I never write reviews, but the man working on 2/4 was so rude. It was the Goldens in Golden event. I came in with my dogs leashed around the same time as a USPS worker. I had been taking a photo of my dogs by the chairs in front of the store and the USPS worker politely waited the literally 10 seconds it took me to take the photo (rather than walking in front of the camera). I apologized for being in the way (and honestly he could have asked to go around and I would have happily moved for him). The man working in the store immediately starts loudly talking about how “terrible” the event is with the postal worker. He comes around the corner to tell ask me to not have my dogs step on the rug (which they weren’t and I was happy to continue preventing them from doing so). But the point is that he knew I was there and immediately went back to criticizing those of us here for the event. I went in intending to buy some of the clothing products because I love them, but abruptly left because I wasn’t going to stay in the store while having to listen to someone insult me and everyone else in the town that was here for this awesome event. However rude the employee thought I was to the letter carrier, pales in comparison to how rude it is to openly talk s**t about a customer who is trying to buy stuff from your store. Like I said, I never write reviews, but this was honestly so weird and uncomfortable that I had to say something. I’ve worked retail, I get it, people are annoying and I’m sure having large town wide events makes it worse. But openly criticizing someone in ear shot is not ok, especially when that person is a customer.
