Iconic Santorini

I am Miss Emma from London, and I decided to go for a trip of a lifetime at the Boutique Cave Hotel last summer. I booked an awesome sea-view suite after some negotiation on price, staff who helped us with booking was professional and knowledgeable.||||The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean.||We got some complimentary toiletries. Towels were fresh.||Our maid arranged our clothes neatly, which was surprising to me.||||The resort was only short walk from the beach and about 20 minutes from the town center. Hotel provided us with transter. We took the opportunity to go sightseeing with driver from this hotel, and it was a fantastic trip. The transfer to the airport, unfortunately, was not included in price||||The sea was exactly as on pictures. I would go again in a heartbeat to see this view again. The breakfast buffet was huge, but food was obviously overcooked to me. The internet was fast enough for us. ||||The staff was always on the line with us. it's very important for me to be able ask for help any time.Even upon arrival at 3 am they brought us extra pillows. Travel light, as there wasn't enough space in the wardrobe, despite the fact that the room was spacious. ||||Our stay supassed all expectations. We went home with different outlook on life. Overall service and atmosphere were so wonderful that i am definitely passing you a knowledge about this perfect resort.

Gorgeous hotel! Would highly recommend. We only stayed here for one night as it was a last minute booking, but we wish we could have stayed for longer.||- The room was beautifully decorated, super clean and had a very comfortable bed.|- Our terrace had a hot tub, table and sun beds which were located down a few steps (we loved this as it was a bit more private) and the view was incredible! Clear, wide and unobstructed views of the caldera. |- Service was friendly and efficient.|- Breakfast was ample and delicious. You preorder the day before and confirm the time you want to have it. It’s served in the restaurant or to your room for a fee.|- The main pool is lovely and a decent size. It’s worth mentioning that it's quite deep with no “shallow” end. The very edge of the pool is the most shallow at just below 1.5 meters and then it quickly gets deeper.||A few things to note:|- There are a lot of steps, but this applies to most hotels in Santorini.|- It appears that most of the terraces for the rooms, including ours, were not completely private. As you walk through the property, you can see a lot of the terraces, however the hotel felt very exclusive and quiet, so guests and staff only walked by occasionally.|- The AC unit in our room made a loud clicking noise every so often throughout the night which was not ideal for us as we are sensitive sleepers. ||Overall we loved the hotel and had a wonderful stay. If we ever come to Imerovigli again, we'd definitely stay here!

My husband and I stayed at Iconic for our honeymoon and we loved every second of it! Our room was probably the prettiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. We came into this trip with nothing planned or booked and iconic helped us make dinner reservations every night and even helped us book a boat day and transfers to anywhere we wanted to go. Our room was so clean and stocked with wonderful bathroom products. When I say clean I mean CLEAN! We saw the cleaning crew mopping our floor everyday and always making sure we had fresh towels. The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s great for honeymooners because it feels much quieter and private than other areas of the island but you are still so close to nightlife and restaurants. We also got a couples massage at their spa and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. The breakfast was better than any of the breakfasts we ate on the island. All of the ingredients felt so fresh and the presentation was beautiful. I would recommend staying here to anyone and I wish to come back one day. Thank you so much to the staff for making this experience so special.

We had a mostly lovely stay at The Iconic Santorini, The staff were warm and welcoming—special thanks to Aristea, who was particularly helpful throughout our stay. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and the central location made it easy to walk into Fira.||Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking nearby was surprisingly easy, usually just a short walk from the hotel, which made exploring the rest of the island very convenient.||However, there were a few downsides. The indoor restaurant is small—likely not used much during better weather—which became an issue for us since strong winds persisted for much of the week. Breakfast service was a bit inconsistent; even though we pre-selected our time and choices the night before, we still encountered delays most mornings.||The pool is very small, though I understand that's fairly typical for properties on this side of the island.||The main concern during our stay came after a particularly rainy evening. We returned to our room to find rainwater had seeped in under the door. Some of our belongings that had been left on the floor were soaked. Worse, my husband slipped on the wet stone steps leading down to the bathroom while trying to grab towels. It was a concerning incident and something the hotel should address, especially during inclement weather.||Overall, The Iconic Santorini offers beautiful views, excellent service, and a great location, but we hope some of the practical issues, particularly around weatherproofing and breakfast logistics, will be improved in the future.

Iconic Santorini was a fantastic hotel for our trip to Santorini. The location along the caldera rim had excellent views, the room was well taken care of and the hotel was close enough to enjoy a stroll to Fira or to the nearby restaurants. We particularly enjoyed having the sun beds outside of our room as well as the private indoor jetted pool to cool off from the heat. We also took advantage of the spa services and had a wondeful 90 minute relaxing couples massage. The office staff was friendly and helpful - they helped us arrange private transfers to and from the airport and helped us with our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santorini!

Incredible hotel with some of the best service we have experienced. Staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful anytime we had questions or needed help to book rental cars, etc. They even helped carry luggage to our car and packed a to go breakfast at 6am for the airport. Recommend highly!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a cave room with a private outdoor pool, and it was honestly one of the best vacations of my life. Everything was perfect — the view from the room was breathtaking, the breakfasts were flawless, the room itself and the service were outstanding, and the restaurant recommendations were 100 out of 10! (Special thanks for Rizes and Pacman — both incredible).||One small note: if you plan to stay at the hotel after check-out, you might find there are no free sunbeds around the shared pool area, and the water there is a bit on the cooler side. But this in no way takes away from the overall amazing experience.||I would absolutely love to return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The majesty of the sweeping view could only be matched by the quality of greeting I received on arrival by Aristea. Lots of 5 star + places have very slick service, but to get a very " non cookie cutter" personal and warm welcome that continued for the entire stay, made the stay a stand out. Highly recommend - A must visit!
