Ibiza Sun Apartments

This was our second visit to The Sun Apartments to celebrate our big birthdays. We received a wonderful welcome from David and he even gave us our same pool view room with surprise treats😘 The apartments are spotless and modern with great amenities .The pool area has ample sun beds and covered areas to chill. Wished we’d had time to sample the food gym and spa!! But trip too short but looked amazing. The Sun Apartments offer outstanding customer service with a very personal touch with easy reach to Ibiza Town or further afield.It was never any trouble for the reception staff to find information about transport be it a taxi or bus time table or advice about getting about . Nothing was too much trouble . We would like to thank all the staff but particularly David and Ivan .. the lady on the desk and the night receptionist when we arrived back in after 4am😂, for making our holiday :birthdays memorable

The team would sell me alone. I travel often and it’s rare for me to rave about the hospitality so trust me when I say that the hospitality team here is the whole package. Fantastic recommendations- like change my life good recos! We came with family in tow and they just made everything super easy and called us taxis, even running after us in the Ibiza sun to clarify to us if there was some mix up. Ivan and Daniel, you are the absolute best and we would come back just to support the hotel!

I recently stayed at Ibiza Sun Apartments. The apartments themselves are very nice – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need, including kitchen utensils and other useful amenities. The facilities overall are great and make the stay convenient and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in left a negative impression. The receptionist who greeted me was very rude, abrupt, and not welcoming at all. First impressions matter, and it really set the wrong tone for what could have been an entirely pleasant stay. The apartments are lovely and resourceful, but I truly hope management addresses the attitude and hospitality of the front desk staff, as this is the first point of contact for guests.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property is beautifully designed, has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We felt welcome right away. However, there were a couple of downsides. The hotel is unfortunately quite noisy, and you can clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. What concerned us most was that on the last two days, after housekeeping had cleaned our room, the door was not properly closed. This meant that anyone could have walked into our room, which is obviously a serious security issue.

Truly an enjoyable stay, the workers go above and beyond for you, the rooms have plenty of space and you have everything you’d like at the hotel. Close to multiple night clubs while also being calm, which helps during the day when you’re recovering from a night out. Ordering a cab has never been easier, with the reception helping you get one within less than 5 minutes, to any place you’d like to go at. Personal preference, but I also enjoyed the music being played at the pool, which isn’t loud to the point of being irksome! It’s the perfect place to be between partying and relaxing, highly recommended! One week at this place went by so fast.

The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The staff, particularly Daniel and Patricia, were so helpful and friendly. The food and drinks from the bar and restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced. The massage was also excellent. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay in Ibiza with two friends, and we want to give a special thanks to Ricardo and Patricia, two wonderful staff members who truly went above and beyond. Always smiling, attentive, and caring, they made sure everything went perfectly for the three of us and played a big role in making our stay unforgettable. Their kindness and professionalism deserve to be highlighted. A big thank you to both of them for such a warm welcome — we highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon!

Stayed here for 3 days and LOVED it! All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The location cannot be beat, rooms are super clean and spacious (there was two of us sharing a room) and the pool/ lounging area is wonderful. There is also a small restaurant and pool bar on-site making it a perfect little oasis.

We stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic stay! The staff was very kind and friendly. They had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our hotel room and it was a great room overall. It's not a big spot but it's very clean and tidy with amenities like three smaller pools with plenty of lounges and huge bean bags for sitting around them, a gym, an onsite restaurant with pretty good food, and even glass bottles in each room that you can fill up with still or sparkling water from a designated place on the courtyard. It was very close to Ushuaia which was great because we had a show there and super close to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Sun Ibiza Apartments! Some of the friendliest staff we encountered throughout Europe, super helpful and accommodating. The location was amazing and walkable to Hi to see David Guetta. Rooms were clean and well appointed, pool was super clean and full of beautiful people. The bar and restaurant were also top-notch! Very affordable option for a few days in Ibiza!
