The service was good, nice staff, Amelia from the front desk was lovely. Gave the 3 stars because there are no facilities in the hotel (it was known but still..). Breakfast is ok-ish (missing variety), and my room was right on the elevator (that doesn't work all day for some reason), so every person using the elevator is heard in the room. The room itself is good and has everything. Overall, not that fancy, but good enough and you won't regret booking it.

Wonderul very personal boutique hotel perfectly located in Salamanca. Great access to magnificent Retiro Park and best of all next to their incredible maybe too popular restaurant Quintin where we ate dinner twice. Great people watching and food. Artichoke and leek lasagne one of the best things I had in Spain. Shopping access superb. We had the 5th floor suite which was spacious and comfortable. Hundred year old elevator gave charm and personality and was surprisingly efficient.

A fantastic hotel with exceptional service in beautiful Salamanca. The people that work here go above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure you feel at home. The bar is wonderful, and the old school elevator is a treat. You're walking distance from some of the best shopping and food the city has to offer. We loved every minute!

Really great stay - perfect location (but still quiet rooms), nice rooms with helpful freebies, friendly and helpful staff. Only “negative” was when you are walking through the hallways just doesn’t quite feel like you’re in the luxury / nice hotel you expected. But then you make it to the room and all is well!

My girlfriend and I stayed here in early August 2025. The hotel staff was exceptional. Miguel at the front desk in particular was extremely helpful with a personal ordeal on our first day there. He also helped us book our train to Barcelona when websites weren’t working on my personal laptop. He even offered his subway card to my girlfriend and I to get around, no questions asked. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and kind, and I would absolutely stay here again just to give them the business.

I was greeted by a very friendly doorman and then by two lovely receptionists who made the check in process quick and smooth.|The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to lots of shops and restaurants.|I was able to order room service from the full restaurant menu which came within 15 minutes.|Breakfast was a continental buffet with eggs being ordered separately.|All in all it was a lovely stay and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful service, comfy and spacious room, great location, nice breakfast, good transportation. Nothing missing. Will definitely come back.

The most friendly hotel staff I’ve met, everyone tries their best to help, I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend people to check out this hotel.
