What a lovely place to stay for our trip to Màlaga! Zahra at the reception desk was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The design the hotel is unique and fun, with an elevated beachy vibe. It was well located to explore the city and the accommodations were excellent. They had my favorite breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at with many delicious, fresh options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to the old town and harbour. 15 minutes walk to beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly Fernando and the night porter (Daniel i believe?).|Very comfortable room and bed. Hotel exceptionally clean.|Breakfast excellent with loads of choice.|Could not fault anything and will definately return.|First time i have been to Malaga and i was not disappointed. Loads to see and do and appreciated the winter sun (17 degrees). Beautiful city and everybody very friendly. Perfect place to go for some winter fun and sun!

We are a couple in our mid 60's and we loved this hotel! Third floor (lift) bright room, big comfortable bed, great shower. The Soho location suited us as it's quieter but still just a short walk to the wonderful market, the culture and buzz of the Old Town and the harbour. There are good places in the immediate area to eat and drink. We found the staff very welcoming, knowlegeable and helpful. They really made our 7 day visit feel so special, and went above and beyond expectations in every department. On behalf of Sarah, thank you Icon Malabar!

The hotel is located in the city center — wherever you go, everything is close by. It’s just a 6-minute walk from the port. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh products and a wide variety of options. Modern design with plenty of plants. The staff is very kind and helpful — well done! ❤️ The only downside is the noise coming from the street, as there is a scooter rental/shop nearby as well as restaurants. However, you can always ask in advance for a room on a higher floor and farther from the street. Highly recommended!

**As a travel agency owner, I feel it’s crucial to share my experience with the reservation departments at all three properties of this brand. I send many of my clients to these hotels, and I had a non-refundable reservation. Though the policy allows one date change, I had already used that once before, prior to a national emergency. After severe flooding in the country, I couldn’t travel, and all three hotels refused any flexibility for a second change. I spoke with reservation and hotel management. As a business that refers numerous clients, this lack of empathy and support during a crisis was truly disheartening. I hope they reconsider, but I will be cautious about recommending them in the future. I will post this same review on all three hotels. This is no reflection on the hotel itself just a cautionary warning to others** Hotel is spotless, staff is welcoming, pleasant and gave wonderful food recommendations. They are in the Soho area of Malaga so a very short walk to all the great spots Malaga has to offer.

This hotel is so luxurious. Once you step through the doors you are greeted with the exceptional signature fragrance. Our room for our honeymoon was comfortable, clean, and well-arranged. The view onto the street was so special. The hotel is situated in a quaint and quiet block. We did not have a single issue. We loved to sit at the outdoor tables after a night in the town. The staff is so kind too. Thank you Icon!

I was greatly charmed by this hotel and enjoyed my stay enormously. Arriving late after my flight from England I was efficiently and politely received - a good start. There was a noisy but jolly work reception going on in the ground floor café but by the time I got up to the third floor to find my room the noise had faded nicely. Once in my room - which was both magically quiet and astonishingly dark thanks to a good combination of drapes and shutters - I couldn’t hear any of the party downstairs. My room, although not large, was perfect - prettily designed, comfortable and very clean. It gave me that most important of things in a hotel: a good night’s rest. Breakfast was excellent and I particularly enjoyed my made to order ham omelette along with a classically good buffet breakfast. The location is excellent and I was really rather sad to leave it this morning, and to say goodbye to the excellent staff on reception. A really class act.

Best stay ever! Wonderful staff, perfect rooms, excellent situated near beach and city center. Very helpful staff in both reception, restaurant og cleaning. Provided more assistance than expected and always with a smile. Room were nicely equipped with beautiful bathroom ond comfortable bed. Five minutes walk to city centre and all the restaurants and shops and only 15 minutes from beach.
