Alisa was amazing, she gave us recommendations on drinks and food. She educated us about what our drinks are and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. She was funny, well knowledgeable, kind and a people’s person!! She made us feel comfortable while eating at the bar for our quick outing. We need more people like her in this industry ‼️ When you come make sure you ask for her.

I’m not sure why so many negative reviews but this place was definitely a hit for me. Staff was extremely nice and someone said you have to check your phone. It’s a lie. We were able to take as many pics as we wanted. Prices were not bad at all. Ice bar was awesome. This is an experience you must try and those who posted negative stuff were completely wrong.

Google
Such a cool experience literally! Icebar Orlando was definitely worth checking out. The ice sculptures were impressive, and the whole atmosphere made it feel like stepping into a winter wonderland. The staff was friendly, and the jackets they provide help keep you warm while you enjoy your drinks. The drinks were fun and creative, and the music added to the vibe. The Fire Lounge was a great place to warm up after. Definitely a unique spot to visit if you’re in Orlando!!

This was different! We went in the middle of the week, so it was slow but still fun! The Ice Bar part was cool, at one point I think it became too cold for my phone camera

The Flash

Google
Everything was awesome and the staff was so nice and welcoming, smiles across the board. The only complaint was the DJ, maybe for this area it'll pass but from globally seeing DJs I genuinely laughed at how bad these mixes were. 15 blaring Air horns are super old and annoying ways to grab attention and it reminded me of my middle school DJ which was funny then but as an adult it's funny but kills the vibe at a bar. Everything else is top tier!!!

Google
While the concept is undeniably unique, the experience fell short of expectations. I had anticipated an upscale lounge with a refined atmosphere, but instead encountered a setting that was quite the opposite. I would not recommend this venue to anyone seeking a classy or sophisticated environment, as the behavior and attire of many patrons were more suited to a nightclub than a lounge.

We stumbled upon Ice Bar Orlando quite randomly after catching a basketball game, and I’m so glad we did! Looking for a unique bar experience to cap off our night, we found exactly what we were hoping for. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and eager to share their recommendations, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. The drinks? Absolutely amazing! Each one was crafted with care and creativity, and we loved trying different cocktails. The ice bar itself is what truly sets this place apart. The chilly atmosphere and cool ice sculptures create a one-of-a-kind environment that you won’t find anywhere else. However, I highly recommend wearing the jacket or renting a fur coat if you decide to visit—I thought I could tough it out without one, but let’s just say it was freezing! 😂 It’s all part of the fun, though, and definitely adds to the unique experience. Overall, Ice Bar Orlando is a cool, quirky spot that’s perfect for a night out with friends or a fun date night.

Google
My family and I had a nice experience at the ICEBAR . I love the fact that everything in the one area (room) was made of ice. Down to the cups. We were provided with fur coats and gloves which was definitely great for pictures. I do recommend that you wear pants and closed toe shoes because after 10 minutes you do get really cold. We lasted about 25-30 minutes in the room. After the experience, we proceeded to the lounge area for food (tapas) and drinks. Overall, it was a nice experience and the price was not bad for the tickets.

Yelp
I loved my experience at Ice Bar! We were in town celebrating my friend's birthday and decided to stop by. The ticket for admission wasn't expensive. The experience started with us choosing a fur coat and gloves to protect our hands from the ice room. I love playing dress up so this was already a plus for me! Once we were inside the ice room, there were so many opportunities to take pictures and sit on many of the ice sculptures. Upon exit, the coats were returned and we were able to enjoy the warmer bar area. There was a pink beverage that tasted just like a pink starburst that was delicious. They had really great music and I enjoyed my time here.

Yelp
This has been on my list for yearssssss and while I'm glad we went, I don't think we would go back. We went on a Sunday as soon as they opened and we were the only people in there for a while. It's definitely more of a novelty place. Overpriced like everything else on international drive. I love that they take complimentary photos for you. The food was average bar food and the drinks were premixed.

Yelp
A less than exciting experience. Our group of six arrived and four decided they didn't want to go in a freezer and drink. That was the whole point in coming. Then I learned there's a cover; it's an expensive cover, too. Hang out in the warm room, it's free. No matter. Fred and I spent time in the deep freeze of 17° then got warm in the fire area. Something cool is a bar, tables, chairs and benches all made of ice. Losing power would be an absolute catastrophe. They do serve a respectable cocktail. But, Is it worth $50 to use a fur coat, gloves and a couple of drink tickets? The staff were matter of fact. It's rather pricey to eat food that's nothing special. Totally a novelty spot so I don't see us doing it again. 11/24

Yelp
This bar is super cute. It's not that big, but it is very pretty. The service is really good. The drinks are really good and everyone treated as amazing. I didn't tried any food. I wasn't sure if they sell food, but I only went for the experience.

Yelp
Ambiance: 10/10 We went on a Friday night & someone was throwing an awesome birthday party in the main room so it was super crowded but fun! We stayed in the main room for the first drink and squeezed our way through the crowd to get the frozen room. They got us suited up in our jackets & gloves (included in our online package we bought) and we went inside. There's a lot of cool photo props you can take pictures with medium sized groups. I definitely recommend coming and checking this place out on a night in Orlando! Plan accordingly though! This was a really neat idea to put an ice bar in Florida lol! Service: 10/10 The hostess's in the front that checked us in was very prompt and greeted us with a friendly smile! We visited both bars and both bartenders were very friendly & prompt with serving us our drinks! The tall pink drinks came with a little fire show which was awesome to watch! The bartender in the ice bar was super friendly and it was fun hanging out in there! The horchata drinks were served in literal ice glasses! Super cool. TIP: We pre-ordered our tickets online the night before because it had a limited time drink special and entrance combo. Also don't worry about having to bring a jacket or a super cute jacket! They let you rent super cute furry coats for pictures or you can just use the regular coats they have. Both are still really cool!! I recommend checking online before just walking in there. Also saves time during the entrance check in. When we checked in, they gave us some wristbands and we got some tokens to pay for two drinks that came with our online package! It was convenient.

Yelp
Good vibes...music & food. We stayed in the hot bar because I was not ready to go inside the icebar with 18 degress of freezing cold!
google avatar

Yelp
I think it's a fun place to take new friends from out of town for the experience. It's a little overpriced so I wouldn't recommend this as a regular spot to go to. But it is a unique experience for a bar in Orlando. Drinks are fine it was pretty empty on a Sunday night when we went so the service was very quick. The fur jackets are much better for photos in the ice bar but would only get these on the first time for photos and then after that I would just recommend getting the regular jackets that do not have an extra charge

Yelp
Icebar made for a fun night out during a girls trip to Orlando. It was a cute place for photo ops with friends. Definitely a unique experience! If you don't mind paying for new experiences than this will be a good spot to try. There are cool ice sculptures and everything including the drink glasses, tables and chairs are made of ice. The coats provided (you can choose from basic costs or get cute fur options for a few more dollars) definitely keep you warm but be sure to wear warm socks and closed toe shoes. You can still go with sandals but you may not be able to stay in the bar as long. Fire lounge next door was a nice place to chill out, drink and have tapas/small plates after leaving the icebar. The southwest egg rolls were delicious! Seating is limited if there are alot of ppl there but they do have tables for purchase.

Yelp
I was in Orlando for a work conference determined to make the most of my free evenings. A visit to ICEBAR was a great choice. It was such a great experience and it's not lost on any of us how appropriate it is to have an icy space in a warm climate. The seating and bar and glasses and just about anything you can think of are made of ice. The staff are cool! Get it?!? Drinks are themed, fun, and yummy. The adjoining Fire bar side is the perfect way to end with a warm cocktail.

Yelp
Fire lounge review: No cover. Bartender was friendly & knowledgeable. Music was fun & good vibes. Place was empty Friday late night. We had one drink & left. Plenty of drinks on the menu, mostly sweet ones. If it was busier, we may have stayed longer. Cool drinks, seems it could be fun but most likely won't be back.

Yelp
The Icebar atmosphere was awesome. I love the service. The bartenders the servers are great very attentive. We went for events they had food ready and the food was tasty and variety. The ice bar its self is very cold.

Yelp
Best bar I've been to in Orlando yet. It's definitely not easy on the budget, but it's well worth the experience. I have seen this on Discovery channel and wanted to visit for years. COLD drinks and hot ones, too. Get the Date Night VIP package, worth the price. VIP staff was very attentive and took care of us in all areas. After about 2 hours, she asked if we'd like to move to the VIP coaches next...for sure! Ended the night with Expresso Martini and another desert drink. Great times in the 18-degree F ice room. The fur coat upgrade was nice, too.
google avatar

Shelia W.

Yelp
The egg rolls were ok but cooked a bit hard but good taste. The drinks were very much one point & we had a good time though. We went to experience the ice side of the bar. Had a marvelous time wearing our long fur coats. If I could change anything, it would be better gloves than the cotton ones. Just did expect cotton gloves . The atmosphere was awesome!!
google avatar

Jocelyn H.

Yelp
The ice bar room was fun. The bar is ice. LOL! The glasses are ice and there are ice sculptures throughout. It's pretty small in there. We were the only two in there at first but then two or three other parties came in, so we left because it was too crowded for me. I expected the fire lounge to be more of a lounge but is was really a bar and I also expected a fireplace. Looks like there was an electric fireplace but it wasn't lit; however, there were fake flames around the bar. Food was small plates. Shrimp skewer was tasty. The Eskimo Rum Punch was good and so was the tropical mist cocktail. For the ice bar, they will provide gloves and a parka or you can upgrade to a fur coat for fun. It's summer time, so of course, we had on sandals but we brought long socks to wear while inside. Otherwise your feet will freeze because it's 18 degrees in there.

Yelp
I loved coming here with my boyfriend's family. We had one person under age with us, and it was awesome we could bring them into the bar before 9pm for mocktails so we could all enjoy the experience together. The drinks were yummy and being inside the ice bar portion was so fun! Loved the ice cups and sculptures. The bartender was very friendly and honest about the drinks. The fire bar inside was cool too, I ordered a drink that came lit on fire! Great presentation overall.

Yelp
I am always hot. I live in the wrong state! When my friend suggested going to the Icebar, I as on board immediately. I don't particularly like bars, clubs or those sorts of things but I do love being cold! We went on a Friday night around 9:30 and it was pretty dead. There were maybe 6 other customers in the building. We had purchased our tickets online that came with the faux fur jackets, gloves and a drink on each side. We immediately went for the ice bar and I was in heaven! We had a drink and sat down on the fur covered ice and enjoyed it. We then went out to the fire side and had another drink. It was nice but a little different. The music was very loud, but not much room to dance, most tables were reserved so only two were available. But it was pretty light on people so we had a place to sit. The drinks were very good and strong enough. It was cool drinking from a glass made of ice on one side and having a drink served on fire on the other. The experience was pretty cool and I would go back, especially to just sit in the ice bar during the summer :)

Yelp
What a nifty experience! Came here to celebrate the wife's bday and had a blast. There was good music, good drinks, and great company. I definitely recommend upgrading to a fur coat. It was nice and warm in the ice room. The bartenders were all great and really made sure that we enjoyed our drinks and had a great time. I would totally come back!

Yelp
This place was amazing! I went on my birthday not knowing of the drink specials. The bar tenders genuinely cared about me having a good time! They were so personal and friendly. The ambiance was an instagramable moment. They had it all: from ice cubes to jackets and blankets. I'm excited to visit the New York location!

Yelp
It was a pretty cool place to check out. Didn't know what to expect. You buy a package that includes 2 drinks and a coat & gloves, you can choose from a variety they have hanging. You then walk into a room made of ice everything including the cup. The ski shots are the best! Great place to cool down in that Orlando humidity

Yelp
In town on vacation and having had a good experience a few nights ago we returned tonight. We had seen the packages online and just wanted the Ice Bar and the guy tried to charge over a hundred bucks for entry. Online much cheaper. He argued with us that was between 5-9pm which we knew it wasn't. Decided to leave to go to Millers next door. Found the ticket online and he tried backtracking to say he was trying to offer that. I'd suggest going back to math classes because you clearly were not. Instead we won't be back and will actively be telling people to avoid this place.

Yelp
What a place! Definitely for tourist but what a vibe. Came to town for the k state poptarts bowl game and decided to check it out. Emily was our bottle girl and it was definitely great to have someone to bring out all your items and explain the good and bad of the area. She was attentive and prompt and made the experience better. Overall I would say in a group get a bottle with the fur coat upgrade. The shot skis were very cool inside the ice bar and pay seperate from the bottle service. Absolutely worth checking out.

Morgann S.

Yelp
Very unorganized, rude customer service, and management doesn't even know their own rules. Online says 8 years old and up til 9pm. ANY AGE 8+ MUST HAVE ID TO GET IN. Without even getting any drinks. Just entry you will need a ID. (Yes, for your 8 year old) We called before hand to ask about ID taking it off our phone while we have lost it from being out of town ( for a alcohol beverage ) response was no. Which is understandable. No problem. No you will still need it just for entry even if you JUST WANT TO EXPERIENCE the experience. Even the one and only respectful employee said her manager isn't making any sense. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Yelp
On a Friday it was dead. Don't ever put your card down cause you DO NOT wanna go here. Servers were wack... so upset I spent money in this establishment $800 for 2 bottles of absolute... DO NOT COME HERE
google avatar

Yelp
Such a cool idea (pun intended ). My family and I were in town and decided to check this place out. We had a party of 6 and purchased the Ultimate Icebar Experience for each of us. This comes with entrance to the Ice Bar, A Faux Fur coat, gloves, and a drink from the Ice Bar and from the Fire Lounge. The Ice Bar is COLD, but you don't have to stay in there too long - so if you want to wear open toed shoes (sandals) just wear them and go to the fire side when you can't take it anymore. Plenty of places to take memorable photos, and they take a complementary picture of you inside of the Ice Bar which was cool. The drinks were really tasty but not very strong. So I would definitely say that you are paying for the experience and not the drinks. But all is well. I experienced amazing customer service from the time I came into the door until leaving. Overall a 9/10 experience!

Yelp
Got a free upgrade to fur coat. Two drink tokens. IceBar bartender was awesome. Lemon drop with tequila. Staff was nice and friendly. Flat bread was good. It's a trendy tourist spot. Overall nice happy hour outing if you have never been.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere and pretty cool (freezing) experience. Don't expect a full drink in the ice bar- drinks are not your typical size smaller but the bar itself is cool. The fire lounge is much better when it comes to drinks. If Sam is there sit at the bar, she's incredible bartender. Great service and knows her liquor with some great recommendation!!! Sam is the BEST! Sunday night DJ played some great music!

Carolina L.

Yelp
We sat an empty bar and did not get serviced for at-least 10 minutes, the bartender was busy having a full blown conversation with a couple, she saw we were waiting and yet she continued the conversation. We finally were able to order our drinks , minutes later we sat there with empty cups waiting to see if she'd be back to ask if we'd want another drink, but no...after waiting for so long we decided to close the tab. If this is on a slow night I can't imagine on the weekends 11/30 at 11:30pm
google avatar

Mari R.

Yelp
First time last night on a date and the place is incredible, Amazing drinks made by lyn a beautiful bartender and Corbin the GM is an outstanding person running the place. He made sure our night was amazing and gave us a quick look inside the actual ice bar( it's 18 degrees) so dress warm lol . Love the ambiance and customer service. Would recommend and my friends and I definitely plan on coming back! Thanks Corbin!!

Yelp
This was a fun touristy, bucket list spot on a Monday night. I could see how this place gets a little crazy on the weekend, but a Monday was perfectly chill. I booked the Florida special earlier in the day and we were surprised to get there at 5 o'clock and see that it was closed for a private event. They told us we could come back at 7:30 and promptly let us in at that time. No worries, but for a Monday we were hoping to check it out before dinner and I wish they would have put the private event on the online calendar. This is a token restaurant so you can pre-buy your food and drinks at entry and pay with chips as you go. The happy hour special was a good deal to get entrance, one drink, one appetizer, and a coat for $30. I am not sure the venue would be fun if the club scene was up and going since it is pretty small, but for a one time visit it was a must try.

Yelp
Okay, so many good photo opportunities here, I'm sorry I'm not sorry for all of them I'm about to share! SO MUCH FUN! I have lived in Orlando, Florida for over five years now and I actually never thought I would go to the Ice Bar, but I am so glad I did!! I am one of those people who are literally ALWAYS COLD, and drive around the state of Florida with my heated seats on regularly, etc.. so you can see why I heard of this place initially and thought, no way. BUT - my boyfriend surprised me with a whole day on Valentine's Day, and we finished the evening here with a VIP experience that was so much fun we didn't stop smiling and taking photos all night. Now again, I was here for Valentine's Day so I'm not sure what it's like regularly but if you're planning to go somewhere for an occasion, this place was a win! There were levels of the VIP package, not sure what all of the differences were other than different tiers of champagne - we got two roses, two cocktails each, a bottle of Moet, 1 entree each, plus a charcuterie board and entry into the Ice Bar until close. I included photos of our food which you can't see very well because of the lights, but the flatbread was amazing and the beef skewers were fabulous, the charcuterie board had delicious little cheese bites but otherwise we don't eat pork so it was a flop (not their fault!). The drinks were SO COOL! So gorgeous and fun, from sprinkled rims to flaming fruit.. but I will say, lacking on the liquor. Had to say it. They're pricey for the lack of alcohol you taste or feel like you're drinking, but enjoyable (and photo-able) non-the-less! The Ice Bar itself - wow. Mind blowing fun, unique, beautiful and other worldly. You're bundled up in a nice big fluffy fur coat of your choice (I chose mine with hoods) so as long as you wear pants and long sleeves and closed toe shoes, you should be fine. Like I said, I'm anemic and freezing every second of my life, that's what I wore (did NOT have a heads up we were going here) and I was actually okay! They give you gloves as well! Don't get me wrong.. you're literally in a freezer, drinking from ice cube cups and sitting on ice cube furniture.. you're cold.. but it IS bearable. Overall - so, so, so much fun. We had such a fantastic time and I would highly recommend it for a special occasion!!

Yelp
My husband and I decided to do something different. And this was definitely different and a great experience. I didn't think I needed the long coat as my husband purchased the package. After a few minutes inside, I couldn't have been more grateful that he knows best at times It's so cold!!!!! Everything is ice, it's such a wonderful experience. We were inside for about 15mins. We decided to enjoy drinks at the fire bar and ordered the sliders. The sliders shocked us!! So delish! And while we enjoyed our drinks and slider we were timing the people that went inside it was fun.

Yelp
What a disappointment! The ice room was full of drunks and high people. The bartender had to throw out a blatantly drunk woman who lit up a cigarette. All of this in front of our 13 year old son. The room itself is small with tables made of ice. A nice concept but before you publicize it is good for children up until 9pm you'd better make sure you control who you let in there. Business casual dress? Definitely not enforced. Wasted our time dressing up to look nice. Complimentary photography? No clue what this means. No one offered to take any pictures nor did we see a photographer. If there were "dozens" of beautiful sculptures they did a great job at hiding them, but maybe I missed some because I had to keep an eye on the other patrons to look out for my family. Way overpriced for the "experience". For us a complete waste of money. We spent 10 minutes there and left after someone high as a kite kept pointing at my wife. Avoid at all costs if you have children or are allergic to cigarette smoke. How hard is it to monitor your clientele and keep it family friendly until the advertised time? Date night? Not a fun date when you have to worry about some drunk or stoner (or both) eyeballing your partner. Not sure who is managing this place but an epic fail and utter waste of time and money.

Yelp
If you ever been to central florida, you know how hot and miserable it can get here. Well, thank god the ICEBAR. The fact alone it's nice and refreshing in their normal bar area is always a plus, but if you go into the actual ice room, it's heaven. Being someone who has lived in Alaska, New York, and Michigan, the fact I could walk around the ice bar with. Out a jacket (the provide for ones!) was amazing! Sure I was the only one in there without a jacket, but it was heavenly! Drinks are good, kinda pricey and the music was fun and they played a new from my high school days (early 2000's). Cool place to check out if you're in Orlando.

Cheyenne E.

Yelp
Everything was so amazing!! I had such an amazing time with Alisa especially!! The service really was top tier especially in the ice room with Alisa. The drinks were amazing and the ice room was something I have never experienced before, would definitely recommend coming here they really outdid themselves !!

Yelp
My friends found a deal on Facebook for $20 for entry, which included one drink from the ice bar and one appetizer from the fire bar. A great deal and perfect little i-drive outing for our resort stay nearby. Additionally, we checked in on Yelp and got a free fur coat upgrade. We were greeted when we came in by a very friendly staff member that explained the layout while she gave us all wristbands, which were good for the entire night if we chose to leave and come back later in the evening (which we didn't but a nice perk nonetheless). We each got our choice of fur coats and then we were given a set of gloves and let into the ice bar. The staff member took a couple of photos of us which are later displayed on a large HD touchscreen monitor that you can have texted to yourself. Very convenient and cool, plus a great little free marketing technique for the place. The ice bar was great. I wish I got more photos but alas, the gloves they provide are not made with touchscreen sensitive finger patches and I, being a native Floridian, was too cold to take them off for longer than a few pictures for my friends. The bar stools, benches, and ice throne are all covered in faux fur pelts to keep your bottom warm and dry when sitting down. The ice bar drinks are served in a formed ice cup which gets you a pretty nice discounted price if you bring the cup back when you order your next drink. I could only bear the cold for one drink, but what a nice perk as well. My friends and I headed to the fire bar afterward where we each ordered another drink, this time flaming cocktails, a round of pink starburst shots on a recommendation from the lovely bartender, and 3 appetizers. All the drinks were great and the food came in generous portions that were equally good. We got the pretzel bites with beer cheese, southwest egg rolls, and chicken strips with buffalo sauce. The beer cheese was the star of the show, but all the apps were great and it was hard for us to choose with the great selection. All in all, the experience was something to be remembered and my group agreed that it was the highlight of our trip!

Yelp
Ice, ice, baby! This is a pretty cool concept, and we had a good time when we went here. They have a regular bar section, and then they also have a bar in an ice room, with ice sculptures and the bar top is also made of ice! Definitely recommend wearing a jacket and gloves in this room. Everyone has to pay admission ($15). We bought the Icebar Experience package ($34 per person) which includes the admission entry ticket, jacket and gloves Rental, and 2 drink tickets - one drink can be redeemed at the regular bar, and the other can be redeemed at the ice bar. The drinks are very overpriced - you either get a skinny glass with lots of ice in it, or a short glass that is shaped so not much liquid can be added to it. We also bought additional drinks afterwards too since we were only a little buzzed. The music was sometimes good - with some earlier 2000 hits. Then the DJ kept switching to like trance/Latin music, and the vibe kept changing. We saw people leaving the dance floor/club. At least the night we went, there was not much people on the dance floor. I don't think I'd go back unless the drinks were less pricey and the music was a bit more consistent.

Yelp
We went to Orlando in March for Springbreak and decided to try the ICEBAR. What a wonderful experience. We were treated so well starting with the hostess. We had a great time and we will be back.

Yelp
If you want a different experience then you should check the ICEBAR. We got to have different options. We got the option that included the jacket, gloves and one drink at the cold bar and one at the hot lounge. If you'd like, you can upgrade to a fur coat. Drinks were cool looking but they were ok. It's a cool experience though!

Yelp
The Icebar is a must See place when visiting Orlando. It cost $15 to see the ice room with its beautiful ice sculptures and an additional $10 for a fur coat upgrade. We got it for free when we checked into Yelp! You can opt out of the fur coat and get a regular jacket. The Upgrade was worth for us because it is 18 degrees in the ice bar and very cold if you are wearing shorts and Sandals. Everything in the bar is made out of ice even the drink glasses, bar stools and other seating arrangements. We were mesmerized by the beautiful sculptures and the glistening of the ice in the different color lights. It felt like an ice castle, or something out of the Disney movie Frozen. The experience was well worth the money. BTW, military gets in for free. To the business owner and manager, thank you for supporting our military members! We appreciate it very much.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience at the ICEBAR Orlando. I was trying to upload some pictures but yelp is acting funky. Our server was amazing and gave us personal recommendations. The food was tasty, the drinks were delicious. I purchased the date night package and it was worth every penny.

Yelp
We celebrated my cousins 30th up in Orlando and I'm so glad I found this little spot. We were 14 people and we popped about 6 bottles for a pretty great price we got a huge bundle with food and coats etc. I didn't get to take a ton of pictures because the DJ WAS POPPINNNN lol really surprise how fun it was since I am from Miami I didn't think Orlando would be such a great vibe. The music was a great mix of hip hop new school and old also some Spanish. Loved it. The only thing that I was annoyed about was the actually ice bar. There was ONE bartender in there and we wanted to get drinks but it took forever so we ended up leaving and going back to the VIP SECTION. We also ordered appetizers- I got the cáptese flatbread and the Teriyaki chicken skewers very good also I tried the truffle fries. Very yummy. I highly recommend this place over all! I was a little worried we didn't wear mask and hardly anyone inside either it's been a while over 2 years since we partied like this and it felt great. No Cvoid friendly but honestly so much fun! I will be attending again when we go to Orlando.

Yelp
Looking for something fun to do ...found the famous ICEBAR on a Thursday night not many people on this evening, but a good place to hang out with friends have a good drink (they even have food) and listen to some hip music. Great value packages we got the premium package which included our fur coat gloves and one drink from fire bar another from the ice bar.. fun experience in Orlando, Fla. Reservations can be made online. Also seen they offer a date night package for the honeys that want to take their honeys out for a good night. Waitress was very pleasant. You also get a free complimentary foto when you go into the ice bar:) Will come back again for sure!

Yelp
Orlando in low season is so weird. We tried to go out and party on a Thursday night and we had no luck at other bars in the area so we ended up on the ICEBAR Orlando knowing it would be a total tourist trap. The place, like the rest of the city was empty and we had the entire outside and inside areas just for our group; which was kind of nice but also kind of lame because the party mood was close to zero. The good news is that it was super cheap to get in (they were running some ladies night promo ) but we were denied the fancy jackets because those were only available with the expensive cover charge. The bar was totally empty, so I don't know why they would not just let us pay a little extra to have them... but oh well.. We proceeded to grab our not fancy jackets and gloves; which were not in great shape and some of the jacket's zippers were out of order and broken. We entered the ice zone" which was cold and super cool looking. I was a little disappointed that some of the decorations are not really ice but actually ice-looking plastic.. kind of disappointed in person but still looked cool in pictures. The cocktails at the bar are yummy and I ordered two on my tab, which came on their super fancy (but tiny) ice glasses. You also get a discount if you re-use your ice glass on your second drink. When I closed the tab, turned out it was 50 dollars for two drinks.. Seemed expensive, but given that the entry price was low I figured 'that's how they get you' and paid. I was not presented with an itemized bill, just the credit card charge when i asked to close my tab. when i was ready for round two, I mentioned to a friend that i was ready for another $25 drink and he was surprised; his drink was only 12.50... Turns out I was charged for 4 drinks instead of 2... I promptly went to the cashier and asked to get refunded but it took about 45 minutes for the ordeal to be done and many managers were involved to get it done. The whole extra charge ordeal kind of dampened my experience. Overall it was okay but I would probably not go back

Yelp
If you are looking for something interesting to do in Orlando Icebar is your place. The temperature in the ice room is 22 degrees. They provide you with coats and gloves for a fee. I highly recommend the vip package so you get two drinks included. The food was lackluster but the DJ was on point. I would return.

Yelp
Ever been to a place where you go home and tell all your friends and family about? One of those you had to be there- had to opportunity to bring close friends and family here and it did not disappoint. Lynn is phenomenal, we have gotten to see her rock a bar packed after a corporate event on a sat night. Also got to experience a slower night where she is able to communicate and show off her people skills. She is an asset to this organization and her drinks keep up us coming back. Fire bar 5 stars Lynn 10 stars service.

Yelp
Definitely very gimmicky but I think it would be a fun unique experience for someone who hasn't been to a place made of ice before. After having been to places like the ICE exhibit at the Gaylord, this definitely felt very small. Some of the ice was very grimey so I guess it had not been cleaned or redone any time recently. Some of the drinks were tasty albeit quite small. The glasses were deceptive as they contained less liquid than it seems based on the shape of the ice. I suppose if you wanted to hang out in the ice bar for a while you could but it was definitely a bit more crowded than I would expect during a pandemic, and there wasn't much to do after the initial novelty so we didn't stay too long. Not really worth the price, although I guess it was actually slightly better than I expected it to be.

Yelp
They really keep that ice pet FREEZINGLY COLD! I recommend no open shoes because my toes almost went into frost bite. The experience though was really cool. The drinks were delicious. I had a drink that they lit on fire. I can't remember the name but it was definitely a punch. I also had the steak tacos... so good! It was crowd and the bartenders still were getting every ones order in a timely fashion. The music was lively and everyone was dancing. I def recommend coming and experiencing it all!

Yelp
My boyfriend surprised me and got us tickets for a date night here. We've been wanting to try it and we're super excited, but we didn't have the greatest time once we got there. The entire venue is extremely small, and since there is so much hype around the Ice Bar it was also very crowded. We didn't pay to have reserved seats, so it was very hard to find a place to sit, let alone stand due to the crowds. We did pay extra to get into the actual Ice part of the bar, which was also very small. I will say that it was super cool to be in that part, and the drinks were good but expensive. Seeing the architecture and theming of the ice was the best part of the bar, outside of that it's just another bar with an expensive cover.
