One of the better ramen places in the Minneapolis area. Highly recommend the tonkotsu broth ramen. Lots of noodles, sweet tasty pork and super flavorful broth. The sushi rolls are also tasty!

I had the worse experience yesterday at thos restaurant. I usually visit the Maple Grove location. I was in in St. Paul yesterday and needed something to eat. I called and placed and ordered. After I arrived at the restaurant, I was taken back to check out. The price of the food was totally different from online. I pointed it out the the lady checking me out, she acted as though she didn't understand what I was saying. She asked to see, I showed her, and she got quite and said, have nice day. The portion of the food was not worth the money at. ( please pics). I paid 35 dollars for nothing. Even the drink size for the price was small. Never going there again.

We just ordered the crispy chicken ramen and received some dry, fried, chicken nuggets with our ramen and under cooked noodles in an over salty broth. What a fail after having good experience at other locations.

Ordered Crispy Chicken Ramen for take out. It was the awful. They use a beautiful photo of a breaded crispy chicken breast cutlet but what I got was some chicken pieces that were dried up sinewy meat. The ramen noodles were undercooked, broth was not real and tasted overly salty, and I had about two pieces of corn in my bowl. I will never eat here again.
Such a disappointment compared to the location in Minnetonka, or really any place that serves ramen.
If I could give this negative stars I would.

I ordered classic Char Siu ramen without adding or replacing any ingredients. It was pretty good. Thick soup with decent amount of noodle. Giving 4 stars just because I had a better one somewhere in New York, I guess. Otherwise recommend it. I like choose noodle type option. Will come again

It's been a long time since I have been here, at least 6 years. The quality is still excellent, prices are good and they have dedicated free parking.

Loved this place. I ordered the gyoza and shredded char Sui ramen and both dishes were yum. Probably one of the best ramen places in Minneapolis. The staff is also very prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some nice authentic ramen.
Also plenty of parking outside. I will certainly visit again.

This was our first visit to Ichiddo Ramen.
The food and service were good.
The portion size senses small compared to the price.
We ordered calamari #10 and streamed bun with fried chicken #3, Char Siu Ramen #17, Beef Ramen #18 + cabbage, and Red Curry Ramen #27A
The food was good. We did feel the noodles were a bit under done. But the biggest surprise was the portion size for everything but the noodles.
For the appetizers, the calamari was 5 pieces + sauce, great taste, and texture... breading was also done well.
The steam bun with fried chicken was yummy but over a few bites later. I liked the sauce, mayo, and lettuce... but it was not enough to share.
Reach of our Ramen dishes were great! The Red Curry Ramen was spicy! And good. It came with a few bean sprouts and some ground meat and 1 shrimp.
My wife added cabbage to her beef ramen... and laughed when she saw how much cabbage a $1.5 got her... cabbage should be pretty cheap... and cutting it up should not cost too much... we thought they could do better.
My son enjoyed his Char Dui Ramen, but had to laugh at fish cake, a thin slice of fish cake... we thought of it makes the menu description it should be a bit more substantial.
All in all, we enjoyed the food... but would probably cross the street where the portions are a bit more generous.
