We had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.
First, the room was extremely small, making it very uncomfortable to move around or even unpack properly. The bathroom was even smaller, and to make things worse, there was no shower partition or curtain, so every time we took a shower, water went all over the place. It made the bathroom very slippery and unsafe.
To our surprise, basic toiletries were not provided; no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no lotion and almost no amenities you'd normally expect from a hotel charging this much. For the price we paid, we expected at least the essentials to be covered.
Additionally, the reservation process was a nightmare. We tried reaching out with inquiries ahead of our stay, and it took over a week to get a response. Special mention to Mark Sean and Joshua Cabato, who were very slow and unresponsive. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress before even arriving.
Considering all of this, the small room, lack of amenities, poor bathroom setup, and unresponsive staff, the price we paid was absolutely not worth it. The service and quality simply do not match the cost, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
