Absolutely delicious. The chasyu ramen with thick meat + tamago is well worth the long wait and the small spaces of this shop. This is truly #1 in onomichi for ramen

I knew from the moment I saw the queue snaking out the door that this would be a great place to try Onomichi ramen. I was correct (the flavor is delicious), and I also enjoyed the very friendly service. The staff speaks good English as well!

Waited for an hour before it was my turn. Ordered the signature ramen and it was delicious despite it looking greasy and salty. The fats actually spiced it up. Definitely worth lining up.

It’s really value! Go for braised ramen! It’s chef ‘s recommendation for 1150 yen! It’s really hearty and great

This Onomichi Ramen is actually Taiwanese Ramen since after WWII many Taiwanese came to Japan Sanyo area for working. They also bring in their taste. Their decendents and local people take this culture in. This is a bit fatty but overall is quite suitable for eating and a bit lighter then those origianl Japanese style which is quite salty! I rate it as a 4 Star Ramen means this is within the top one in my sense, since Im not keen on Japanese Ramen but this one is a few that I would recommend you!

The outlook of this Ramen shop does not look nice at all, but the noodle taste is very nice. This is the best Onomichi Ramen Shop where I visited so far.

I expect the ramen is salty but indeed it is not. Very nice food. The shop is a little bit small but I would come again for the food
