Exceptional hospitality and outstanding services The stay was a memorable because of the warm welcoming by the front desk staff Rana; she was amazing, very friendly and very supportive. Moreover she is professional and her polite and kind words make me to have a peaceful stay I have been many Accor hotels but this is the first time I have seen such well-mannered staff in the front desk. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Exceptional hospitality, Great location and outstanding service and every aspect of stay was perfect.

My experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The stay was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and had a wide variety of options. Chef Nourhan was very nice, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. She made sure every guest was satisfied and happy. I really appreciated her warm attitude and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was calm, the service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast excellent many varieties suit different cousins. Today chef Norhan presented to me Motabak saudi breakfast culture which was very good to have the local kitchen culture in the breakfast . Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at this hotel for six days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception staff Rana was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring the room was fresh and tidy every day. Room service was prompt, especially Juwel islam and the food quality exceeded expectations. The overall hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service. Will definitely return!

Good hotel with good rooms and nice breakfast. But the food service for lunch and dinner takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to deliver even a single order. This is not acceptable. Also memu is limited in choice and variety. So if you are staying longer you will need to find places nearby to eat food of your choice.
