A Truly Memorable Stay – Highly Recommended Guesthouse in the Heart of Ibiza City I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying for an extended period at this wonderful guesthouse in the very heart of Ibiza City, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I reluctantly departed, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire team was outstanding. Every interaction—from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful advice and friendly chats throughout my stay—reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction and comfort. The receptionist was especially kind, always ready with a smile and incredibly helpful with local tips, transportation advice, and any questions I had, no matter how small. One of the things that stood out most during my stay was the exceptional cleanliness of the guesthouse. My room and all the common areas were always spotless, and it was clear that the cleaning staff took great pride in their work. They were also incredibly friendly and respectful, which made all the difference in creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The entire guesthouse was well-organized, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make life easier for guests. Whether it was access to amenities, ease of communication with staff, or information about local attractions, everything was just a breeze. You can truly feel that this place is run with care and attention to detail. Beyond all the practicalities, though, it was the overall loveliness and warmth of the place and the people that made it so special. There’s a genuine friendliness and charm here that makes you feel more like you’re visiting friends than staying in a hotel. It’s a rare and beautiful quality that’s hard to find. The location is another huge plus—it’s right in the heart of Ibiza City, making it incredibly easy to explore. Shops, restaurants, the harbor, beaches, nightlife, and cultural attractions are all just minutes away on foot. Whether you’re in Ibiza for the vibrant energy or the peaceful corners, this location puts you close to it all. To anyone looking for a great stay in Ibiza, I would highly recommend this guesthouse. Whether you’re coming for a short holiday or a longer stay, this is the kind of place that makes you feel at home and truly taken care of. A heartfelt thank you to the owner and the entire staff—from the amazing receptionist to the dedicated cleaning team. You made my time in Ibiza truly unforgettable. I hope to return one day soon! With gratitude, “A Happy Guest”

I don't like to give bad reviews but was forced to since my email to the manager was ignored. I was very unsatisfied during my stay in this hotel for a couple of night. I complained and. Asked for partial refund but was ignored. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights, the room fan made noise, the door are not maintained and could hear bangs all night. Noise beds. Very loud noise from the square below until 4 am. The room was the tiniest I have experienced in my life. No elevator on sharp stairwells. Rusty toilet locks and no mirror, one shower was out of order . I paid more than 200 euros for this for a room of 2 x 3 meters. The pictures of the room on booking looked much bigger. It's a shame. Steve Jobs the owner of apple used to say, treat the client well and he will go and sell for you for free. Nothing to sell in here. Tiring vacation

I am so happy I found this place, amazing value if you book in advance and the location is just perfect. Directly in the centre of Ibiza Town, next to cafes and restaurant's and only 5m walk to the main taxi stand. All the staff are super friendly and helpful - I will definitely come here again!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Ibiza Old Town! I’ve stayed at Ibiza Boutique Guest House a few times now, and each time has been a truly wonderful experience. Luis, the owner, is always kind and welcoming, and Laura goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. The whole team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely to interact with. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—simple but very comfortable, which I really appreciate. The location is unbeatable: right in Vara de Rey in Old Town, surrounded by great restaurants, with easy access to the ferry for Playa d’en Bossa or Formentera. Taxis are nearby, and you can walk just about anywhere. There’s something special about this place that keeps me coming back. It’s warm, well-run, and just feels good to be there. I’m already looking forward to returning again this year.

Charming place with beautiful atmosphere. Yes, my room was small, yes, the furniture is old and basic. But I loved it. I care more about the atmosphere, I felt like a child visiting my grandma in the most positive way. Shared bathroom was no problem at all, only the lack of mirrors was disturbing. The ladies working there were amazing and very helpful. Perfect location, close to the Oldtown, buscstation and the por is great. Thank for a nice stay.

Dear future guests, If you’re considering staying at this guest house, think twice. My experience here was, to say the least, surprising. At precisely 9 a.m. on a Saturday I was awakened not by the quiet I had hoped for, but by an unexpected morning “concert”: rhythmic footsteps, the steady beat of hammering, the melody of a drill, and, to top it off, a lively conversation in what could only be described as a poetic tone. Basically the owner decided to make some works on a Saturday at 9am assuming that all guests are awake… It’s not every day a guest house offers such an exclusive morning soundtrack on a Saturday. While it certainly did wake me up, I must admit I would have preferred something more traditional—like silence. If you value your rest, be cautious. It seems peaceful sleep here is reserved for someone else.

I stayed for two weeks in a small room, with just a bed, chair, closet and faucet. The design of the rooms is obviously well conceived: specific colours per room, and an intentional rougher aspect of paint and furniture. The rooms were well-kept, and the staff was friendly and readily available. Biggest selling point is the absolutely central location on Paseig Vara del Rey in the port area. The surroundings are full of bustle, shopping is nearby, eat and drink opportunities are abundant. The biggest drawback is that the room isn't fully soundproofed from the outside. It isn't that bad, but if you are looking for the quietest stay, you should probably look elsewhere. Toilet and bathroom areas are shared. The common areas are well kept, and guests manage remarkably well to keep to themselves - I may have been lucky, but I might as well have had the facilities to myself.
