This is hands down THE BEST sushi place I've ever tried, I took 4 bites and had to stop meal to give a review. I'll tell you I NEVER leave reviews but this sushi has blown my and my husbands minds. I have celiac and they were so accommodating and sweet just leave them a note in the order and you'll be taken care of. Don't walk, run! These guys rock! And the rolls are actually a great size (hand for scale). P.s. for my fellow celiacs, They recommend ordering the night before for 5pm pick up so that they can make sure to make your order completely safe for you ❤️

Rave! Rave! Rave! This little hidden gem is a hit. If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out!! I am very picky about my sushi & this place checks every box. You know good people when you see them .. they are great people & the sushi is amazing. I called around 6:45 to inquire about the process. Soon closing, the gentlemen I spoke with still offered to take my order. I didn’t even have to ask. I wasn’t planning on ordering anything so close to close. I pulled in around 7 & my order was ready & out to my car within seconds. The turn around was very impressive. Go support this company and team!! Top notch service and experience! They deserve all the love. Spend your money local. This place doesn’t disappoint.

This business deserves a 5 star review. The sushi is always excellent and by far the best I have found in Idaho. It’s curbside only and super fast. They even made the shrimp tempura fresh to order. The prices are good, and they only email me coupons. The customer service is unmatched. They always answer the phone immediately and respectfully. I cannot recommend enough that you give this place a chance as it is truly a great addition to Star. The entrepreneurial gusto is much appreciated. Thank you Idaho Sushi Co!!

Bomb! I’ve tried some local sports and this place is bomb. Service is friendly and sushi was excellent. I tried the McCall and the rainbow. Bombastic. Mucho fantastic. If you’re looking for solid sushi, shop local. Keep our money right here in Star.

Fantastic sushi!!! We ordered the family platter plus a few extra rolls. It was a hit! I was too slow in taking pictures and the sushi was half gone by the time I took the pics . We will definitely be ordering from Idaho Sushi Company again!!

Sushi in Star? Yep, and it’s delicious! Beautifully prepared and presented. We love the Wheelock roll and Jeff’s Sunshine roll with a sliver of lemon. The perfect option for local sushi that’s not from the grocery store. Poke bowls are delish too! Pick up is easy and on time, or you can have it delivered! A little hidden gem right here in Star!

This was the best Sushi. Great flaver and very fresh. Easy to order on the website and an easy pick up. Definitely 5 Stars in Star Idaho.

This sushi place is so delicious! It’s pick-up only, and definitely a local gem. Love having a sushi place right here in Star! Our whole family loved it. If you like spicy, highly recommend the Hot Jalarrano Roll. All their sauces are great, also.
