During check-in today at Ibis Styles Solo, we initially faced a small issue. We had specifically booked a connecting room, and when I called yesterday, I was assured it was available and that a note would be added to my Traveloka booking. However, upon arrival, we were told the connecting room was not currently available.
Fortunately, the receptionist immediately took swift action by discussing the situation with the manager. They quickly came to a solution: our room was upgraded, and a suitable connecting room was provided after all.
