Ibu Movement Showroom

During a recent fundraiser, I won the auction for an Ibu Movement Private Shopping Experience. My friends and I were delighted to learn about the immensely talented women artisans all over the world creating clothing, purses, jewelry, and other items to advance the lives of their families and community. We were so moved by the experience that we are planning a Fall Friends Fiesta! Saluting the Chief Marketing Officer, Lasley S. for her extraordinary hospitality and passion. Eight business days later and my two orders are still showing "Unfulfilled." No communication from Ibu Movement on reason for delay or expected shipping date.

They say if you have a problem with a business, it's not the problem you remember but how it was resolved. Ibu gets 5 stars for solving a problem caused by a small hiccup on their website. When I explained the issue on their Contact page, I received an immediate response, two followup emails, and a phone call. Problem was quickly resolved and my order is on its way! What a delightful stores up those stairs! handcrafted clothing and jewelry with a story to each piece. Changing peoples lives through purchasing makes the buying process feel good--especially since the styles are gorgeous and unique. Hats off to you all at IBU and the greater IBU!
