ibis World Trade Centre Dubai

We had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. First, the room was extremely small, making it very uncomfortable to move around or even unpack properly. The bathroom was even smaller, and to make things worse, there was no shower partition or curtain, so every time we took a shower, water went all over the place. It made the bathroom very slippery and unsafe. To our surprise, basic toiletries were not provided; no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no lotion and almost no amenities you'd normally expect from a hotel charging this much. For the price we paid, we expected at least the essentials to be covered. Additionally, the reservation process was a nightmare. We tried reaching out with inquiries ahead of our stay, and it took over a week to get a response. Special mention to Mark Sean and Joshua Cabato, who were very slow and unresponsive. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress before even arriving. Considering all of this, the small room, lack of amenities, poor bathroom setup, and unresponsive staff, the price we paid was absolutely not worth it. The service and quality simply do not match the cost, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved both the service and the hotel itself. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel offers valet parking only, and I have to say the valet and security teams are fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. The reception staff are equally professional and welcoming. Whether you’re here for work or on holiday, I highly recommend this hotel. Heads up to the management, you’re doing a fantastic job, keep it up!

From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. What really stood out was her warm and genuine smile – it truly made every interaction pleasant and welcoming. She consistently provided excellent service with professionalism and kindness, creating a positive and memorable impression. Thank you, Kai, for making my stay so enjoyable. Ibis is lucky to have such a dedicated and cheerful team member!

All staffs are polite and we are well assisted. Rooms are modern and clean. Good location near the conferences hall. Just little bit con on the pool which is located on their sister hotel. Hope they can have their own pool but otherwise everything was perfect. The affordability doesnt compromise the quality. Thank you Ibis Hotel.

The location was excellent—just two metro stops from Dubai Mall and right next to the Museum of the Future. Our stay was amazing. Upon our arrival we received great service from Ms Kai, she’s absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Mr Trevor was also very helpful during night shift when we needed some assistance, very welcoming as well. Throughout our stay we really had some great service and warm hospitality. Would highly recommend to stay here! :)

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights for the Index Exhibition 2025. The rooms are very clean and the service is exceptional. ! The staff at the reception were veryyy patient and lovely despite the pressure the event was giving them! The security personnel were also very accommodating and lovely for helping us with our luggage when checking in and out of the hotel. Thank you very much. <3 What I love about the place. 1. They clean the rooms periodically when the guest is out and do not touch any personal belongings. 2. The housekeeping changes bed sheets and fixes the duvets and gives fresh pressed warm bathroom towels every time they come and clean the room. 3. The selection of their in-house buffets is lovely and the food is fantastic- ❤️

I had a great stay at Ibis Dubai. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Special thanks to Brook, who was always friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!||On a different note, I also want to warn others about a bad investment I made recently. I lost a significant amount, but thankfully, with the help of a reputable firm, I was able to get my money back. If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, they can reach out to me for guidance.
