Ichiban Grill Supreme Buffet

Been here two previous times and i always forgot to do a review. Well here it is. When we go here it was very busy. But we didnt have to wait long at all for a table.(1st time a party of 6. 2nd a party of 4). We got our food, which was very hot and fresh. The majority of it was very tasty and well seasoned. Service was on point. The servers came by often to make sure we had enough drinks and to clear the empty plates. They did not rush us and let us take our time. I think there is a 2 hr limit but I dont think anyone can eat for 2 straight hours lol. The dining area was a little bit loud due to other families but that was fine kids will be kids. The price per person was very reasonable. Its will not kill your wallet unless you’re paying for like 20 people hahah. All in all this will be my go to place when i want to be a fat ass.

I had a terrible experience at Ichiban Grill in Greensboro. The young man who claimed to be the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful, especially toward me as a woman. They messed up my bill, adding incorrect charges. On top of that, they claimed my two-year-old child was actually a 7–10-year-old and tried to make it seem like I was “scamming” them, instead of admitting their mistake. When I calmly pointed out the error and asked for my bill to be corrected, the “manager” spoke to me in a nasty, condescending tone and said they would “allow my comment to slide this time,” as if they were doing me a favor. Between the overcharging and the disrespectful attitude, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place!

It said it was the largest buffet in North Carolina and I believe them. Rows and rows of fresh food. Steak, shrimp, chicken and pork. General tso's chicken and the coconut shrimp were personal favorites of mine. That you could load up a plate at the hibachi and watch them cook your food in front of you was a nice bonus at no extra charge. If I had a complaint it would be that the place is so good and well known in the area that it's always full. Great food and you get more than what you pay for here.

Where do I start. People posted up outside the door with signs. The establishment was very busy. Staff was not able to keep up with keeping the place tidy. Both restrooms were filthy. The floors around the buffets were wet in some areas and sticky in others. They did, however, have cleaned the ceiling as mentioned in another review. Fresh food was consistently being brought out. We were only checked on once by the waitress. The food was good. However, some items were cold by the time I sat down to eat. The Arnold Palmer was mixing perfectly. I wanted the experience of this Ichiban to mirror the experience of the others that I have patronized this was lack luster, but it got the job done. Yes, I would go back because of the value for the money and the variety.

called them because when I bit into the chicken for sweet and sour there was little a bug inside the chicken batter. When I called them explaining the situation the man got very smart and aggressive on the phone he seemed to not care and did not show any empathy. Will not be eating here again new to the area and heard good things about them from others!! Food is too high for people to not care about the service they are providing

We've been going to this restaurant for years, and they've always been wonderfully consistent and with a really good (and tasty) variety of food. The trick with this place is to appreciate it for what it is: a giant buffet geared toward a crowd. It isn't fancy, sometimes the servers aren't very friendly, and it can be little chaotic when they're busy. But, with that said, the hibachi is always fantastic, their sushi bar offers a lot of choices and is especially great when the place is packed, and the Chinese food has a lot of flavor. You'll leave here full and satisfied with your meal.

the food is really good and something for everyone. decent prices. the only suggestion i have is don't let your plate set to long without touching it because the waitress will take it before your done eating, but thankfully it is buffet. don't interact with the staff to much they are mostly rude. Just go in eat the food and you will have a good meal. if you have children under the age of 12 tell them for a discount but check your ticket when you leave because they will still try to over charge you.

We went in and my son decided to not eat after we sat down. They charged me for him eating and I tried to correct it. The manager walked over saying that because he was counted as someone sitting down we had to pay for him. When I said he didn't eat anything I wasn't paying, she tried to point out his fork had been used. He used his fork to open some medicine he went to get. I asked what am I supposed to do leave him in the car?!? The waitress even stood behind us the whole time and saw he didn't eat. I definitely won't be back!!!
