He explained all the hotel facilities clearly and made my check-in experience smooth and even enjoyable. She even remembered that I’m an Accor member and kindly reminded me of the benefits – such a sweet and personal touch. I'm sorry I didn’t catch her name, but her warmth didn’t go unnoticed.||During check-out, I was assisted by **Gamal**, who made the process just as smooth and pleasant, always wearing a friendly smile.||The **hotel itself is very clean and cozy**, with spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were genuinely helpful and kind throughout my stay.||**Definitely recommended** – this Ibis truly stands out thanks to its wonderful team and excellent hospitality!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was incredibly accommodating — they allowed me to check in early and provided access to my room right away. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The reception area has a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth service. Highly recommend this place!

The property has the best staffs, the amenities and the hospitality qualities like no other. The room is beautiful, comfortable and you feel right at home. The housekeeping team is rocking the stay, the front office team is absolutely lovely and even the security is very attentive and kind. Clean and efficient services that remain consistent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the chefs are happy to make your favourite eggs. The staff truly are wonderful. The room layout is good and spacious enough. Walking distance to metro and very well located.

I just had an amazing experience at the Ibis WTC hotel in Dubai! I have traveled all over the places and this hotel was by far the best I have ever been! As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I felt home. Ahmad at the reception was amazing along with all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping to security. Make sure you get them all a big reward for their job and kindness. Breakfast is out of this world! I will definitely be back here and highly recommend this hotel, very well located also, walking distance to the metro station. Top-notch!

From the first time I booked online, everything was easy. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, the accommodation and the room were very comfortable, and the location was amazing. I used the Metro to go anywhere, which made me satisfied. Additionally, there was a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast that I enjoyed. I hope to book again soon ^_^
