception ladies Kristy and Carron are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with, and Mitch, the owner, is a delight to deal with and should be very proud of the staff in his establishment. This hotel feels more like being at home than a hotel....

Room spacious all brand new. Bed way to hard for me. Clean well equipped. Quiet even though right on main road. Easy distance from town.

I only stayed one night, but would have stayed longer if I knew how cool the staff were!!!! Thanks to reception for the tips on the hire car rentals! Priceless! 👍😂 A big shout out to Phil McCraken and Mike Hunt for setting a high standard in hospitality. The appropriately named DIDO/FIFO sandwiches went down really well the next day. 😁👍🎉 Thanks again for the after dinner drinks and laughs. BTW. Booked to stay for a work trip and when I went to check in, office was closed.| - Rang A/H phone line multiple times - rang out.| - Rang A/H emergency number multiple times - call rejected every time.| - Rang ACCOR customer assistance - couldn't get a hold of them either.| - Forced to book another hotel.

Great services, Rooms have had recent updates, Dinning great, super high speed internet and EV charges in car park

Travelled down this weekend with 2 dogs and a friend- service was amazing the lady that answered the phone and greeted us was just so warm and beautiful. Our room - room 21 - dog friendly was huge, clean and so comfortable. On the Friday night we had the salmon and steak - both were delicious. I was seriously impressed. I do a lot of travelling with my dog and this place was a stand out. Thank you for your kind service and beautiful hospitality! I know it’s incredibly hard to find good staff but you guys have struck gold… Loved the Ibis Styles Orange

I stayed here for a week on a work trip. This place was like a home away from home. The front staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. The room was very nicely styled as I was told they are remodeling their rooms. Just absolutely lovely and I can’t wait to go back to see what they do with their bathrooms even though the bathroom had everything you need. Housekeeping serviced my room everyday and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip for either leisure or for business. If I don’t go back for work at Orange I’m definitely planning a leisure trip and staying here. Thanks for a great stay and well done to the whole team.
