Our visit at the Icon Wipton was one of a kind, excellent in every sense of the word. ||The wonderful staff greeted us as if we were coming back home. |Veronica , Amelia AKA Emma Navarro , |and Patricia at the Front Desk were Professional and at the same time helpful and very friendly ready to solve every request and more. ||I loved their warm welcome as well as their wonderful uniform. ||Enrique helped from instructions for TV , Bags and Taxi searching . ||Simeone and Jose at the Bar ready to help. ||Ruben and Youssef as the rest of the staff , efficient and ready. ||We were at the Hotel when the National Black Out |Surprised us . ||The entire staff with the Leadership of Mrs. Esther , responded in an extremely fast and helpful way making us and every guest feel safe and at home. ||Esther , Patricia and everyone at the Hotel tried to solve every situation the best way possible. ||The ambiance modern and traditional , a very good breakfast , |an English Bar and |dining room , good food and beverages. ||Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. ||My nephew and I are extremely thankful for everyday we were guests at the Hotel. ||Thanks to each and everyone for a wonderful stay. ||Gracias de corazón a todos y cada uno por una maravillosa estadía. ||Doris & Luis Alberto

Very luxurious and well-located hotel in Madrid. We had a proper family room (not a double room with a sofa bed added!!) and excellent facilities. The staff here stand out from your average and really made our stay a pleasure. They were the perfect combination of professional and friendly and are a credit to the hotel. ||We had a couple of minor issues with the WiFi but otherwise we had a great stay.

This boutique hotel is in the best location. Standard rooms are on the smaller side though so if you have a lot of luggage take that into consideration. They do have different room sizes and a great family room option with king size bed and bunk beds. This is a hidden gem.

My overall experience is more negative than positive. Housekeeping did not adequately clean the room, not even change the bedsheets during our 6 DAY stay. They changed the covers once but not the pillowcases trash was not thrown out, nothing was cleaned properly. Their isolation is bad and we constantly heard noises and other guests. It was 8 degrees and freezing and there was no air-conditioning. I was freezing in the room and had to put on a sweater to sleep. There was ni ventilation also so we had to open the windows constantly to get some air which made jt even more freezing. Breakfast was okay but lack of variety, no salads at all which should be a must. Location is the only thing that is excellent, and the Quintin restaurant right next to the hotel. For our check-out, the receptionist woman told me to pay 80€ for extras, even though we only had 2 waters and a coke for room service. She was very rude and convincing me that 3 of our friends came to breakfast and we had to pay 60€ for their meal. We dont have friends in Madrid, and when i told her it wasn’t true she started arguing “yes it was” and was very rude. Her colleague stepped in to apologise to me after she crossed the line and was literally trying to convince me a total lie and making me pay for some random people’s breakfast. I would definitely come to Madrid again, but not at this hotel.

Amazing place! The rooms were very clean and the right amount of space for staying with another person.|The staff was very friendly and the hotel always smelled amazing!!!! I already recommended a friend to stay here and they are!!|Will definitely be staying here when I come to Madrid again.

This is our third and definitely our last stay here. First, Madrid is freezing at this time of year; the rooms have very cold floors, especially the bathroom, and there are no slippers or bathrobes, which are normal for any 4 star hotel. There was a very light summer duvet on the bed and no extra blankets or pillows. There was one hard bath towel and another small one per guest. Bathroom floors are marble, and incredibly slippery! The instant coffee and creamer was not replaced the second day. All in all, the rooms are not comfortable at all, and my observations will hopefully be considered by management. All the staff were lovely.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are fantastic, the location is really good and you have so many options of restaurants close by as well. The service of the hotel is top. We will stay there many more times. Breakfast is as well really good. Can really recommend this hotel!!

The location is one of the best things this hotel has. But the service from the staff is bu far the best thing. Enrique one of the bellstaff is simply the best guide to Madrid and so helpful.
