||The Icon Wipton in Madrid is a true gem! This boutique hotel exudes charm and elegance, with beautifully designed interiors that make it feel both intimate and luxurious. Everything is impeccably clean, with a fresh, inviting scent throughout. Situated in the best location in Madrid, it’s ideal for exploring the city. I absolutely plan to return—highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Madrid!

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was surrounded by very good restaurants. The hospitality of the staff was very satisfactory. We stayed in a superior room, and if I visit Madrid again, I would prefer to stay at this hotel. Thank you for everything!

Great location and safe neighborhood. Very close to several metro station lines. Staff was warm and friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Bring earbuds as the bar across the street can be obnoxiously loud and their patrons can be noisy after the club has closed. .

I booked the family room based on reviews and the beautiful photos. Indeed. The hotel looks great. Unfortunately the soundproofing is terrible. My 5 year old and myself could hardly sleep. ||I cancelled the remaining days and left for a better hotel. ||But still I lost a night and a day. Because after a poor night, I had to go through the effort of finding a good hotel, pack, travel and unpack. Spending the rest of the day being tired. ||Management refused to compensate for the lost night and day in any way. Because I did use the hotel in the end. They made it sound like it was my own problem and making. ||Strangely enough the hotel has very good ratings. It cannot be. The standards are really really low. I’ll ask Tripadvisor to look into that.

The ICON Wipton family room was perfect for us! The kids had their own TV and space with a bunk bed, and they were greeted at the hotel with two cute little plushie toys to help them enjoy the visit.||||The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was very comfy and thoughtfully put together. The old style elevator was fun to ride in!||||Can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended.

Perfect service from Rebecca and migel and Augustin. The hotel is very quiet and very clean it’s in the middle of the main place so it was very comfortable to shop around and to get the bags back in the hotel and the service is excellent and very professional. Thanks for the hospitality!!!! We will definitely be back soon and will use it again and again…..

Very serviceminded staff, Rebecca and her team made us feel like home. Great drinks from the bar. Cozy breakfast with fresh produce, eggs and coffe made to order. Rooms were big, clean and with comfy beds. Will be back!

The rooms are good and clean, the service is nice. You can't beat the location is great! The only bad thing I can say is that it's a bit noisy.
