A good hotel in a great location with a nice staff ;-) Everything was OK. As always ;-)I felt like at home: cheerful, very helpful staff (not only in Reception Desk) clean rooms and all additional services. I really appreciate quick check in and check out, good breakfast and restaurant serving delicious meals.

I had a quiet room on the second floor court side. Didn't need to use the elevator. Nice , cosy, and clean. Comfortable bed. Good sleep. Good breakfast. Room wasn't big, but it had what I needed for a few nights' stay. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

If you have meds that require storage in a refrigerator, consider other place to stay. Rooms don’t have mini-fridges that you typically expect, and staff will not accommodate your needs. The bathroom had mold, and the room itself is relatively cold. Good breakfasts and location, though.

Stay was pleasant. We booked “renewed” KAI rooms, so definitely better than typical (red) ones! Really liked the idea of bins/recycling on the floor, as well as refillable bottles and water stations. Breakfast was good. -1 pt for online booking system via Accor App which is not working as smoothly as it should be :)

Very nice experience. Easy check in and access to room. I arrived very early and before workday but reception staff assisted with holding luggage until after workday. Room was clean and big plus for water fountain on every floor and glass jar in every room. Very quiet compared to a full hotel at the time. Nice breakfast- little crowded but if you arrive little early or by the end it’s not a problem. Very easy check out and again, whole day before flying out and very nice staff holding luggage until I was ready for the airport

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and the breakfast was rich. The location of the hotel is also a great plus: right next to a tram and bus stations that lead to the city center and old town, and also a grocery store just next to it. We totally recommend it for a stay in Warsaw!

Clean and comfy room. Located by tram stops to get in to the New and Old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Luggage store on our last day was convenient

Great place, kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Water stations on each floor. You can choose room with a full size desk if you need to work in your room. One of the best options in Warsaw.
