Ibiza Spotlight

I somehow managed to lose my tickets for an upcoming event. The guys at Spotlight were very quick to respond and resent my tickets. They were really helpful and courteous. Thank you guys.

Great customer service from the Ibiza Spotlight team. I deleted my confirmation e-mail and tickets by mistake. I e-mailed the team about this issue and they responded and sent the tickets within 8 hours on a Sunday morning! Thank you Silu!

we used the transfer from airport to hotel service last year and i still think it about a lot! The interaction with the employees of Ibiza Spotlight was one of the highlight of your trip. They were super friendly when picking us up (quite late in the evening) and when we had to cancel our shuttle to the airport (it was about 1-2 in the morning!) at our last day, they were one of the few booth open at the airport during night time and still very understanding and gave great service! Definitely will book again :D
