One of the few places open late on a Sunday night. Helpful people at the counter to order beers, cider, and food. Only a few ciders available, but possibly the best one I had all week, crisp and flavorful. Tomato soup and turkey sandwich were very good. Pretzel was pretty good. Great atmosphere inside.

This place is awesome. By far the best brewery in the area. They have old ski gondolas upstairs that you can sit and drink beer in. They rock a little bit so if your beer is full take a few sips to avoid spilling. The beer tasted fantastic and the selection was awesome. They have beer flights that you can order 4 tasters at a time. This is a must do! The staff is incredible and know their beer well. This is a must stop in the area. Awesome brewery!

Love the vibes of this place and the beer. IPA was strong and worth every drop. I love the gondola. It was a great experience. It is a little wobby when you get on it, so don't spill your drink. Great place to hang out and get a good feel of the nice and cold weather of Leavenworth with their heater and fireplaces in the outdoor setting.

Was recommended by a friend. Had a blackberry cider- delicious!! Was a beautiful, sat outside. Great views of the mountains. This place rocks! Staff were excellent. Got some of their own beer to go from their fridges. YAY!

Good beers but the food is below average. The grilled cheese had such a funky taste to it - definitely not quality cheese at all. The tomato bisque was nice but too creamy for my taste. The pretzel is honestly the only food that seems worth it here! Beers were nice too.

Awesome spot!!! Beer is always good. Pear brie bruschetta is our go to. Along with the brisket chilli.

Hey, if you’re a wine girly like me - this is the one place I advise do NOT get the wine - the beer is much better. The red wine was very bad - probably cuz it was on tap. They have 2 fire pit tables outside, but only one of them was working as of Christmas Eve 2024. Ample seating indoors upstairs, indoors downstairs, and outside with heat lamps. The icicle beer is good, and they have nice beer cheese pretzels.

Such a fun experience to do a beer flight here! And if you’re new to beer, they will walk you through each option (with recommendations if you want too)! We weren’t a fan of the darker ones, but that’s just preference and there are so many other options to choose from. Their award winning Pilsner is soo good—we got it 3 more times on the trip haha

Icicle brewing is one of our favorite pubs in Leavenworth! Their beers are fantastic and our kids love the indoor gondolas (they are pretty awesome!). There's seating outside and on the main floor as well as upstairs and downstairs, so be sure look around for a spot that meets your needs. The staff is friendly and quick, you can always find someone to help get you a spot. The food is pretty good as well - last time we were in I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was fantastic! Just the right amount of spice I was looking for. And my kids always smash on their pretzels. I highly recommend Icicle Brewing! Great for couples and families alike.

Leavenworth is full of all kinds of eating and drinking establishments. It's a major stop on the Cascade Loop and it does a great job catering to the masses. We were in the mood of some good beer and snacks so we decided to checkout Icicle. Here's my take on the experience: Quality of food/drinks: Good. We got a German pretzel to share that came with a warm Beecher's cheese dipping sauce. I gotta say...it was the freshest softest pretzel that I have ever had. It was warm and wasn't overloaded with salt. For beer we tried their decadent Dark Persuasion which is a German Chocolate Cake Ale. The beer tasted very rich and very satisfying and paired nicely with the pretzel. Décor: like a brewery. There was a first level and a ground level that provided plenty of space to sit and socialize. Cleanliness: good. The tables and the bathroom was clean. Service: good. You have to place both your food and your drink order at the bar which is a little weird. You get the beer right away and have to carry it back to your table. The food comes later based on the number that they give you to display at the table. Price: typical. The pretzel was $8 and so was the beer. If you're in the mood for some really good and fresh German pretzel paired with a local Washington beer then Icicle is a great choice.

Stopped by for just a beer after enjoying dinner down the street. Good selection of beers. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Love that they have automatic misters in the bier garden outside. They seek to have music or something fun such as a tournament every night during the summer. Would stop by again id in the area!

Perfect place to enjoy the true essence of Leavenworth! Delicious locally brewed beer, delicious heartwarming food, nice service, and a nice relaxed ambiance for even non beer drinkers. The Hazy IPA was so delicious that I had to buy one for takeout!

Best Brewery in Leavenworth. Large indoor and outdoor venue. Fire pits offered outside. Gondola seating offered upstairs. Lots of beers on tap including light beers and plenty of imperial stouts. Friendly service. Did not order food but I think there is some available. They offer flights so you can taste multiple beers. Great venue. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend checking out if you're in the area and want to hit up a brewery!

Lovely quaint brewery. We had the pretzel and grilled cheese with soup. Both were excellent and a welcome warmth in the cold December afternoon in Leavenworth. The cider and beer were great as well

We came by for drinks midweek, the week following Octoberfest. Delightfully, we had the place mostly to ourselves. We didn't try the food but the staff was happy to assist when we placed our drink orders, offering samples, etc. They did have some good food offerings and also to-go beverages for sale. They have lots of indoor and outdoor seating, with additional tables upstairs. We've visited before and will come back again! Our group loved the Amber ale. We took some home too!!

Recommended by a local, and so glad we went! The service and ambience are great. We both tried a few different beers with the flight and the pretzel was the best we had tried on our trip.

I have had and loved Icicle for a long time. I am super glad I was able to finally visit. We were super hungry when we arrived and luckily they had delicious food. We grabbed a sandwich and a pretzel. It was really tasty. Honestly the sandwich blew my mind. Simple turkey but the cream cheese spread was amazing. The beers we had were excellent. I should have grabbed merch, but didnt and regret it. I guess it means I just need to make a sooner than later trip. Honestly some amazing beer. They distribute pretty far and they never fail.

Don't ring the bell!!! Ultra fine print that no one would ever read. Ring the bell and this means to buy a round of beer for the entire bar!?!?! I'm sorry so deceiving....if ur gonna make this a thing than make it in full Clear site!!! Only had bar walk up service I can't rate anything else in this bar.

Good beers but food options a bit limited. Ample outdoor/indoor (3floors) seating. Amber mustard was really tasty!

IPA driven. Spacious. Cabin vibe. First time in Leavenworth, so beer was a must. Walked downtown and came here per some friends recommendations. Ordered quick at the counter, decent amount of beer options and was a nice break from the German imported beer, very IPA focused. The beer people love this place, I'm not a big beer human but enjoyed the vibe and location.

This place is great to stop for drink. We ordered a flight : colchuck, Inspo, Tiramisu, Mexican chocolate and then a non alcoholic Mexican lover. I must say the Tiramisu was the best almost tase like the real thing. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great!

The service here was incredibly helpful and patient as we figured out which beers to try, and their recommendations were spot on! The spot itself has a great vibe--perfect for a casual date night or drinks with friends. Definitely a cool place to hang out!

They have gluten free beers!!!! (Canned but they poured mine in a chilled glass) So so kind!!! We met a sweet gal who helped my husband and I with our choices and even helped us navigate our future food and drink choices after the brewery! All in all, great ambiance, service and tasty beer! Strong though ;)

Fun place. Probably one of the few places open late. They do close at 10 on weekdays. We went on a Wednesday and they were having a ping-pong tournament. They have upstairs seating,, outside, seating, main level seating, and downstairs seating. The day we went, it was raining, so the outside seating wasn't fully available. Inside was very busy. We ended up seating at the bar down below downstair where they were having the tournament. They have food and of course beer on tap. I did notice they have a lot of IPAs. I got a stout. I loved it Not too rich. I ordered their pretzel. It is a typical soft pretzel. Be careful with the mustard. It opens up your sinuses for sure. The vibe is very laid back. Everyone is friendly and having fun. The are dog friendly

Beer was awesome and location is so nice. Beautiful views of the mountains. Grabbed a couple 6 packs to go. Only $12 was bargain for some locally brewed beers. Will be back when passing through.pretzel was good too. Pretzels here and everywhere else in this town are overpriced.

We happened to be there during a bingo night and it was a great time. Their barrel aged stouts are dangerously delicious ;)

I am not a big Beer fan. But this place really made me think again. I was left mesmerized with Enhancement Mist. It was so smooth and so good. I also tasted Dragon tail IPA and it was pretty good too. I am definitely visiting this place again. You have a place to sit outdoors and you can also sit underground. One thing you need to remember is that you can order one beer at a time and you can't buy for another person.

I have had their beer before so i was super excited to try their beer right at their brewery! Its crazy to say it tastes different drinking from the can vs drinking from on tap. Obviously, drinking from the tap is the better way to go. I ordered the Dark Persuasian. The taste is clearer, tasting more of the dark chocolate and coffee. They have kombucha but it isnt hard kombucha. They seemed annoyed when my husband turned down the kombucha and just opted for a veggie palette. Was probably a busy and hectic day so i get it as people had packed the outdoor seating. There is indoor seating available downstairs and upstairs. There is also a few tables inside right in their lobby. Overall, will come back here again. Was a good visit on a Sunday to start my last relaxation day of the weekend.

First off, get the porter. Whether or not you prefer dark beer or not, it's phenomenal and hits the right balance of roasted malt without being too heavy. This place can get busy on a weekend (we waited 30 minutes to get in) so plan accordingly. The decor is hip and trendy and the service is friendly but you may need to be a bit patient because getting someone's attention for service can also take a minute. We ordered a flight of different beers along with a pint of the porter and also a pretzel. Again, the porter was the clear winner. The pretzel is a pass from me. It was definitely nowhere near fresh and even bordered on the stale side. Overall, this is a cool modern brewery in the middle of a town with old German roots. It's a welcome addition but there are SO many other breweries in Washington worth visiting, this one should be in the middle of your pick list.

The best part of a very touristy German town. A much larger facility than I thought it would be, three levels of seating and an outdoor patio. Ordered a flight of beer and a pretzel from the counter and proceeded downstairs to sit where it was a little cooler (it was still quite warm, although it was 98 degrees outside). The beers were great and the pretzel is supposed to be one of the best in Leavenworth and it was. Great texture on the outside and fluffy on the inside; with the right amount of butter and salt. The beer cheese served with it had a good flavor but was a little thin. All in all great place for some good beer and a pretzel. We would definitely visit again.

We rolled into town, dumped our stuff at our Airbnb and walked right into this place. It was hot and we had a pup - so we looked for a shady spot and luckily they had a sprinkler system running (as do one or two more restaurants att). It was tricky but it worked - many other dogs around. We loved the ordering system - just click the QR code, they already know your table, you order on your phone and done. They bring you your food. Absolutely genius way to handle a crowd. We loved the heavy wooden tables. Loved the decor in general and all the staff were friendly. We only wish there were a few more food items on the menu. That said, the food was delish - we had the pulled pork sandwich, the grilled cheese sandwich, and the tomato bisque - dip your grilled cheese into the bisque! YUM! Great way to start our weekend in Leavenworth.

Soup and grilled cheese were delightful. Even after having several pretzels around town, this was one of our favorites. Super great ambience, played trivia and it was a blast!

Lovely brewery with ample amount of seating indoors, outdoors and upstairs. If you are sitting outdoors, there are heaters around to keep you warm. There were a lot of IPAs on tap when I went. I am not the biggest fan of IPAs so I got cider. I found that to be delightful. If you enjoy playing games,there was a corn hole night when i visited !

Awesome staff! I really liked their raspberry wheat beer, I was happy to find it around town at restaurants as well. They have board games downstairs, perfect for when unexpected weather hits.

The beer flight was over all average as we liked the Stout and other three were pretty average. Pretzel were hot piping good with the cheezy dip yummm. Chocolate was ordinary. I would give this place 3.5/5 i would say go here for the ambiance and the location. Service was pretty quick.

This was a great little place on our trip to Leavenworth. We tried the beer flights. The service was really friendly and fast. We enjoyed stopping in for an evening beer after a days hike with the kid and dog.

Really nice outdoor seating area that is great for people watching and a cool low key vibe. Didn't try the food but had the Boot Jack IPA and Dragontail IPA and both were delish!

Absolutely had to hit up Icicle Brewing when we were in Leavenworth. Busy place, with lots of seating inside and some seating outside. Grabbed a table and ordered a few beers. Ordered a couple of Knock Off Aussie Light Lagers. Excellent flavor - a solid choice. But wait. I was totally blown away when my daughter ordered the Dark Persuasion (German Chocolate Cake Ale). You get your beer, and a little piece of homemade chocolate candy . . . and oh my! I'm usually not a flavored beer lover, but I surely could have swiped that entire glass out of my daughter's hands and felt NO guilt. It was surprisingly scrumptious (and I don't normally say that about a beer, but jeez it was good), especially when you took a little bit of the chocolate candy followed by a slurp of beer. What a combo! Seating was comfortable and service was quick at the bar. A great place to stop.

In a wine town they only have two types of wine: it's trash: they should have more options for everyone. The pretzel we ordered was small and the mustard was so spicy. And I like spice!!! It has a cool ambiance - that is it's only redeeming quality. We waited in line a long time to order.

The vibe, the staff, the events all summarized in one word: cool. Their beer is the sold throughout all the other bars in town. Admittedly, their food portions aren't much and not worth buying. Still 4 stars because of the beer and fun! Note: Dogs are only welcome outside.

Such a fun place to be, went on weeknight with friends and the ambiance is cozy and friendly. The staff was very helpful with helping my friends and I choose a beer to drink, they also offer food items such as pretzels, grilled cheese with tomato soup and many more. We were able to sit upstairs and enjoy the restaurant, they also have a downstairs for seating, menu QR codes can be found on the tables too.

Came by for some drinks. My husband got an IPA and I had the huckleberry cider. The seating is open, and you can either order at your table with QR codes or at the bar. The staff wasn't very friendly bar but did answer some of the questions I had. The huckleberry cider was okay, not a lot of flavor but the ambiance of the bar was nice and they do have misters outside to help keep you cool. They don't have meals here but do offer snacks.

Brewery in downtown Leavenworth with a variety of beers and taps and yummy eats. Nitro Priebe porter was rich and smooth. The Bavarian soft pretzel ($6) with beer cheese (+$.75) was soft and yummy dipped in the house mustards and beer cheese! Large outdoor patio with plenty of seating .

Location is spacious. Has different floors and indoor/outdoor seating so you can choose the type of environment you want. Indoor option has screens for games (football etc.) Outdoor option has heaters/fire pits and is dog friendly Beer was delicious ! I love hazy beers & they offer and award winning hazy option.

We went to Leavenworth for my boyfriend's birthday. We left the Seattle/Tacoma area at about 5:30 pm and were looking for a place to eat when we got there. We tried calling to find out what time they stop serving food since it was looking like we would be hitting town at about 8:30pm on a Thursday and most restaurants in town close at 8 or 9pm. The phone rang and rang to a voicemail that states no one actually picks up the phone. If you have questions you are encouraged leave a voicemail and someone will call back. Yeah, sure. Needless to say, we did not eat there that night. We did stop there on our last night in town for a beer and it was great. I had the Tiramisu stout which did not disappoint. They have a limited food menu, mostly snacks, but the grilled cheese with tomato bisque is delicious. Just make sure to get all orders in by 9:30pm. I really wish this place stayed open later; it's a great place to play board games or just chill with friends at one of their fire tables.

Such a cute brewery! We decided to pop in for some dinner and a beer & were not disappointed. The vibes were 10/10 with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Fun little spots to sit (and people watch if that's your thing). Loved that we could order via QR code at the table & everything came up so fast. Pretty limited menu for food, but the turkey sandwich we had was immaculate. Beers were also delicious & so many hazys! I would absolutely come back if I was in town again!

I guess maybe my expectations were up about sitting curbside in Leavenworth hoisting a beer and enjoying some German atmosphere... well, I actually did have a local beer, and some solid tomato bisque, but the pretzel had some much butter on it I could not keep a grip on it.... it was like a greased pig with my meat hooks.... the outside was kinda cramped, no real view of folks walking by, and the staff was not real quick to clear tables. the location next door was closed down, which did not help...
