ibis Warszawa Centrum

Overall, we had a very good stay. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable — definitely our top highlights. The location is also excellent, with easy access to transport and shops. We would only suggest improving the bed linen change, restocking tea in the room, and ensuring there are no unexpected issues at check-in. In our case, we booked one room category but were initially given another, although it was resolved. Another small point: when ordering food from the hotel, the staff did not know how to apply my loyalty card for points or discounts. Despite these minor issues, everything was great, and we would gladly return again.

Initially confusing as the hotel is nowhere near the Centrum district &/or Centrum Metro, as one might expect from the name. Actually on the edge of the Wola District. Almost a one hour walk from the Centralna Station using Google Maps! That said this hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Warsaw. Familiar Ibis Brand architecture and services. Room very clean and OK for short stays (our was 4 nights). Breakfast buffet fine, no alternative local eateries. Bar and restaurant reasonable pricing. All staff friendly and efficient. Its strong suit is its location. Next to the Okopowa tram intersection, trams 22/24 and 25 take you back to Warsaw Centralna and shopping area. Trams 23 and 26 take you straight to the Old Town. Trams 1/27 and 78 go north to the Westfield Mall. The unmissable Museum of the 1944 Uprising is a 10 minute stroll. From there the 10 tram goes all the way to Lazienski Park. In all, highly recommended, once you have figured out how to get to it!

In the city centre, close to the business district. Very clean rooms, low noise level (we asked for a room on the inside, away from the main street). Bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was really strong and nice. Breakfast was one of the best I had in budget hotels, it had surprised me a lot. Good choice, nice coffee. I will be booking in again when visiting Warsaw. It deserves way more stars!

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Ibis Warsaw Centrum. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a coffee/tea maker. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Check-in was smooth, with early room availability and the option to store luggage, which was greatly appreciated. The room was slightly small, especially with two large suitcases, making it feel a bit crowded. Adding a mini fridge would elevate the experience significantly, as it was the only thing missing. Overall, a great stay, and I’d happily return!

Very overpriced and small rooms. Breakfast really average. Some staff very nice some very grumpy. Hygiene is good Update: manager of hotel very friendly and helpful!!! also I received 2 very nice gifts in the room! It’s a 2* hotel but it doesn’t match the price , but was informed September and October are expensive months , however ALL Accor hotels are around the same price but the price quality ratio ain’t that good at this ibis

Budget friendly hotel. Easy access to tram and bus. Great breakfast and calm atmosphere. Good places for a walk all directions. Not very busy.

Great location, near tram station, easy access to old town. Next to grocery store. Breakfast was nice and reasonable priced. Room was clean You cannot go wrong with any Ibis in Europe.

Overall, the hotel has a good location and convenient 24-hour check-in. However, the room was extremely cold, and the air conditioning did not provide any heating. Unfortunately, this caused me to get sick — I am now running a fever and need medical attention. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this hotel
