My experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The stay was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and had a wide variety of options. Chef Nourhan was very nice, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. She made sure every guest was satisfied and happy. I really appreciated her warm attitude and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was calm, the service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations.

Very professional service , great and friendly hospitality. I excellent staff , well trained they know how to treat customers professionally.the services are really excellent , very proactive . Breakfast excellent many varieties suit different cousins. Today chef Norhan presented to me Motabak saudi breakfast culture which was very good to have the local kitchen culture in the breakfast . I enjoyed .. thanks to all the staff special thanks to chef Norhan and Rana in the reception they made me feel at home . I’m coming back soon .so proud of you and happy with Ibis.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at this hotel for six days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception staff Rana was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring the room was fresh and tidy every day. Room service was prompt, especially Juwel islam and the food quality exceeded expectations. The overall hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service. Will definitely return!

Good experience of rooms with good food and cleaning services. But need some improvements in the somethings. Like if add milk option in the complementary coffee tray for the Tea. Because some people like tea but there is not any restaurant nearby.

My stay at ibis Yanbu this time was good. The first impression always so important. A big shout out to Rana! She was respectful and helpful during my check-in and check-out as well.||Cons:|- Tiny and limited parking.|- Standard rooms are small.

Very impressed with the consistency of this hotel where I’ve been staying for over a year during my business trips consistently. The staff is exceptionally kind and well mannered. The house keeping staff is prompt in responding especially this one guy Juwel Islam who is very kind and always attends properly to any requirements during his shift. Kudos to team Ibis 👍🏽

I visited here Many times , the hotel room in very good quality, clean and all staff very cooperative. Food inside very delicious and fresh. ||One Receptionist, her name Khairiya always talk in very polite and provide Required things quickly.
