She even remembered that I’m an Accor member and kindly reminded me of the benefits – such a sweet and personal touch. I'm sorry I didn’t catch her name, but her warmth didn’t go unnoticed.||During check-out, I was assisted by **Gamal**, who made the process just as smooth and pleasant, always wearing a friendly smile.||The **hotel itself is very clean and cozy**, with spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were genuinely helpful and kind throughout my stay.||**Definitely recommended** – this Ibis truly stands out thanks to its wonderful team and excellent hospitality!

The property has the best staffs, the amenities and the hospitality qualities like no other. The room is beautiful, comfortable and you feel right at home. The housekeeping team is rocking the stay, the front office team is absolutely lovely and even the security is very attentive and kind. The area is fully equipped and walkable distance for any necessities you may need or want. Everything you would look for in a comfortable stay and the best value for its location, food and services. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was incredibly accommodating — they allowed me to check in early and provided access to my room right away. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The reception area has a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth service. Highly recommend this place!

I just had an amazing experience at the Ibis WTC hotel in Dubai! I have traveled all over the places and this hotel was by far the best I have ever been! As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I felt home. Ahmad at the reception was amazing along with all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping to security. Make sure you get them all a big reward for their job and kindness. Breakfast is out of this world! I will definitely be back here and highly recommend this hotel, very well located also, walking distance to the metro station. Top-notch!

I stayed in this hotel for a long time. The overall decoration style of the hotel is very young and fashionable. Although the room price is not expensive, the location and facilities of the hotel are very good. I can experience very valuable services, especially the receptionist Akshay. who checked me in very professionally and quickly. He also assigned me a quiet, high-floor room according to my needs. He always greeted me happily and friendly every day, which improved my stay experience in the hotel.
