ibis Styles Solo

During check-in today at Ibis Styles Solo, we initially faced a small issue. We had specifically booked a connecting room, and when I called yesterday, I was assured it was available and that a note would be added to my Traveloka booking. However, upon arrival, we were told the connecting room was not currently available. Fortunately, the receptionist immediately took swift action by discussing the situation with the manager. They quickly came to a solution: our room was upgraded, and a suitable connecting room was provided after all. Thank you so much for the quick response and the speedy decision-making to resolve the issue. Your team's effort in ensuring guest satisfaction turned a potential inconvenience into a great stay!👍👍👍

Really enjoyed staying in this clean, modern and stylish hotel. The staff were impeccable in their service, the food is very good and the musical entertainment in the bar was sophisticated and atmospheric. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone – the location is excellent too.

Room quite nice, only can hear neighbor voice. Quite clean. Location good. Easy to find food around. Good facility have gym and pool.

The restaurant is very clean, neat. The food in breakfast so delicious and various menu was displayed in there. Thankyou so much for the help kak Taufiq when I had breakfast in ibis style solo. I really enjoy in this hotel.

Breakfast at the Ibis restaurant offers a complete and varied selection, including a wide range of beverages. The food caters to both local and Western breakfast preferences, with different protein options served daily. The table is a lot so we're not too long waiting for the table. The staff are informative and very helpful.

The room was very comfortable and quiet with a stunning view from the 10th floor. The staff was excellent. Very very friendly and helpfull. Overall a very nice and calm atmosphere even in such a bustling city. Would definetly come again.

Lovely stay, excellent breakfast. Staying here for a week, All the staff have been so helpful especially Nova, really accommodating with our needs. Definitely worth a visit and would love to return.

I stayed here for 1 night from 1 to 2 June. When I arrived in this city late in the evening on 1 June, the security guard in front of Novotel kindly guided me and moved my luggage to the ibis lobby. (Thank you pak)|During the stay, the staff treated me very kindly. Perhaps because I'm Korean, almost all the guests looked at me curiously lol||I think the room is the largest ibis hotel I've ever visited. My friend who lives in Solo says it was a 4-star hotel a long time ago, which is probably why the room is big. I'm an Accor Platinum tier member, the staff upgraded my room, and the welcome food was already set up in the room. My room even had a great view, with 2 of the 4 sides of the room being windows.||There is a billiard table in front of the lobby, and the pool seems to be shared with Novotel. There are numerous cafes across the street, and Indomaret is within walking distance of the hotel. Everyone in the city knows this hotel, so you will not get lost.||The bottom line is that this hotel offers a better experience than the average ibis Styles brand's accommodation quality at a really crazy (in a good way) price. I always stay at The Royal Surakarta Heritage or Grand Mercure Solo Baru every time I visit Solo, so it's a shame that I haven't experienced Novotel attached to this hotel, and I'm thinking of doing it on my next visit.
