Overall, the hotel was very good and one of the better budget hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and had enough space to pray, which was a big plus.
On the downside, basic items like slippers, dental kits, and prayer mats were not available in the room. You have to call to request them, and when we did, no one came even after waiting 30 minutes to an hour. We only got the items after asking a staff member who was cleaning nearby. The bathroom was also a bit small, and the jet spray hose could have been longer.
Parking is very tight, and opening the car door without hitting the neighboring car is almost impossible. Breakfast was okay, but the selection could be wider, as not everyone in our group found something they liked.
Despite these points, the hotel was very accommodating. We were four people, and although one person didn’t have their physical ID, the staff were understanding and allowed us to check in, possibly because we were a family. The hotel is also completely non-smoking, which was excellent for a family stay.
