The reception staff are really professional and welcoming. Especially I need to mention Anis and Amal, so polite always with a smile, with immediate response of all your requirements. Whether you’re here for work or on holiday, I highly recommend this hotel. Keep doing your great job.

Delicious and Smooth Breakfast Experience What a flawless breakfast! The ambiance is elegant and always feels so warm. The food was spot-on and genuinely tasty-the coffee was rich, and the eggs benedict were flawless. The service provided by Moh and Suman was professional and incredibly quick. They anticipated our needs perfectly. They truly are the definition of five-star hospitality!

Chef Anwar's Talent Shines! An absolutely superb breakfast! I have to give a huge shoutout to Chef Anwar in the kitchen. The food was exceptional, showcasing real talent-everything was seasoned perfectly and so incredibly tasty. Beyond the meal, the ambiance is lovely and warm, and the front-of-house team provided very quick service. A must-try for any breakfast lover!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel offers valet parking only, and I have to say the valet and security teams are fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. The reception staff are equally professional and welcoming.
