Every visit feels special, thanks to the consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to Ms. Sushma and her wonderful team for their exceptional hospitality. They always go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and valued. The food is absolutely yummy, with a vast and well-curated menu that caters to all tastes. Add to that the lovely hospitality, pleasant ambiance, and professional service, and you have a perfect place for both casual and celebratory moments. Our recent stay at the ibis Styles Hotel Sharjah was, overall, a deeply enjoyable and refreshing experience. The hotel successfully delivers on its promise of accessible comfort and modern convenience, providing a clean and inviting environment that served as a welcoming base during our visit. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the establishment were commendable, setting a positive tone from the moment of arrival. However, what truly elevated our morning experience was the exceptional service provided during breakfast. We must extend a special commendation to Khadija from the restaurant team. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentive spirit transformed the start of our day, embodying the highest standards of hospitality. Despite the numerous positives, two issues warrant the hotel's immediate attention. The first involved a frustrating operational oversight in the guest room: the wall light proved impossible to switch off, forcing an inconvenient compromise on our sleep environment. Upon contacting the reception desk, the proposed solution—sending an engineer at 11:00 PM, well past our children's bedtime—was regrettably impractical and highlighted a need for better in-house knowledge regarding simple room controls. Furthermore, the standard of hygiene in the common areas, particularly the restroom facilities on the first floor, fell considerably short of expectations. The state of these public toilets was notably poor, with considerable mess and discarded tissues present on the floor, which detracted significantly from the otherwise clean image of the property. In conclusion, the ibis Styles Sharjah offers excellent value and is staffed by outstanding individuals like Khadija. Addressing the technical and critical cleanliness issues in public spaces would undoubtedly transform this good stay into a truly faultless one.

Overall, the hotel was very good and one of the better budget hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and had enough space to pray, which was a big plus. On the downside, basic items like slippers, dental kits, and prayer mats were not available in the room. You have to call to request them, and when we did, no one came even after waiting 30 minutes to an hour. We only got the items after asking a staff member who was cleaning nearby. The bathroom was also a bit small, and the jet spray hose could have been longer. Parking is very tight, and opening the car door without hitting the neighboring car is almost impossible. Breakfast was okay, but the selection could be wider, as not everyone in our group found something they liked. Despite these points, the hotel was very accommodating. We were four people, and although one person didn’t have their physical ID, the staff were understanding and allowed us to check in, possibly because we were a family. The hotel is also completely non-smoking, which was excellent for a family stay.

We had a lovely Christmas lunch at Ibis Styles, and it was a truly enjoyable experience for both me and my wife. The spread had a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious and well prepared — compliments to the chefs for such a flavorful and balanced menu. Special mention to Sushma, who did an excellent job. She was warm, attentive, and very welcoming, which really made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, the atmosphere was cheerful, the service was great, and the Christmas vibes were just perfect. A very pleasant and relaxing experience — would definitely love to visit again! 🎄😊

The room is comfortable and everybody is nice. Saleh (waiter) in particular is really nice, friendly and helpful. 4 stars for the rooms because the bathroom was not working so well, but it's okay for a short and economic stay. Easy to reach by car, not sure about public transports

I booked this at the last minute after realizing that SalamAir does not operate to Dubai and only flies to Sharjah. However, the experience was so good that I felt I should have stayed longer. The location is amazing, with the Corniche within walking distance. I really enjoyed the view and the evening walks. There are many good hotels nearby, and McDonald’s, Lulu, and a pharmacy are all very close and convenient. The food was good and tasty. I wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again if I visit Sharjah in the future.

A friend and I stayed at Ibis. The reception staff were great, very helpful, informative and pleasant. Concierge service was exceptional. The rooms are clean, spacious and well organised. The kitchen staff are exceptional shout out to- the chef from Cameroon and Egypt and the waiting staff from Kenya. Truly international hotel we were well looked after. And hotel is in a great location

This is my third time staying at this hotel due to location. Staff are always great and super helpful, especially Khadija :) she was so sweet, bubbly and very attentive. Their security guard (apologies forgotten the name) he is brilliant and so kind. Honestly each and every staff are great. They have free parking under ground which is very useful. Breakfast is ok, the croissants are 10/10. In general, brilliant location and I would definitely be back.
