The room was clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Furthermore, I was very happy with the free potable water tanks in the hallway.||The staff is very friendly but either poorly trained or simply incompetent. When I checked in, I specifically requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, forcing me to change rooms. I also informed them that I suffer from insomnia and needed a quiet room, yet they placed me in a hallway filled with noisy guests—a couple with the TV blasting at maximum volume for hours and a group of teenage girls chatting and laughing. At 23:30, a family with a screaming young child was put in the room right next to mine. Despite knowing about my insomnia, the staff still assigned them there. When I asked the family to keep it down, they refused.||As a result, I had to switch rooms a second time, this time at midnight while being in pajamas. When I raised my concerns, the staff simply responded, "We don't know who will be in the room next to you. We might put another family with a child there." That level of disregard and poor planning is both incompetent and frustrating.||At 6:30 AM, the hotel started blasting loud ambient music in the hallway on my floor—because apparently, someone thought that was a good idea at that hour. People were sleeping! I called reception, and they seemed surprised by my complaint, which only highlighted their incompetence. They promised to turn it off—but didn’t. The music kept playing. Hopeless...
