Icelandic Ski Company in Colorado helped me out so much in choosing their Maiden 94 ski to use as a tele binding. Beautiful skis. Beautiful graphics. Very personable and friendly. I had many questions and they patiently answered and guided me to the right ski for me. Probably will get a second pair

I've been skiing Icelantic skis for probably a decade now. I have loved every pair, super capable and playful and hold up in a wide variety of conditions. To add to that is their exceptional customer service. It's always been super easy, helpful and friendly anytime I've interacted with them. I'm always talking about this company and their skis, they really are that good!

Not only do I like their product, the customer service is very responsive. Sean responded within a reasonable amount of time and my issue was solved to my great satisfaction. I would, without a doubt, recommend this company.

They keep their word. I bought my fourth pair if Icelantic skis this year. I found the pair I wanted among their demo sales. The listing said the base material might be different than the original retail version of the skis. Mine were apparently different because the bases just weren't right. After struggling with them, I reached out and Icelantic paid for a fresh grind. They still weren't right, so they offered to replace them with something from their current inventory, asking me to pay a nominal amount for shipping and processing. They worked quickly to get me back on the snow with these skis. Thank you!

I love their softtech shirts - they are super warm and soft. They messed up my online order and not only fixed it, but let me keep keep the mistakenly sent shirt. They also added a sticker to the bag and were super on mailing out the orders - I got it in two days, and they shipped the replacement within ~8 hours of my email.

Amazing customer service. I wrote to them on Saturday, expecting no response 'til Sunday... and lo and behold, a very nice response from a real human. And I bought the skis right away. Can't wait to get out there with them!

After hearing so many good things about Icelantic Skis--I finally went in for my first pair of "grown up" skis (not hand me downs). Cassidy-who runs the shop-knows his stuff--he's also really nice and easy to talk to as I admitted I'm not a cool, powder skiing, challenge-seeking type(anymore) and that I've never skied on wide skis. He helped me choose the Maiden 91s. I skied on them for the first time the other day and OMG--best skiing day maybe ever--everything just seemed easier. I might even revisit powder this season. I love this shop too--cool gear, gifts etc. I bought the rack to display my skis on my wall since they are also a rad work of art. AND these guys are local--grew up skiing in CO and designing and manufacturing here. Thank you Cassidy & Icelantic!!

For whatever reason I always thought that this was the best location to have a shop in golden. I finally stopped by the other day chatted up Cassidy who is running the show at this location. Worth stopping in if you are in the area. Heck I am a snowboarder. They have paddle boards now too. Cool to see what adventure brands keep creating

Great shop. The staff is super helpful and efficient. Cassidy is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the right ski for me.

Purchased a pair of Nomadics they delaminated. Replaced happily and even gave me a flannel shirt to boot. Nice! The skis have held out fine. Let's see until this season is over. The flannel shirt however, shrinks. Yes, the label says to line dry. And it's made in the USA. I do t have time to wait for cotton shorts to dry. Nor do I want the worry thinking the skis will delaminate again. So... it's not been a confident inspiring experience. I went in to the store today in Golden and the guy would only offer me 5 - 10% off something else. So they are tightening up their responsibility policy. Not a fan anymore...

This place makes the best skis ever known to man! I have owned 4 pairs and now have 125 under the foot nomads and they shred! It would be crazy to ever think about skiing on anything else. They also sale bamboo poles which have been game changers. Check them out

So I bought a pair of Icelantic Pioneers, 2019 model. They advertise a "3 year no questions asked" warranty... that is what they call it. The first time I skied on them I scratched the bottom. That's my bad luck. Then I noticed that by the edge of the top of the skies its top layer is starting to peel off. I contacted them and dropped off the skies at their location in Golden. They said that the issue is not effecting the performance of the skies. It is true as it is a cosmetic issue. Still, that is not what you expect when buying not cheap skies... Also, naming a warranty "no questions asked" is false... Be sure to read the small print about their warranty...

You guys could not begin to imagine the level of customer service this company has. I have been talking to Cody since about a week ago trying to figure out the right ski and what makes sense financially. The guy has been texting me pictures of the skis to show me the differences. That's customer service. I ended up buying some new Nomad 105s and can't wait for ski season. I'm more than confident they stand by their products and am appreciative of all the help Cody has given me. Keep it up Icelantic and you'll have a lifetime customer. Thanks again.

This has to be the greatest ski company in the world. They don't just stand behind their product they will help make any situation right. When my daughters Maiden 101 skis were swapped and not returned at Vail with ones the wrong size, Icelantic took those skis back and offered us new ones at a very good price. I love this brand so much I bough a new pair of Nomad 115s on the spot without a demo. Can't wait for next winter to try them out. A great company, even better ski, and terrific people.

Good group of people there! Always a very warm welcome and even dog friendly. I love seeing a local company thrive in one of the best towns on the front range. Everyone is very knowledgeable and takes the time to get you set up right. Great work Icey team!
