ibis World Trade Centre Dubai

We had a very nice stay at Ibis WTC. The service was fast and efficient, and a special mention to Joem who was extremely friendly and helpful — he really made us feel welcome. The room ambiance was lovely, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and pleasant. The only small downside was the washroom setup. It would be much better if the shower area had a sliding door or proper partition, as water tends to splash all over the bathroom while showering. Aside from that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again

I had a great stay at Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai, mainly because of its perfect location. The hotel is extremely close to the metro station, surrounded by restaurants and the free shuttle service to several malls was honestly the best part and it helped me save quite a bit on transportation. I initially had a booking at Ibis Central, but due to some mix-up, I only found out on the day itself that my booking had been cancelled and hd to book last minute to another property. Thankfully, I chose to stay at Ibis World Trade instead and in my opinion, it turned out to be the better choice. It’s much closer to the metro, more convenient overall, and the breakfast was great too. The room was clean, comfortable and very modern vibe. Special thanks to the front office team Joy, Kai, and Akshay for their warm hospitality. They were very reassuring, helpful, and made sure I felt confident that I would have a great stay, which I truly did. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the housekeeping staff member, Intikhab Islam. He is very professional, punctual, and dedicated to his work. The room was always kept perfectly clean, fresh, and well organized. Bed making, bathroom cleaning, and arrangement of amenities were done with great attention to detail every day. Intikhab Islam has a very polite, respectful, and helpful attitude. He always ensured guest comfort and privacy and was quick to respond whenever extra towels, water, or any assistance was needed. His positive behavior and willingness to help made the stay more comfortable and pleasant. Such hardworking and sincere staff members truly add value to the hotel’s service quality and reputation. I genuinely appreciate his efforts and excellent housekeeping service. I would highly recommend him and wish him continued success in his role.
